This was a great location in Krabi where everything was within walking distance. The rooms are modern and clean. The entire hotel seemed like it had gone through a major renovation. Loved the lobby and breakfast. There were a few issues such as not being able to have a hot shower and towels seem to run out by 3pm, there was also a weird smell by the adjoining fence in the pool area. Again, minor things because everything else was great! The staff is very friendly and try to help as much as possible which was amazing! Super happy we stayed here.

This was my first ever trip to Thailand and the stay at the hotel has been absolutely fabulous! The people are so warm and hospitable, the rooms are great, the pool is AMAZING and it's a gorgeous property. There are multiple eating joints nearby and 2 beaches at 10-minutes walking distance! The food was great, and the USP of this place is the warmest greetings you receive from each and everyone from the hotel staff. 10/10 would recommend.

I spent two nights at this hotel, once on my way to Phi Phi and the other on my return journey. During my first stay, I opted for the deluxe room, which was tidy, and the staff demonstrated excellent responsiveness. However, there were occasional issues with the electricity in the room, but these were promptly resolved. On my way back, I booked the Deluxe Pool View room at a higher cost. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst room I've ever experienced. The room had a musty smell, and upon entering, we found the floor to be wet. Despite attempts to air it out, the situation didn't improve. When we returned from dinner, the floor was even wetter. There was moisture on all surfaces. Upon complaining to the reception, the cleaning staff was sent, and a diffuser was provided for the smell. Shockingly, the cleaning staff scolded me, blaming the wetness on the balcony door being left open briefly for ventilation. Later, I even discovered hair in the tub, which was ignored during the cleaning. Despite complaining via the hotel's app, there was no response. Since we were leaving early the next morning, we reluctantly stayed in the problematic room, waking up to find even more water in the room. Additionally, the staff at the tourist information counter proved unhelpful. The hotel charged us 2000 baht for ferry tickets to Phi Phi, which included pier transportation. However, when we returned to the hotel after a meal, they informed us there were no cabs and suggested we book our own after already charging us. Despite being pressed for time, I secured a grab to the pier. Although I requested a refund, the hotel complied, and I managed to arrange transportation and ferry tickets for a total of 1200 baht, significantly less than the hotel's charge. For future guests, I recommend seeking assistance from the tourist information kiosks outside the hotel for airport and other bookings. They offer reasonable prices and possess better knowledge of activities and timings.

Was there for 4 nights. Professional well-trained staff. Helpful and very polite. They will greet and ask all the time you stay there with care. Room is so clean and well maintenance. Good facilities. Breakfast is the best. Love the pool. Thank you everyone for our fantastic holiday. PS. Please add more movie Chanel and hotel slipper.

Very good stay. Rooms were clean and very welcoming. Staff always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast Buffet was excellent. Loved the mixture of traditional Thai and continental food. Pool is the best place to be in. Truely a memorable experience.

This hotel is in an alley surrounded by lots of restaurants, both Indian and Thai. The night market is 10 minutes from the hotel and so is the beach. Breakfast was ok not wow. Lots of flies around some areas. They have a tour desk. The swimming pool is good although I didn't swim. They have rooms with pool access

Fantastic hotel, the staff were lovely and always very helpful. The pool is brilliant, your able to swim lengths, relax by the swim up bar, play water volleyball of some sort or even go down the slide! The rooms are comfy and spacious. We opted out for breakfast but did have it on one morning for 300TBH and it had everything you could want and more. It felt very peaceful and relaxing whilst we were here. It is also within walking distance of both beaches, the night market and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend 👌🏼

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Centara Anda Dhevi Hotel in Ao Nang and it was an excellent experience. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. The hotel's restaurant had a wide selection of breakfast items, which was great for starting our day. The hotel is perfectly located between both beaches and local amenities. This made it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy all that Ao Nang has to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend the Centara Anda Dhevi Hotel to anyone visiting Ao Nang. The friendly staff, clean rooms, good food, and great location make it an excellent choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The resort has a nice pool, with a depth of 1.20m leaves some parents a little less worried about the offspring splashing around. The room was decently sized and I think the green initiative where you can trade the daily making of your room against a 150THB voucher to be used with the hotel is a smart move into the right direction. The hotel is conveniently located near the night market(5min on foot) and between Ao Nang beach and Nopharat Thara beach. Both are pretty whereas the latter one seems to be preferred by locals and has nice beach front pubs to watch the sunset. You may either walk(ca.10-15min to each) or take a TukTuk (ca.100 BHT one way). The staff is friendly and always tries to support. The breakfast is sufficient and offers many choices. Only the coffee wasn't satisfying my palate, but maybe I'm too picky here. If you're looking for fair quality fairly priced, this imo is your place. Enjoy your stay and Krabi

This is a lovely place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The hotel is very comfortable and boasts an assortment of spa treatments to spoil yourself with. There is also a very nice pool and gym. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very polite and willing to help. My partner and I were very satisfied and will definitely return for our next holiday to Krabi.

The first impression of this Hotel was of very friendly,efficient and thoroughly professional staff at Reception. This was carried through to all the Staff. We upgraded to a Pool Side Room....walked straight down into a lovely pool. The breakfasts were fantastic..everything you could want. The Room Service Menu is good and competitive with local restaurants [try the fish and chips ]. On our leaving day, 5.30 am there were prepacked breakfasts waiting for us.We had a wonderful trip. Very many thanks.

Wonderful experience ! Beautiful rooms, nice location but the staff are what makes the place - they are fantastic, super friendly, not intrusive and highly professional. Breakfast was great. It has built in indoor pool which was clean and very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and hospitality here. We are for sure coming back and highly recommend this place to one and all.

Location: Location is really good. Everything important is at a walking distance - Beach, Longtail boats pickup point, night market, restaurants, massage parlors. There is a 7/11 right across the street. Ao Nang pier (which is starting point of all island tours) is a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Rooms : Rooms are not the greatest but are simple, clean and decently maintained. Don't expect a very sophisticated room. The room had tea/coffee, a fridge and a hairdryer. No iron was provided. The balcony was big with good quality plastic chairs. Bathroom : Again, nothing fancy here. Bathrooms are clean but look a little old. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were provided. Breakfast: Breakfast is neither very elaborate nor too small. It had bread, butter, jam, baked goods, salads, cut fruits, juices (though not fresh juice, they were bottled), asian foods like dumplings, stir fried chicken and vegetables, and omlette station. The only complaint is that the breakfast area can get warm and there are very few fans there. Amenities : WiFi works very well. The lounge area is well decorated and good for spending some leisure time. Pool area is also good (but we didn't use it). Towels are provided for the beach and the pool. There's a daycare for kids and a spa as well, but we didn't use it. Service : I will give full marks for customer service. We had some issue with the room (the blind curtain had holes) and on raising the issue, the problem was immediately rectified. The hotel has a travel desk which can provide information, book your island tours and transportation and we found it was many times cheaper than booking from outside vendors. Special shout out to employee Honey who works on the front desk for skillfully addressing all our concerns. (She is the girl in the hotel's spa advertisements 🙂) Overall : We think the hotel was good for the price we paid.

The stay was comfortable and good. I choose this hotel because of its proximity to Ao Nang beach. Check-in time is by 2 pm which is kind of late. If you have a normal morning flight to Krabi, you are bound to reach by 12 pm. So you may not get the room till it's 2pm. Other than that I found this well located and close to all amenities. There's a family mart right opposite to it, to buy water or snacks for a cheap rate. It's around 800m from the beach. I loved the walk to and fro the beach since it was lined with various shops. Breakfast spread was good. It had Indian, continental, and Thai. Since I was there for 4 days, l kind of tried almost all I felt all were good and tasty. Overall a good stay. No complaints about the service too.

Old charm hotel in Ao Nang. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a little older, but it is well kept. Room was comfortable and AC was working fine. Bed was a little hard for western standard, but this is normal for Thailand. Daily water bottles were replenished by housekeeper. We rented a car and was able to park in front of the hotel without any issues. If the spaces are full, the security guard will park and move it for you. Location is in the middle of two night markets, 7/11 is in front of the hotel, Kotung Restaurant (highly rated) is a 3 minute walk to the right behind the hotel. Great hotel. Great location. Great price.

Stayed there for 6 nights. We were 3 adults and 2 kids. Got two deluxe pool view rooms. The rooms were nice and spacious with massive windows and bathtubs. I just felt like the cupboards were a little cranky and old. The pool is great with a small slide as well. Breakfast was very elaborate and also kept on changing everyday. The staff was incredibly helpful and always available around the close.

The most friendly staff I've ever met. Prompt service and to perfection. All your needs are looked after here. Very clean! Beautiful architecture to look at from your private balcony for each room. Pool cleaned daily, and you don't hear it even if you're awake at 2am, with a swim up bar. Peaceful and tranquil. Breakfast has a wide variety buffet.

Hotel is in great location with 2 minute walk to 7/11 and 15-20 minute walk to the main strip/beach. There’s plenty food option surrounding the hotel as well. The room was spacious and decent sized pool. The gym is a little small but not an issue since it was empty most of the time. It has good selection of equipment for exercise. Staff were always friendly and helpful if needed.

Great service and a really convenient location leads to this very high review. Our original room smelled quite dank - this was quickly rectified with a switched room - thank you! Fairly compact, and our room had direct pool access which the kids thought was an incredible feature. Breakfast was good, wide selection and well refreshed. The ordered food was probably not worth getting considering how close, good and more affordable the food places surrounding the hotel are. A great Basecamp to have for your holiday in Krabi, highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa! We stayed there for two weeks and all of the staff were extremely kind, attentive and funny!! The drinks were very tasty and so was every single meal we had. Ice and Va were especially great and always made sure our days at the pool and evenings in the lobby were very enjoyable. Thank you very much for this great experience!

The hotel is very cozy. We were greeted with sangria as our welcome drink and were given a cold wet towel while waiting to check in. The room is pretty spacious and it comes with a variety of amenities including lotion and bath foam. The breakfast was nice and they have a wide range of cuisines ranging from pasta to noodles (the noodles are cooked when you order them so it's fresh and i recommend trying the noodle!) There are swimming pool, a bar and a pool table in the common area. There was a 7-11 nearby which sells a variety of local snacks

My stays here was very good with a good room with nice ambiance and big spaces, with bathtub. The service is also very good and fast. The staffs are super friendly. Highly recommended. Talking about breakfast, it's super delicious. Everyday different menus and alot of varieties. Comes with continental, western, Danish and so on. 5 stars for overall!!!!

Staff was super lovely! Beautiful pool. The highlight was definitely the bathroom (had a bathtub and nice hot water!) plus nice products provided (lotion / shower gel/ bath bubbles / shampoo). Wifi in the room was decent. However, the bed was awful. Really hard and you could feel the springs. For a nicer hotel, they should take notice of the bed quality. If beds don’t bother you, this is a great place to stay.

A very good hotel on an European Level with European and asian food. The staff does everything to meet your wishes and make your stay as comfortable as possible. They turn music down for me, when I asked. We could rest, sleep and eat something normal at least after a very difficult and unpleasant journey through Thailand, it was like a oasa in the middle of a desert ;). Excellent breakfast with over 30 different dishes, everyone will find something for himself. Excellent spa, we were take to the second centara spa hotel for massage, which I recommend. A very nice stay. I would definitely come here again. The nstreeti quite and on the next street there is an italian restaurant with excellent original italian pizza. On the same street you will find an india restaamd 10 min. On foot you have beach and night market.

Great value for money and fantastic hospitality all around. Room had a great view and was clean and well designed. Breakfast was as good as advertised and was highlight of the morning. Will defintely consider staying here again and at any other Centara property.

The AC was little bit loud, but beside that room was excellent 👍 Staff at hotel was helpful and very friendly and the poolside was nice even though it was pretty small. Luckily the sand beach was 2 minutes walk away so you always could go there. The hotel itself was at the end of a small and quiet street, but the center of ao nang was just couple hundreds meter from hotel. So location is awesome

What an amazing stay. Close to the nightlife we walked everywhere. Our very own private balcony with deck chairs with your own private access to the pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Rooms clean and beds nice and firm

Great hotel, large clean room with a great balcony with lounge chairs on it. Beautiful pool and the staff are all friendly and very helpful. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices. Great location as well. 10 minutes walk to two different beaches. Pool table was a bonus.

Overall a good stay Restaurant has really tasty food, European option also yummy. Just value for money not too good, as food is expensive and portions small. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms quite big, nice and clean, modern for the local standards. Spa is in another branch so they give you a free shuttle for treatments, which we were happy with.

Great hotel Service is very attendive and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is really nice with lots of choices for every taste and dietary issues. This is also family friendly hotel with a huge pool, gym, spa and very quiet in the nights. We visited the Spa, and it's very good, with professional therapists and excellent service. Overall this is a very good hotel, with few improvements to be made, but that's a matter of taste.

Easy access to Ao Nang Beach. Nearby seven eleven so you get whatever you need 24*7. Food is good and the ambience is quiet and soothing.

Made a booking including breakfast via Expedia but with wrong dates so I asked Expedia to change the dates. At check in I just got to know Expedia messed it up after changing dates as breakfast was not included. The receptionist followed up with Expedia but no resolution from Expedia however the receptionist was kind enough to provide us complimentary breakfast during our stay when she realised it was all Expedia fault while they could easily ask for extra charge. The staffs are nice, polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, new and modern. We enjoyed the pool and happy hour drinks too.

If you're expecting international (or even American) standards, this is not your place. Our initial impression of this place was awful! The rooms were uncleaned, supplies were not given properly, and in general the place seemed like a bad idea! We booked 5 rooms, and we got our room slightly early because I was feeling sick, and my room was literally the uncleaned room the guests before me had left, with just the bed made! And my family had to wait for hours before they got their rooms. But having said all these, the staff, especially the manager, were very kind. The manager personally came over to our room, took notes of all the complains we had, and had everything taken care of immediately. The hotel is at a great location, and good for what you pay! If you ever need a budget place in Krabi, I'll definitely recommend this place.
