I booked Ms. Gerdt through Groupon: 30 minutes of couperose treatment with radiofrequency therapy to remove two small spots on my cheek. It was my first visit to a beautician; I have healthy and insensitive skin. Ms. Gerdt went with the electric. Device over the entire cheek and unfortunately caused a lot of injuries in the form of many spots across the entire cheek that have not gone away to this day, 3/4 of a year later. She put me off for months, I sent photos and went to see her again, and since then I've had to put makeup on. A professional cosmetic institute confirms deeper injuries that will probably not go away, not even with lasers. In the end, Ms. Gerdt admitted that she may have set her device too low because I supposedly looked so scared and she wanted to treat me gently. She even wanted to use the device again! There was no apology, no money back, she works with Groupon a lot, her fingers smelled of nicotine and I had to ask her to wash them. One star for kindness.

I redeemed a Groupon voucher here for treatment with radiofrequency therapy for capillaries, fibromas and stalked warts. The alternative practitioner or beautician was very nice and didn't say anything, even if she thought she had forgotten that I had already paid with the Groupon voucher and carefully asked about the payment. Now I come to the actual topic, which I consider to be very urgent, namely that this type of treatment is carried out in autumn or winter and secondly I would like to point out that this treatment ages the facial skin for good! It will never be the same as it used to be! My skin under my eyes has aged forever, it looks slightly burnt. In addition, every time after the treatment I had worrying swelling on my face. I just feel obliged to simply urge caution. I bitterly regretted having undergone such treatment. There were sayings like: “The skin needs time to regenerate in 4 weeks” But it's been 2 years now and it remains the same, as if burnt and with small wrinkles and small balls. I then have to use a lot of cover stick to hide it. I would have preferred to have my veins back and also my nicer skin from back then!

*** DANGEROUS AND IRREVERSIBLY HARMFULL*** I would never assume that after having in the past the same laser procedures performed on the face by Dermatologists will be having issues with irreversibly dissorted face after one laser prodecure that was supposed to remove capillaries/ blood vessels from the skin. "Makellose Haut - 30min. Couperose- Behandlung mit Hochfrequenztherapie" is a dangereous procedure and shouldn't be offered to the trustfull clients. Performed on the face has caused visible multiple scar tissue as well as wholes and huge discolorations - as assesed by a Professional Dermatologist during a medical visit they will never dissappear. Entering a beauty salon the last thing you expect is to come out worse that before. Sadly but i have to warn others to avoid specifically the laser involving procedures in the Beauty Salon.

Hello , I have been being treated by Mrs. Geerdt for severe couperosis for three years now and I am completely satisfied. Why? After several attempts at dermatologists with laser therapy (150 euros/session, duration 10 minutes) and hardly any improvement in the skin's appearance, I visited Mrs. Geerdt's studio. The first treatment on the cheeks brought significant improvement after just two sessions. Since my couperose is spread over the entire face, I'm still using it today. And it gets better with every session. No makeup necessary since then. Thank you and thank you also for the excellent care during the treatment!
