This is definitely one of the best Mutton Rice we found in Puri. This restaurant is a hidden gem from the usual tourist. The quality of the rice and mutton we got is awesome, perfect taste. The rice was also ghee infused and not sticky at all. Unfortunately we missed the dinner in Banana leaf as we were very late. Definitely recommend to everyone. We also tried the chicken thali, it was good as well but I would recommend mutton.

This is a hotel not a restaurant. Famous for Ghia arnna mutton in puri. I don't like ghia so I just have normal rice and mutton taste is good. I think if the gravy will be a little bit more thicker than the curry will be more delicious. By the way people loving it its crowdy during lunch time. So U guys visit once have your experience.

It's a Special Mutton restaurant. Clean.Food was warm and hygienic. Taste was delicious and authentic Odia taste. They need to work more on the wash basin and surrounding area around the property. Overall comment from me is recommended.

This restaurant has created a different place in the hearts of several food lover basically mutton lover although other dishes that serves here quite impressive but according to the name of restaurant it famous for mutton .several mutton related dishes(Ghee rice mutton, mutton biryani,normal rice mutton etc..)are serves here with a descent pricing)but only one thing you have to wait some time during lunch time or during nonveg days to get a seat as I mentioned before this place become crowded during those days compared to seats available for the customers but it worth to wait a little more time to eat those delicious foods that serves here on top of that they serve foods on traditional banana leaf and my favourite food is ghee rice mutton if you ever go there must try this food

Good mutton. Simple curry, Not very spicy. Combined with ଘିଅ ଅର୍ଣ୍ଣ (Butter rice) is awesome and delicious.

Overhyped.. that's the only thing you can say if you belong to Bengal or had good mutton cuisine in your city or home. It seems like a boarding house. You have to pay to collect coupon, then wait in crowd for your turn to get a table, no A/C, and then at the end you get a white bland rice without any flavour of ghee, with Mutton curry with potatoes in a banana leaf. Unless you just need to have huge unlimited portion of rice and multiple time of mutton gravy, it's not a place where you venture out for good mutton curry. And if you are unlucky enough, you will get other unknown fellow eater in same table who don't have basic table etiquette. As I belong to Kolkata and travel multiple places across country, I had good mutton even in smaller places with good taste and service. But this place really disappointed me

One of the oldest places in Puri famous for Mutton curry. Tasty food. We had Ghee Rice and mutton. Price per plate was 220 and you can get unlimited potato and gravy. Environment was clean. Giving 4 ⭐ because only one item was available. A must try if you are a non veg lover.

You can ask extra rice, that is complimentary (free). 🔸You can ask curry as per your need, you can say unlimited access for curry(without mutton pieces). If you want mutton pieces, that will give you half mutton. It'll cost you. 🔸 Overall experience is Very Good. 👍 You should have a try. 🔺 One of the cons is you've to wait outside, due to unavailability of seats and more people.

We went there to taste their special dish that is "Ghee Rice and Mutton Curry" it was delicious. Rice was served in banana leaf and the mutton in a mud pot. It is a prepaid hotel, they will serve extra gravy if you ask. You can take an auto from the beach to reach there.

Amazing place for non veg people's like me the motton lemon rice I had at just rupees 160 was mouth watering.. served on banana leaf with raita just delicious. Update: Shifted to new place.

A must visit place in puri for mutton lover. This place looks ordinary for outside but not so difficult to notice because of the waiting crowd. It's located in VIP road next to the fire brigade office. You have to wait atleast 30 mins to get a seat in normal days. The mutton ghee rice is the star item but you will not disappoint with the other items also. Vegitarian can also try smokey flavour mashroom curry but check the availability on non vegetarian days. If you don't wants to wait mush, try to be there before 1pm or prefer parcel.

Mutton & Ghee rice are the lead characters here and hence easy to connect Odia and Bengali foodies ;-) Owners definitely gauged this well and hence get away with all kind abnormalities seen here. Ghee rice is served on a 35 gsm thin polythene coated paper, which is nothing but a separation between the table & food! On a hot midday summer in Puri, outside temperature was more pleasant than inside. Service & Food was decent but not palatable due to the unhygienic conditions inside. Taste was good & prices are very reasonable. Overall its avoidable place to visit with family. A little attention from the owners could help this place becoming a big turn around

A good place for odia style homely mutton , chicken and rice. They have a limited menu but every dish maintains its quality. We tried mutton biryani, mutton thali, chicken thali and trust me the food was just heavenly. The waiting phase was also less. They serve in banana leaf and clay bowls.

I just came across this restaurant by looking at the crowd in front of it . The place is too small to accommodate a large number of customers. They have a token system. Waiting time is around 20 mins. But I should say food was really good. They serve ghee rice with mutton curry and salad. Mutton was tender and nicely cooked. Recommended for those who are real mutton lovers and want to try a different taste.

Muna Bhai's mutton point - Decent joint to taste mutton and ghee rice (more of an pulao). Served over a banana leaf while the mutton in a small earthen pot. Overall taste and experience was good. Not over or under-cooked. Pulao was superb. While the inclusion of banana leaf platter is a nice touch (it takes you back to your childhood days). Keep it up guys👍👍. While the mutton was good enough, I believe there's room for betterment.

Only best thing is the food is served on banana leaf. Rice, mutton, chicken are the main dishes available here. Not any, or a few veg dishes available. Authenticity of mutton is doubtful. Too spicy. Price is average. I didn't like the quality of mutton and the too spicy mutton curry.

This one is shifted to a place which is 8km away but there is another restaurant in the same place which also makes delicious mutton and chicken. The guy standing outside will ask you to go to the new place but as we didn't have much time so we ate there and believe me the taste was really good..
