2 incidents with this hospital, going to be quite long but bear with me. My mom was wrongly diagnosed for 2+ years, Doctor whom we consulted keep insisting us, mom kidney is failing and soon dialysis should start at the earliest, post pandemic we had a second thought and when we took her outside of Nagaland, turns out, kidney is fine and dialysis would not be required. Second incident, my sis had a appendix surgery and after few months, above her belly button where the stitches was there, white discharge started coming out. Upon consultation with online Doctor from outside, I’ve been told it’s because infection during operation. Currently, treatment is going on… It’s quite alarming on how they’re running the hospital. I totally lost faith with this hospital. I’ll tell you what, avoid this hospital plus they will SUCK in ur money. Funds will go for sure and Im ready to pay, but getting wrong diagnosed and their carelessness, totally pathetic. One more thing, when I asked the receptionist if they have health insurance, she had no IDEA and proceeded in showing the direction (pharmacy)😐 Humble request, anyone who visited whether it’s Good or Bad, write down the reviews and so people are aware and take a certain decision on this before visiting.

They have ICU facility..One of the good hospital in Kohima.. they don't have Neuroscience facility.. centrally located..parking is bit difficult here..they accept only cash as payment..new building is good and clean..canteen is available.. physiotherapy is really bad..

Such rude staffs , I hope they really change their attitude And be nice to the people and patients. Never ever going to that hospital again. And what kind of hospital doesn’t even have UPI payments ? I kept enduring the anger because we believe in not hurting other sentiments,but these staffs are on another level of attitude and passing judgemental comments. We go to hospitals to know about our health and I can’t believe even the doctor I met had the worst possible attitude!. Never ever going there again and won’t suggest even my friends or family to go there too !

Never ever visit this 3rd class hospital… My cousin had an accident with bike i took him to oking hopital directly in ambulance … they admitted him in ICU for for then one week but no results .. Whenever i ask the doctor or the nurses any question their attitude are on next level refuse to tell anything simply says one thing that is he will be fine it will take time and if he ask anything more than that they shows their anger and tells me that you are not only one patient attender there are many we have to look and talk with other also …. After one week we shifted him to Guwahati GNRC now he is doing well … Dont risk your loved ones life in this hospital they are all robbers thats all … Doctor and nurse out there if you are viewing this review kindly note that you guys are in private hospital not in government hospital or not doing government job your attitude doesn’t suits you 👍

Would have been a good hospital if not for the moody and ill-mannered staffs. Needs to badly upgrade it's PR Dept.

Personally I'd say, unless it's an emergency don't spend much time in your Hospital. Bethesda or Bethel is way better

worst hospital i have been so far. we came for a relatives treatment. he was made to spend an entire day without food because they wanted to take him for a surgery, d next evening they told us to wait because the operation has been postponed to next day. again during the night doctors visit they told us to get discharged. so we did and inorder to leave we were made to wait for the discharge letter for around 2 hours. well such services are never expected from such a reputed hospital like this and we dont have to teach them of how to fuction. but its for sure m never going back to this hospital again instead il opt for some government hospitals.

The facilities are quite good, but horrible services.....the way they serve u was like ahhhh stay away from me.... special the canteen was horrifying whether u eat or not u have to pay for surgery food...... The nurse attitude is amazing 🤩 atleast we pay for the good service.

Pathetic service. I have waited for 4 Hours but my turn didn't come. local patients who came after me were given priorities as compared to outside one. Staff is very bad and non cooperative.

The doctors prescribe you extremely costly medicines when there are cheaper alterantives.

Dear proprietor & board of directors, I feel the need to change the color of hospital name in the entrance. It looks camouflaged to the background wooden color. I suggest cool green font/color of the hospital name in the entrance. My honest opinion. Thank you! The hospital service is awesome.

As of now have visited child specialist Doctor Dennis he is a thumbs up one of the best Doctor I came across... So any parent who is looking for a child specialist doctor a must go.. ❤❤❤

This hospital is here for a long time now. The new and taller buildings. I, a commoner would like to request the board members, or the owner himself to please pay attention to the staff. Full of attitude. Very rude. We understand that hospital is such hectic place and that it is difficult for the staff to be in good mood the whole day but that does not mean the people should be showered with full attitude and rudeness overloaded. people/patient come here with full of confusions, questions and doubts, its scary to even approach the staffs. Second of all: Ive heard people saying/complaing that wrong treatment is given out here often. This might be rumoured, In my own circle of family we have 2 incident where they were given the wrong treatment which led to more serious health condition and passed away. Not blaming anyone, but this is happening often. This matter should have internal investigation as well. Overall: Registration price hikes up every year. It's now 500. The treatment itself is expensive and the room charges adds thousands to it. There should be a balance. I mean business is business but it should balance as such that people from all walks of life can come and treat their problems. 4 stars because this hospitals has been here for long and should continue to. But earnest request to focus internally not only about business but the actual idea behind 'The Hospital'.

I don't recommend this hospital for anyone . Money minded doctors. Too many stories of bad treatment and unnecessary diagnostics.

Located in the middle of Kohima town which makes it easily accessible. The downside is that there is no proper parking space which is a major factor for the traffic congestion in this area.

Oking Hospital has leveled up a lot with the extention of the new building. OBGYN specialist in Oking is highly sought out as well as Medicine specialist.

It wasn't good my mom's heart was filled with water and was in serious condition and the doctor suggested us that they will not remove the water When the person who did the echo was also scared to see the water in the heart And suggested to remove the water at the earliest and the doctor said we will not remove the water but will admit her to hospital and give oxygen only (like are you guys even serious) however we went to other hospital and right away they did the echo again and removed the water right away

Please let the employees informed the patient attendance to removed their phone while entering CT/MRI scanning room. My iphone got so overheated right after coming out from the scanning room and it got shut down. I didn't knew what was the problem at first but after going to the iCare they informed me that they had some similar cases before me.

Some doctor are very rude to patient. Its our (patient) rights to ask doubt and its doctor responsibility to clear our doubt's . please be kind to all

I wanted a peritoneal dialysis fluid as my dad is on CAPD so I contacted the OK’ing hospital front desk and I was assured about it’s availability . The pharmacist was impolite and told me that they do not store such type of fluids, on queries I was given a direction to which I found out that no such place or pharmacy exist. I regret to have wasted my time and money on visiting the hospital. Please look into the matter that in the near future no people shall encounter the same circumstances .

The patient I went with had difficulty in breathing and sleeping and The cabin we got was so suffocating because there was a wall which was too close to the window leaving just a small space so there was hardly any air coming in. So, we had to keep the door open and on top of that, the sweepers were cleaning late night and were making such loud noises including the staffs. The experience I had was not like I was in the hospital. Rather it was like a train station.
