Their leasing department have been complacent. A lot of lots are vacant and some never had any tenancies since when imago first opened. Worst areas would be the ground floor west wing and the KK times facing street lots.

Step into the world of luxury, fashion and entertainment at Imago Shopping Mall, Kota Kinabalu's premier shopping destination, and experience the ultimate shopping experience. As a frequent shopper, I can confidently say that Imago is my favorite mall in Sabah, second only to Suria Sabah Mall. This mall offers an incredible selection of local and international brands, making it the ultimate destination for fashion-forward shoppers. Whether you're looking for high-end designer brands or affordable local boutiques, Imago has it all. The wide range of options available ensures that you'll find exactly what you're looking for and more. One thing that sets Imago apart from other malls is the traditional dance performances that take place every day. This cultural experience adds a unique touch to the mall's already impressive offerings, making it a must-visit destination for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the local culture. The toilet facilities at Imago are spotlessly clean, and the ample parking spots and reasonable fees make it a convenient destination for shoppers. Additionally, the mall hosts numerous events throughout the year, ensuring that there is always something exciting happening. In conclusion, I highly recommend Imago Shopping Mall for its incredible selection of stores, cultural experiences, clean facilities, and excellent parking options. If you're looking for an exceptional shopping experience in Kota Kinabalu, look no further than Imago.

Good modern shopping mall on 4 levels. Plenty of name brands to satisfy shopaholics. A decent local Sabah food court is located at the top floor. Stumbled onto it.

Largest mall with plenty of good eateries too. Clean and well lit. You basically don't need to go elsewhere to shop (branded) once you're done with IMAGO. What I like about this awesome mall is that it's strategically situated nearby the long coastline, just the opposite road crossing. One can barely missed it. I'm 'hugging' you KK ❤️❤️

Friendly reminder to those plan to have a shopping in imago shopping mall sabah, plan your time early, if you are late you will suffer in finding car park. Imago is the famous shopping mall in sabah, most of the customer are from local or tourist. Product sales with customers need, so no worry that you can not buy your love items. Highly recommended

This mall is considered by many locals as one of the best shopping malls in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and is located at the phase 2 development of the KK Times Square along Coastal Highway. The mall is spacious and houses most of the usual chain retailers one would find in most Kuala Lumpur malls including some designers and high-end luxury brands. Well spaced out and excellently renovated, this mall offers most shoppers something for their shop lists and budget. The thing that brought down its ratings from me is the location of its washrooms which are far apart from one to the other and lack proper signage. Otherwise, it is a pleasant mall to browse while killing time during your visit here.

One of the latest fashion mall available in the city, packed with locals and foreigners. Located in the city center, easily accessible by any traffics. Very crowded during weekends and festival seasons. Houses plenty of outlets and food center within. Good place to spend with your family, loved ones and kids.

Huge mall with a lot of different retail shops. From luxury to your common stuff. There’s also a wide variety of food at the basement. Interestingly, they have ethnic dances performance regularly!

The largest shopping mall in Sabah you should not miss if you only have time for 1 mall. This is like Vivocity combined with Sunway Lagoon with the favourite brands and local designers for great quality, beautiful designs and a few very pretty shades of colours (you may not get in Singapore malls) for smart casual wear and great Asian sizes, young and old. My bestie and I are so satisfied shopping here at prices that are at least 50% the prices sold in Singapore for popular local brands like Dees and Parkson store (equivalent to Metro or BHG Bugis). Superb location and very accessible by Grab in just about RM10.

One of the most luxurious and high end shopping centres in Kota Kinabalu. All the high end brands are found here. It is very popular with both locals and tourists alike. The super market is well stocked with high end imported products not found in other supermarkets. Hardly any vacant shoo lots. Nice feel and ambience.

Can said to be a better shopping centre in Kota Kinabalu compared with other Shopping centre. We stay in the apartment above this shopping mall. Walking distance to Gaya street and waterfront. Many foods and shopping available. Supermarkets.

A nice high end mall in Kota Kinabalu. Mostly branded shops in all its floors. A wide variety of trendy specialty shops. A good number of local brands, too. Also a lot of dining options. They have a food court and food stalls. An anchor Department Store and a Supermarket. Nice ambiance, the mall became more lively after 7pm when most locals have already eaten. We came to KK during their puasa or fasting period since its Ramadhan. Most people eat after 6pm. A lively welcome is provided by a group of local musicians and dancers at its Entrance A. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu. We were dropped off by the hotel's mini bus and we were lucky to see Dayaks doing a dance. It was fantastic! We browsed the mall, then went for lunch at a nearby cafe.

I been here few times last week. The only problem is their parking management. It hard to navigate from floor to floor and there is less sign or direction to enter or exit from the building. I had to figure out the exit way and missed the exit few times just because there no sign or direction. The parking spot light is not working it still highlight green while there is a car parking in the spot. Photo attached as the proof. Please improve your parking management.

KK shopping mall with almost everything to shop & eat..no need to purposely fly to KL to shop anymore. Today is a weekday & its not crowded at all.. so its a comfortable window shopping session as compared to a crowded weekend.

Kudos to Padini and Vincci for following the COVID 19 SOP. Reasonable place to buy clothes and shoes. Overall support Malaysian's brand. Quality for the clothes are good too. I will definitely come back again for the shoes.

The best shopping mall when at Kota Kinabalu. Other malls pale in comparison due to types of shops and lower footfalls. Many shops with international and local brands (eg Padini). Many people crowding the mall, and shops doing good businesses.

Simply put, ramen is a Japanese noodle soup, with a combination of a rich flavoured broth, one of a variety of types of noodle and a selection of meats or vegetables, often topped with a boiled egg. However, mine is dry mee. Is my first time visit here, Ramenya. Con: Don't put so high hope on this ramen. Quite disappointed. Too salty, the foods arrived not hot but cold plus the ramen not well cooked. Too expensive...

Big n spacious n clean but homogeneous to some others mall as they have the same stores all over with some luxury houses stores only... so maybe u could visit this mall n skip the rest as it will be the same (for some of the newer mall here in KK, in fact the rest of those big malls in Malaysia 🇲🇾??)

Very nice mall to visit especially during the festive seasons as the decorations are fantastic and enjoyable. Everyday there is traditional performance show with the traditional musical instrument. There so many fun activities can do here with family and friends like cinema, karaoke and games. Many restaurants for diverse selection local, Asian and International food. Can pay the parking by debit card. Vlog : https://youtu.be/QBOi4i_WFao?si=97Oi0F-gnf3OfWVN

Probably the #1 shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu, they set the standard especially during the festive seasons, Christmas, CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Halloween be sure to check out the Oval, for their decorations and events. Interestingly, this is the only mall in KK that has a dedicated welcome troupe which performs traditional dance, the Magunatip, near their main entrance daily at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm & 8pm. The video is available on YouTube and TikTok just Google Imago, you will find plenty of them, but it's just a different vibe watching live. Parking flat rate at RM3, the best parking is at the basement, it has quicker exit vs. the upper level parking. Imago also provided the parking system with green and red light that indicate the parking lot available or occupied. No other mall has this in KK. Cool. This mall is kids and disabled friendly, there are toilets facility and nursery room at level 2. (near Aeon Molly Fantasy) that is considerate for parents with kids. Would you look at the signage, the toilet has a bowtie. Surau is at the basement, entrance is near Senheng. Did you know iMAGO has the only Lego certified store in the whole of Borneo? The only nightmare here is the traffic jam during the festivities, or if there is an event being held, you could be stuck in your car for a prolonged time just to get out to the main road, my record was 1hour plus during Hari Raya 2022, better traffic management would be nice.

One of the high-tier (or premium call it what you may) malls in town. Often a tourist drop-off point prior to the virus pandemic. Has apartments at the upper floors of the premises. Outside parking is limited if not non-existent... the area is designed in a way that you will need to park inside the premises. Security there is strict and uptight - especially when it concerns parking outside or around the area.

Modern shopping mall featuring well known international brands, nice eating places, ... You'll find many European brands here, lots of choice to shop from.

B1 is where most of the FnB shop lot is. The ATM machine is located here as well (under the escalator). Place is crowded but not as it use to be. Luxury bags, watches and jewelry is on the ground floor. First floor is a mix of outlets. -update- new SOP allowed children under 12 to enter. However please abide the SOP, stay safe everyone

  • 2/5 Gilbert A. 2 years ago on Google
Every other place will put the Mysejahtera QR BEFORE entry. Imago thinks they are smart and put it after the security checks your vacc status. Stupidity at it's finest. The QR scanner takes time to load. While people queue, allow that to load and let them scan while moving in the queue. Walk past the security and show him your scanned result with vacc result. Simole. But not imago. Like the security says "kita sini buat lain". Yes, very "smart"

  • 5/5 JOSEPH SUDARSO (. 2 years ago on Google
Only 2dos visitors to entry the mall, whit double check your mysejahtera profile, this make me feel secure to walk in n shopping.

This is a pretty big mall and they have lots of different stores you can check out. Some stores can be found in other malls as well. Definitely go to a different place if you wish to buy groceries. The prices for groceries stuff are quite expensive compare to other places.

Good place to find clothing apparel as well as food. Regarding security issues in recent events, understandable that it is "Park At Your Own Risk". But if people don't find your establishment safe, then it would hurt the establishment in the long run.

I've never felt immensely proud of how such an enormous shopping mall can be well-kept throughout its years of operation thus far. The mall also provides various stores ranging from high-end luxury brands to a variety of restaurants for customers to choose and dine in. Nevertheless, the workers in stores are very friendly and one should never hesitate to approach them if you have any enquiries. Overall, it is a great experience shopping here and I am delighted in envisioning myself visiting Imago Shopping Mall once again in the near future.
