Amazing hotel. large, comfortable rooms, great breakfast at restaurant situated at the hotel. Breathtaking views of the city. Very modern and beautifully design. Great service from staff!!!

I love this place. Been here twice. Beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, awesome spa and pool. Well worth the money if you are up for a treat.

Stunning hotel. Went to celebrate wedding anniversary. Staff is excellent and very helpful. Sense of privacy and while we stayed there only saw maybe 2 more couples. Room's interior is fabulous and the bed is the best hotel bed I have slept in Japan. Slept like a baby! Because of precautions, gym was all ours, only my husband and I. Before using it, it was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

Spent a night with the wife here in 2016. Very fancy hotel with some unique interior choices which will almost certainly conjure up images of the film Great Gatsby. I'm not the greatest fan of the surrounding area as it has a Canary Wharf feel to it (it doesn't feel like its part of the capital).

Great place to stay with great view to Tokyo Bay from the room and fantastic restaurants.

Amazing service! Food, gym, and pool was also great.
