There are wet clothes in the washing machine. They left him there for the whole 4 days, or what? In the shower, the watering can does not stay in the mount on the wall. In short, I won’t recommend it to anyone and I won’t wish it on my enemy.

I booked one appartement and they cancelled last minute, propose me to give back deposit or take an other appartement. I took an other appartement because photo look like ok but was a disaster....cleaning was partially done , instruction to get to the places 50%, lady who was supposed to meet was not there, Anna overlooking of the appartement is like 80’s cheap material and no atmosphere. The guy Alexander did not send back the deposit of 2000 rubbles ....even I was oneness of their customer for many years. So for same Price I find excellent hotel and modern design and almost new. No need to support such type of business practice

Three years old dust is everywhere on the surfaces, crumbs and hair are on the floor! 2. Regarding the linen: it smells sour and musty, obviously everything is not fresh! On one of the two pillows, they didn’t put a pillowcase on it, they said they forgot... the towels - well, it’s just terrible, it feels like they washed the floors with them (I’m attaching a photo) 3. Cockroaches! Yes, I understand that they can crawl from the next apartment, but here they are apparently being fed - there is bread in the cupboard, they also forgot to throw it away (see photo) 4. When pointing out all the shortcomings, no one even apologized, the administrator simply ignores and advises to stay at the Ritz Carlton... and the poor cleaning lady, who came the next day of check-in and washed everything as best she could, took the rap! These people (if you can call them that) have not heard about the existence of Law 2300-1 of December 7, 1992 and SanPiN 2.1.2.2645-10! Total: I am, of course, not Lena Letuchaya, but I do not recommend LuxApartment on Stroykovskaya Street 12k2, sq. 105 (and judging by other reviews about their properties... everything is very bad there) Stay away!!!

In addition, there is only one kettle that does not work and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. In general, I don’t recommend it, they treat customers negligently.

In general, if you have the opportunity not to contact this agency, do so. People have apparently grown fat, they think that people are stealing everything and they prefer to either not respond to complaints or say that all complaints have been transferred to the manager. Apparently, this is the most important thing in their handling of customer complaints - “you were heard.” But they are great at making contact to get an advance payment and a deposit.

In the morning I asked to cancel the remaining two days, the administrator procrastinated and after check-out replied that the payment for the second day would not be returned, and there was no one to clean up. And this is not the first case; a month earlier, friends with small children were moved into an apartment infested with cockroaches. Never book Luxapartmets and apartments without reviews from Avito. The photographs on the websites do not correspond 100 percent to reality. In reality, these are dirty apartments with broken furniture and a disgusting smell. I booked an apartment on Zemlyanskoye through Yandex. For 40 rubles I got a dirty apartment, rudeness from the administrator, a bunch of WhatsApp conversations with Uzbek cleaners and problems in the form of an emergency search for new housing. I moved out immediately. I requested a refund via Yandex. I've been waiting for a week now, the hoteliers are silent. If you have any respect for yourself, never settle there.
