Great place to watch the sunset, very vibey at night time with all the lights on. Menu is good and has lots to choice from however some dishes are quite expensive compared to other places on the island.

So many restaurants on Lanta are deservedly scored 4.5+ I think Lym's with its score of '4' says a lot. Whilst it serves good food (when they actually have what's on the menu - twice I've ordered something they haven't got but it takes them 10+ mins to tell you), and it's on the beach, the service let's it down greatly. Lanta restaurant staff are generally so friendly and warm, then you go to Lym's and they all seem a bit rude, grumpy and is if they don't want you there. They're also very loud with each other which further decreases the atmosphere. Considering the higher price point than most places this is further disappointing. Some staff training in how to be welcoming would help a lot. The pizza is good, the fruit plate is also generous.

Good food with a great sea view. The food here is of decent standard but prices are generally higher. But I guess you are paying for the view. After food, you can chill by the beach or sit by one of the beachside tables. Great way to spend the afternoon. Still the service was quite bad. We ordered coconuts by the pool and they refused to bring it to us. The staff were just sitting around while we had to carry our own drinks. Thought they could do better on service.

I love the atmosphere and the staff here, super nice and friendly!! Food is great too, especially the curries and pad thai! If you are looking for heartwarming place with amazing people and good food, this is a place for you. And, it's on the best beach on Lanta :)

Safety beverage for everyone. Nothing wrong with the place, make the drink, everyone can have, however, it is no impression about the drink here to talk about after we left the place. My impression goes to the beach, the sunset, the space, and the staffs. They are all beyond average. Good place for every occasion 🥃

This place is clearly underrated. I think it deserves 4.8 at minimum! The live music was great, all the foods we ordered were super delicious, coctails are nice, they have fresh & real draft beer, the service was great and the prices are bare minimum. I have seen many overrated restaurants, but this is the first time I see such an underrated one. STRONGLY suggesting the restaurant especially in the evening with live music!

Located right on the beach. We went for dinner and they were having live music. The food was good and the portions very generous (specialty the Phad Thai). Service was a bit slow, but is understandable, considering that most of the tables were occupied.

Nice little bar and restaurant. Food is good and great service. Unfortunately there are a lot of mosquitoes and flys which are attracted to the lights strung up above the tables. If you can avoid being sat right under these lights you may have better luck. Spent most the time swatting these away

Nice cocktails and nice food. More expensive than other places but you’re paying (and really here) for the location. Sunset drinks here, and happy hour, is lovely. It’s a great meeting point with others on the beach and I went here several times for this reason.

Pro-great location and happy hour on beers. After having a massage I was looking forward to a beer. Whilst the beer was cold the lady serving was rude and uncommunicative. Basically felt like she didn’t want to serve me.

Delicious seafood, recommend the signature dish „whole white snapper with green mango salad“ 450Thb. Quality is good but service is a little slow but really friendly. Also tried the pizza, would not order it again but thai food options are really good and price considering being directly at the beach is good value for money.

We went there yesterday evening to have dinner quickly as we were also staying in the chalet hotel just nearby. However we were disappointed by the service : we ordered two Thai salads and had to wait more than 45 minutes to be served. We told them that we wanted to leave the restaurant and only pay for our drinks but they finally served us after having waited so long… but we found the salads very small in comparison of their price (180 bahts for each salad for only 4 shrimps inside), it was like appetizers. So in conclusion : very expensive and long waiting time.

The staff is really friendly and sweet. I had the "Kaeng Mussamun Kai" Curry and the Mango Mania and especially the Mocktail has been really delicious. The Curry portion was not too big, but that's how I love it. Perfect place, directly next to the beach with bean bags to sit on but also a lot of tables. The Escape Cafe is directly next to it, which I haven't been to yet, but will definitely give it a go because I have heard already a lot of good things about the great coffee.

Fantastic beach bar/restaurant. We went for two different mixed starter plates. Really good. We were here a few times four years ago and this place is as good as ever. Nice work Lym's staff. Cheers!

Really disappointing & expensive. Service very poor. Hard to get served even when quiet. Only ate here as all the other restaurants were shut & we were hungry. Food a bit cold & very mediocre which is a shame as all Thai food normally excellent. Would never come here again. Go for a beer & see the sunset and then go eat on the main street slightly inland. Much nicer & cheaper.

Came here a lot because the beach is pretty clean here. The atmosphere at Lyms is great and we loved the live music and fire artist. The western food doesn’t taste that well but I heard their Thai food is great. The location is amazing.

Food poisoning, ordered a chicken burger. Very bad burger. it wasnt big, but could not finish. Big regeer eating here at all. 3 days sick. Dont order this. Takes more then half hour to get this snack. Only after asking about the burger, suddenly they walk to the kitchen and came back. Not recommend this place. They also dont care when you tell you got sick.
