Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was always grumpy and yelling at people for no reason. Showed no signs of politeness and service. The aircondition was broken so me and my rommate got sick, the food was also bad so we had to eat breakfast somewhere else. Rooms were okay, but the staff was terrible. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic hotel! Perfect location, very comfortable beds, friendly check in, great price, and the breakfast...!!!! Unbelievable!!! Absolutely delicious. Make sure you request a balcony room. Grab a couple of beers and enjoy the sunset looking over the port. Definitely not a place to come for your honeymoon, but a great example of Greek simplicity at a very fair price. I will definitely be back!

It is clean and central, you can walk everywhere. The staff is OK, there is a balcony as well. But very noisy exactly due to its location. Plus the clients are also noisy, maybe I was the unlucky one but I was sleepless all 4 nights there.

Very helpful staff, absolutely great beds and a very extensive and wonderful breakfast (with Bougatsa and Tsoureki!).

Very inexpensive and nice room! Reception let us stay until 10pm the next day for a small extra charge because our ferry didn't leave until 11pm. Very nice overall.

Unfortunately I haven’t slept all night. Maybe I had the noisiest room in the hotel near the stairs. I heard every single sound from lobby and reception area. And somebody coughed early the morning, stealing the only hope to fall asleep. The hook in the bathroom fell on the floor when I took a towel. It was quite heavyweight, I’ve damaged my foot. The room is small but clean, the location is good.

Booked through booking and in the description says sea view 180 euros 2 night. When we arrived it was a small room facing a backyard. Receptionists very unkind saying I do not care you can cancel it is subject to availability.... AVOID!!

I stayed a couple of nights at the Catherine hotel and found it very comfortable. The staff were most helpful and spoke good English. I was en route to Bodrum in Turkey and when I found I could not take my motorbike, it was no problem for me to leave it there for the rest of the week. I am most grateful to the staff for keeping an eye on it. Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you

City Hotel walking distance to ferry port to Bodrum, as well as close to restaurants and town center. One of the few facilities which also operates off season. Run by a nice family, whose members are always eager to help on every subject. You are greeted by smell of clean sheets and sanitizers at the entrance of the room which has enough space for two and new equipment. A true Value for Your Money!

the hotel is fine for the price you pay. there are some defects in the rooms but nothing too bad. if you want a cheap place to sleep, go here.

Small hotel near the harbour. Breakfast sort of ok but nothing to recommend. Clean room. For the price the hotel is worth the money but don't expect any luxury from this 2 Star hotel. A bit noisy from traffic occasionally.

Had a very warm welcome and check in was easy and fast. The room was clean & comfortable. Bathroom & shower cubicle was very small but manageable. Looked as though the hotel had been newly renovated and had a fresh feel to it. It's close to the harbour, waterfront and restaurants so a great location. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again. We were especially pleased to learn we could leave some of our belongings at the hotel until later after check-out so we didn't have to lug heavy stuff around with us all day.

Beautiful located just on the street leading directly to the harbour, the old port of Kos. The staff at Catherine Hotel couldn't be nicer and more helpful. And at that very reasonable price you just can't get anything better. RECOMMENDED.

Good one!! But due to Covid-19 no breakfast is served. The location is in the middle of the center, easy access to everything!!

We found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. It appeared to be family run which gave it a great vibe. I do agree with other comments that cleanliness could be improved. It was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean could be better.

Friendly owner, very good location, helpful assistance when I discover my flight was 6 hours delayed and I would have arrived at 2 in the night. It was a night stay and my room was quite modern, good bed... I will come back if I have to transit through kos again. P.s .Breakfast also good with many things, but it’s also easy to go out and find millions of places in 2 min walk distance

Good location of the hotel, and friendly staff and owner but hotel rooms are very small and run down, especially if you don’t request a room with a balcony. Hotel cleanliness is very basic. Overall although it has potential, the hotel needs a renovation.
