How
do
you
even
start
reviewing
something
that
is
awesome
in
all
aspects?
Let
me
start
with
the
actual
training:
the
training
units
are
very
well
structured
with
warm-up,
stretching,
simple
technique
practice,
followed
up
by
a
step-by-step
training
of
a
concrete
technique
or
set
of
techniques
and
a
strength
part
at
the
end.
The
trained
techniques
vary
from
training
to
training
and
so
it
is
unlikely
that
you
will
get
bored
even
when
going
to
every
training
unit
offered
(eventually
these
will,
obviously,
be
repeated,
but
it
takes
a
while).
The
training
time
flies
and
the
90
minutes
will
be
over
without
you
ever
asking
yourself
how
much
time
is
left
to
the
end.
But
it
is
not
the
great
training
structure,
the
usefulness
of
the
techniques,
the
muscles
you
build
or
the
calories
that
it
helps
you
burn
that
makes
this
place
so
awesome
-
it's
the
people
(both
instructors
and
students)
and
the
atmosphere
they
create!!
The
instructors
are
not
only
knowledgeable,
open-minded,
patient,
willing
to
help
and
making
sure
everyone
is
progressing,
but,
above
all,
manage
to
create
and
maintain
a
perfect
balance
between
fun
and
discipline.
While
sharing
laughs
and
funny
moments
you
will
barely
notice
the
occasional
burpee
or
push
up.
Krav
Maga
Institut
is
one
of
the
best
things
that
have
happened
to
me
in
Cologne,
my
only
regret
is
not
having
discovered
it
earlier.
Don't
do
the
same
mistake
and
sign
up
for
a
free
first
training
now
(no
previous
experience
in
martial
arts
is
needed).
You
will
not
regret
it,
take
my
word
(you
can
come
slap
me
afterwards
if
you
do
:-)).
Thanks
from
the
bottom
of
my
heart
to
Chris,
Sertan,
Carsten
and
Karl,
you
are
the
best.
