For
the
first
time
in
my
life
I
am
writing
a
negative
review,
because
I
have
never
encountered
such
a
nightmare
before,
and
I
don’t
always
believe
negative
reviews,
because
in
most
cases
they
are
not
objective,
but
this
is
a
completely
different
case!!!
In
short,
it's
just
a
nightmare!
I
don’t
know
where
to
start,
so
just
in
order:
1.
Dirty!
Very
dirty!
Before
check-in,
which
was
supposed
to
be
at
14:00,
but
happened
at
16:00,
because
like
“there
was
cleaning…”
nothing
was
observed
upon
check-in,
(I
attach
a
photo)
The
bathroom
is
all
in
black
mold,
dirt
stuck
to
it!
Three
years
old
dust
is
everywhere
on
the
surfaces,
crumbs
and
hair
are
on
the
floor!
2.
Regarding
the
linen:
it
smells
sour
and
musty,
obviously
everything
is
not
fresh!
On
one
of
the
two
pillows,
they
didn’t
put
a
pillowcase
on
it,
they
said
they
forgot...
the
towels
-
well,
it’s
just
terrible,
it
feels
like
they
washed
the
floors
with
them
(I’m
attaching
a
photo)
3.
Cockroaches!
Yes,
I
understand
that
they
can
crawl
from
the
next
apartment,
but
here
they
are
apparently
being
fed
-
there
is
bread
in
the
cupboard,
they
also
forgot
to
throw
it
away
(see
photo)
4.
When
pointing
out
all
the
shortcomings,
no
one
even
apologized,
the
administrator
simply
ignores
and
advises
to
stay
at
the
Ritz
Carlton...
and
the
poor
cleaning
lady,
who
came
the
next
day
of
check-in
and
washed
everything
as
best
she
could,
took
the
rap!
These
people
(if
you
can
call
them
that)
have
not
heard
about
the
existence
of
Law
2300-1
of
December
7,
1992
and
SanPiN
2.1.2.2645-10!
Total:
I
am,
of
course,
not
Lena
Letuchaya,
but
I
do
not
recommend
LuxApartment
on
Stroykovskaya
Street
12k2,
sq.
105
(and
judging
by
other
reviews
about
their
properties...
everything
is
very
bad
there)
Stay
away!!!
