We had a group tour and this was one of the last attractions. The water is so warm, but the sand was not as I imagined. It was coral sand, which is not so tiny and pleasant as white sand, but still, I recommend you to visit this place. We visited as part of a tour to have a break and some lunch here. Normally you have to pay tourist-tax of 400 baht just to enter the island. The island is very clean, has plenty of shade and there are facilities and a snack shop. Clear waters and almost white beaches. A lot of other tourists, so finding a quiet spot can be difficult.

Useful recommendation: if you come here as part of a tour, ask the boat driver to leave you here for more than 1 hour. It's worth it more than Maya Bay (where you can't even swim)! The water is great for snorkeling and the beach is amazing!

We booked 3 hours and it felt little time at the island, because there is a long travel time. I think 4 hours would’ve been better. Our driver collected the fee but to be honest im not sure if he payed the fee or just kept the money. There is a counter in the island to pay, but no one seems to care if you dont. The beach is very clean and spacious. Beware of the rush hour with all the big tour boats carrying lots lf people. The sun was very strong they day we went. There are trees that provide shadow but are far away from the water. The sea was not very calm and lots of waves. We couldnt use our snorkels. But other days might be better. Bring your own food and water because there are no stores available. Bottomline, its a great place to spend a few hours.
