I wasn't sure this was a legitimate service but I've used it twice now. Once for me and then for my Grandmother. Using the phone line or app is easy. Would definitely recommend for those with problems booking in with a GP.

This doctor service was really good especially since it was a public holiday and it was in the middle of the night , sadly they didn’t have a doctor to come out in the parramatta area but they did arrange a doctor to do a video call , they were able to help me get a script and I was able to take the script new years morning to a local chemist and get them filled. . This was all covered by medicate and didn’t cost me a thing . I would recommend 13sick to all if you can’t get to a doctor

Have used Prime Medic and 13CURE which seem to be the same service a couple times. Each time ive had to chase them multiple time to get a script issued to the pharmacist. It takes multiple trips to the pharmacy just to get your medication. They say they will call back then dont. Doctors are good but the admin team are useless.

I urgently needed antibiotics and due to the public holidays,I couldn't get an appointment with my GP for a week. I had a phone consult and a script sent straight to my phone. You may wait a few hours but was better than needing to attend a hospital. Highly recommend!

I have used this service for a few years now, originally without a hiccup. If I called for a consult or Dr. certificate, I would generally receive it in a timely manner and without issue. Towards the end of last year, I asked for a script and was informed that it would be sent to the pharmacy (e-script). After following up multiple times it arrived at the chemist… 4 days later…. And was the wrong script… I was told this wasn’t normal and they were “sorry” - still never sent the correct one. Yesterday I thought I would give them another chance, as I had a couple years of no issues. 3/1/23 1:40pm - booking made 3/1/23 4:03pm - phone call from Dr. E-script given and told it will be at pharmacy ASAP. 3/1/23 5:30pm - I called Prime Medic as pharmacy said they don’t have the script. I was told I would pharmacy would receive it and I would get it through text message. 3/1/23 9:00pm - I called prime medic and was told the Dr would be getting to it. The way the spoke to me was as if I was annoyance. However I was a consumer in need of medication that was promised to be organized by this company. 4/1/23 8:57am - called pharmacy and told they didn’t have anything. They checked “everything” including emails and junk. 4/1/23 - 9:01 - I called prime medic and was told I could not get a refund as they had sent the script. I disputed that and said irrespective of what their system said, I was left without medication and required it urgently. Their response was abysmal, and said that I had my appointment, the script doesn’t matter, you can’t get refunded. If you’re looking for a Dr. certificate from a Dr that can’t do anything else, then this is the place to go. If you require any kind of speciality care or the basic follow up from a doctor like a simple script, then steer clear. Luckily my life was not dependent on this medication in this exact moment, however other reviews on here have shown their situations more dire. Some form of regulating body needs to hold this scam of a place more accountable for their incompetence.

Quick to response for call back. Recommended for non urgent and after hours. My symptoms have reduced from suggestion. Received my Drs certificate but Dr has put me down as Male, but am female. Maybe a communication breakdown at first call when making my booking for Dr call.

This is my first time to call after hours doctors. The doctors are fantastic, they send msg to see if you need followups. I just wish they can call earlier around 7pm to 9pm as they usually call after 10:30pm. At that time I’m falling asleep.

Communication was very good. Doctor was on time with phone consult. Medical certificate was received promptly.

Exceptional service. Received a call from a doctor within 5 min of making an appointment and received the script and medical certificate straight afterwards. Well worth the $42 out-of-pocket fee.
