I had a great time in Koblenz thanks to this hotel, which made me feel nice and welcomed. Lovely staff and environment, weren't too sure about the breakfast, but it was great to try. I thought the breakfast was included but at the end of my check out, I was charged way more than I ate - This should be pointed out next time in front of the stay, I especially asked the staff when I checked in, whether breakfast was included, and got confirmation. Ah well, I liked the hotel so never mind. The interiors were modern and new, very clean and toiletries well prepared.

We spent a week biking along the River Lahn and this was the only hotel with airconditioning. What a relief. The room was small but immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Service was impeccable. Friendly and attentive. The location was also perfect.we would definitely stay there again.

Had a superior room which was spacious. Clean and well presented. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good in a pleasant room. Slightly noisy with window open but acceptable. Excellent curtains providing dark room. Only two English TV channels.

Lovely staff and very easy to check in. Great value if you are looking for somewhere to explore Koblenz - which is well worth a visit. It's really near the train station which is handy. The room was really comfortable and there were electronic blinds on the windows to help keep the sun out. They spoke brilliant English and offered us some great advice. However, the proximity to the train station means it's a fifteen minute walk to the old town. One of the staff was a little cheeky about me not being able to find the Wi-Fi code (it was tucked in the desk).

Staying in this hotel, for two nights, was absolutely a perfect experience.The location is near Lohr strasse, walking a short distance would lead to Mosel & Rhine. Breakfast is awesome, including the optimum selection; and the staff are very helfful. TOP Hotel Kramer is highly recommended.

Nice and very big rooms with all you need. Kind and caring stuff. Breakfast is adequate for a hotel of this size, not overwhelmingly much but still variable and delicious.

Easy check in, really good air conditioning. The Area around the hotel is a bit dodgy, but very handy for the Station (7 mins walk). The room was very clean and the breakfast was ok.

Room was clean and had air-conditioning. Actually had a king bed even though it was just me. Free wifi and friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic- fresh bread, lox, caprese, and other goodies.

We stayed in the King Suite. Very nice room with plenty of space. There were 2 separate rooms and a large balcony. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. The nicest stay so far during our European vacation. If you come to Koblenz I highly recommend the Top Hotel Kramer.
