I love how welcoming the staffs are towards the customers and I really appreciate that they provide drinks and snacks for us during sessions. The place itself is nice. My stylist was really good. He listened to what i want and then offer his opinion to suit what i wanted. He also explained how the expected colour would turn out to be and he give advises on what haircut compliments me more. My hair turns out to be better than expected and I really love the result.

Just recently did curl session for myself and my 15 year old son (yes they do a great curl for Men too), and we love it. 5 🌟 for service and results. Place is comfy, clean and professional. Would I suggest anyone to do their curls there? 10/10 YES. I've done curls, hair dyed etc, and so far hands down, this is the saloon to go.

Visited last month but only got time to review now. The BEST salon in Sabah that I have visited, love the services. The short hair stylist from semananjung is so nice, thumbs up for being so meticulous when doing my hair. She immediately knew I done some keratin treatment. Unable to do perm as I initially wanted to but at least I didn't waste my money. Only done a rebounding & I love the outcome. (Sorry that I didn't manage to get the lady's name😅, but thank you so much!!) Will definitely visit again!

Very happy with the results! The hairstylist gave tips on how to style my hair and gave excellent hair colour recommendation according to my requirements. Will come back again.

1st time came here I was entertained by hairstylist June.. since then I always look for her because I trust on her professional skills and advices. I always ask her opinion before decided on what to do with my hair… Quite pricy but my hair always turned out what I wanted it to be… and sometimes it’s beyond my expectation!!!👍🏻

Went for hair blow initially, ended up colouring my hair since i saw many good reviews… i had one of the hairstylist (he looked senior) telling me he is scared to dye indian hair… no offenses bro but im proud of my dark and thick hair. Maybe ur the one who needs to learn to work on variety types of hair. I was happy u were able to dye my hair and hide my white hair like i asked but i really felt the price was soo overated ya… u charged me for hair cut when i felt u trimmed the ends🫤 and that lady, kept on saying that she will charge extra for the shampoo and hair scalp protector lar and etc… im like isnt that should be included in the whole process and why charge extra? If u want to charge extra for hair treatment or whatsoever, i totally understand. Its definitely a good place but things can improved. Thats all, thank you.

It was a very awesome experience from my recent visits for hair straightening, end perm and colour. The overall result was great, despite the outcome for my first visit was out of my expectations. They took initiatives to get feedbacks after the visit and initiated to get me back there for improvement. After some restyling/corrections, the outcome turned out to be amazing. Truly satisfied with the services and patience of my hairstylist in explaining and fulfilling the needs. A big thumbs up for the team 👍🏻

The esthetic of the salon was beautiful and functional. I was treated kindly and the MD heard my wants on the hairstyle that i aspire to have. It was a very good experience even when i spent hours there getting my hair done. Had my hair cut somewhere else the day before. It turns out horrible. Heard so many great reviews about Royal Salon so I went there today to get my hair fixed and the result is amazing! Hair wash done with grace, hair stylish Kerby did extremely well fixing my crooked hair. Service is top tier. Professional hair stylist and more confortable enviroment for me. Not hard sell any products like the previous salon i go which make me feel more stress. And my hair is perm by Stylist Allen. After perm and still keep the hair healthy. I write this review after 3 days i perm my hair. And their customer service still text me and follow up about my hair condition today. Great👍🏻.

Went to bleach my hair 3x and colour it to a beautiful silver-ish colour .. and my hair is still in great condition, I received so many compliments about my hair instantly, all because of the refined skills of these hairstylists ~ truly hard to find such a luxurious salon in KK, it felt similar to my past salon experiences in KL. You get what you pay for, for sure! They make sure you’re comfortable, offer multiple choices of drinks so you don’t get dehydrated throughout your session, and every single staff there are so friendly and approachable. They will listen to any and every need you have for your hair. Personally I am quite a shy person so it’s sometimes hard to communicate what I really want but I felt 100% comfortable with everyone there. 10/10 service and experience !!!

I have a wonderful experience here . Very comfortable ambience and the service is also great. I do my haircut and haircolor here which turns out great and I love it . The stuff and hairstylist also very friendly. Overall is wonderful. Definiately one of my favourite saloon to go and will come again soon :)

Had a really good time with RS. It was 5 stars service. I forgot the name of the guy who did my hair. He was sooo full of knowledge and very friendly and professional. Did a haircut and haircoloring. The coloring was da bomb too! no bleaching needed i guess because my hair was already in light brown color. My hair was beautifully done and looks stunning. Great job! Its my new fav salon!

This is my second time getting a perm. My first time was last December. Same salon, same hairstylist. I went in and basically gave my hairstylist, Allen free rein over my hair and I’m glad I did! She did a fantastic job and I’ve never been so happy with my hair, literally. Left the salon as a very very very happy customer with baby soft curls. Safe to say, I’ve found my go-to hairstylist.

They are very professional, gave a lot of haircare tips and as a hijabi, they are extremely accommodating (private room was comfortable too, tho chargeable). Overall, I am satisfied with their service and my hair outcome. Shout out to my hair stylist, Allen :)

I loved how they know what to do with my damaged curly hair. Instead of consulting to straighten it, they provided a service to smoothen my hair but I still get to keep my curls. Also, they really live up to their name as they treat you like royal. They are super friendly and you can see how passionate they are with their work.

Went there for relaxing hair treatment and really loved the straightening outcome! The hairstylist is also very professional in giving advices on how to take care of the hair and how to style it on daily basis. The environment is super comfortable and drinks are provided.

Nice and great location. Their hair stylist surely does great job gv me opinion based on what style i want. The perm was wonderful and they also show how to take care of it.

Showed the hairstylist the up do I wanted, and wanted a sleek half up do but she recommended otherwise which didn’t not satisfy me. too messy not worth my 70bucks
