Worst hookah lounge ever!! Waited more than a hour for my shisha and still nothing. I just left because I was too irritated for this waste of time. Bad service 👎🏼

Really bad service! I would like to give 0 star! Really unfriendly and rude to foreigners! Never go there again!!!

The hookah itself is not bad and the prices also, but the service is horrible after it starts to get fuller. We asked 5 times for new coal and waited for an hour till we got it.

Really hot, didn't even get chairs, cocktails were not good. Did not even wait for the shisha.

Maybe the shisha bar with the best location, the price is with 10€ good, the drinks are quite expensive tho. Atmosphere is good, guests are rather young. Staff was friendly but didnt know the card well. A place to show off ;)

Bad experience , expensive , no card. Shisha was disappointing : - dirty water - scotch on the Shisha - burnt taste already at the beginning We waited 30 min to get our cup of grilled corn. Not welcoming staff at all.

Cool atmosphere, staff was underwhelming. Seemed to only be one waiter for the entire place on a Friday night. Unacceptable.

I'll preface this review because this is no longer Luxx. I am reviewing the new sortie shisha bar. I'm guessing this place just got a new look/management because issues people had in other reviews were not here. The service at sortie was very good and the staff were attentive. Drinks and shisha came very fast and when the coals were beginning to die they were right there to change them. Very upscale atmosphere but prices weren't to bad. What it might have been before, it's not that now. Give it a go of you like this kind of place.

I'm giving this one a 3 star rating because they don't have a menu for you to look at right now for you to decide on what you want. And they are not really following the covid rules that every other place is following so you could possibly get in trouble with police if they feel like being jerks. But very nice scenery even for on the street and around a lot of people.

Good shisha, amazing atmosphere and prices are good. + I forgot my watches there, came the next day and one of the waiters (unfortunately, forgot his name) found them. A big big thanks and hug for that!

Great to set outside and smoke shisha

They have sheha, good service 3+,price is high than what they service..

Administration is bad the management imposing to order compulsory drinks to enter or smoke shisha.

The shihsa was poisoning. Like literally. The shihsa guy redone my shihsa for 2 times and only the 3rd one was acceptable.But still it was not good.Short after that I felt itchy on my stomach and wanted to puke. Also cocktails are bed there. Highly recommend not to go there! I spent 24 euros for nothing. As my friend says,, if you want to die, go there". P.S. she's also feeling bad today. We are in Cologne for the 1st time, want to enjoy the city and literally have no power because of yesterday's shihsa.
