Health park ? There’s nothing like free gym equipment. A football pitch, some trees and nothing else. It’s not well maintained

Stunning View I've never expected, but it is one of the beautiful sunset beach in Thailand. This beach has many restaurants, you can take wonderful sunset view while you are eating.

It's a nice park for a short walk or just spending some time alone, located right next to the beach. Otherwise not much to do here. The playground looks forgotten and it doesn't seem like anyone came here to play in a while.

Nice trees giving good shade ;) but the park needs someone to take care of it, more trash bins to make it cleaner!

Expected work out equipment, etc. There are dead trees and broken branches everywhere. Not well maintained at all

The path is over grown and the little bridge is collapsed. Very sad state

Nice park but there's quite a bit of trash around the corners.

We enjoyed it there. It is a small park with a lake in the middle. Nothing special but a very peaceful place. There was almost nobody at the beach and the waves are the highest that we had on this island so far. I have to add, the beach is a little rocky when you’re in the water but we didn’t mind.

Beautiful park to go for a walk or a run. The shade of the pine trees and the small boulevard where to watch the sunsets is breathtaking.

Best only as an access point to long beach (which is wonderful). Beyond the condition and lack of any real workout features that others have already noted, they burn trash what feels like all day. At least twice a day, which makes even walking through a less-than-healthy park.

Good for running in laps. Much shadow.

Great place to watch the sunrise, walk in the forest or play sports with locals. Good area to swim as well Washroom on site and

I don't get why they call it a Health Park when there's no workout stuff or equipment. Even the playground's a bit sad-looking, like it's been forgotten. But it's still a decent place for a leisurely walk. So if you're up for strolling around and enjoying some fresh air, give it a shot.

This place is my favorite place after walking along the beach in the morning, at that time my sister and I stayed at Lanta Bungalow, every morning we walked along the beach, my sister usually went back to the Bungalow first to rest, while I chose to rest in this park, while bringing supplies in the form of hot tea and some snacks, after resting I went back through the city streets while buying food at the supermarket. This park looks clean and busy in the morning and evening.
