    Great trip across river Rhine...saw many castles. Ticket servicing staff not the most helpful, and gets there just minutes before departure.

    I was told before my trip to Amsterdam that I must take a canal tour to truly appreciate this city. I can now say that I totally agree with that statement. We chose an open boat for our tour. We were told that year round, most people chose the open boats. Do not visit this city without taking a canal tour.

    The waitress in the left wing is unfriendly and somewhat racist. She talks about foreign passengers to other German passengers. Lousy attitude. She needs to study a bit more history, this girl hasn't learnt anything. She lives on tourism! However the rest of the staff is super friendly (+5*), the captain, the waiters. The trip was great and the best(+5*). Pity about the waiter's attitude.

    We opted for nostalgia boat ride and it was amazing. The staff is warm and breakfast is good. The ride is very relaxing. Add this to your list if you are visiting Koblenz or any Rhein areas.
