I went for the first time with my ClassPass membership (Aug.2 at 10 pm). The receptionist was not aware that I could book the open Gym through ClassPass. 10 minutes into my workout the same receptionist came upstairs to tell me that I could not use the medicine ball because I was loud and I was disturbing the neighbours. He made me feel very uncomfortable because he stayed around to keep and eye on me and laughed of my workout with another client. Very unpleasant situation. A gym is a place were no one should judge you.

My wife was a member and we had bad experience with subscription in this COVID situation and we had end up paying around 150 Euro without using your facility but paid because of your terms which is not made considering this COVID situation. It was annoying for us to be in associated with such company. I suggest people to think and go through their terms and condition carefully because they are not flexible for certain situation that I mentioned above. Also they charge money for each reminder of payment which we had stopped because we weren't using their facility. Finally ended up paying reminder cost and came out of this headache.

With the latest renewal, this gym is good value for money.

This gym has reasonable price. It has a great trainer. There are many nice equipments. But try to avoid it between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Then it is badly crowded and you may mot get any equipment at all.

This is SUCH a great gym. The team working here is friendly and the space is clean. I haven't taken a class yet but I see them get a great workout and have a fun time. Always plenty of space and equipment. Nice to see both young and older people working out together. I highly recommend this gym! <3

Lots of equipment and lots of space. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that they have nonstandard plates. They only have either hexagonal or very small. Otherwise it's the perfect place for anyone serious about their fitness.

Great atmosphere, excellent instructors and a friendly environment. Fantastic equipment which caters for both the beginner and experienced trainers. And it’s got the space you want. Really look forward to my work outs at Smart Fit 👍

I got the weekly 11 eur charge scheme thinking it would obviously expire after a week but they still kept charging me afterwards becuase i didnt cancel the membership. They also have a year payment scheme which binds payments for a year but then the price is 9 Euros per month. The difference between the two schemes is that you can actually cancel 11 euro scheme and stop being charged. (However noone would want to keep the membership if they didnt go to the gym for a week. Ergo it should automatically get cancelled.)Watch out. Inside the gym is actually pretty decent with good instruments.

Hello. Have you heard about that neighbour issue in the classroom, made-up by one of your female employees that runs the club ? The fake story drove me to end my second membership year in a row, and let some members feel dissatisfied. Thanks . Reply : I reached out the region manager,but no respond. It's not your task to classify my exercises,you are not my supervisor. Your job is to stop what's so-called the club manager from lying to the members after bringing you their year contracts + to prepare nice atmosphere. No-go zone within a sport club,this is strange and fake. Apparently the 3 of you are working under the same umbrella of mendacity.

Good people in management and front desk. They've always promptly solved my questions/issues. It was also very easy to join and the open hours are very flexible to different work/study/personal life situations. I've tried the gym at different times and different days, even on "peak hours", and I've never had any issues with unavailability of equipments. The gym is very spacious and you're often going to find multiple instances of specific equipments to use. The equipments themselves also seem to be mostly new and modern, and it's worth to mention that the ones that appear to be a little older than the rest are in a very good condition as well, so they are well maintained. Some extra features: There are lockers available for you to leave your personal belongings while you use the facilities. There are sanitizers and paper towel available to clean up the equipments after use. They are also very friendly to English speakers.

Fantastic environment with very kind staff! The equipment meets all fitness goals.. Strongly recommend :)
