Arrogant staff at reception and restaurant. The hotel is short staffed and the available executives at reception and restaurant were arrogant. The lady at travel desk was helpful though. Breakfast menu is very limited and the overall food is very spicy and pretty average in taste. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. The rooms are quite small for the price and the toiletries are inadequate and basic. Thumbs up to the travel desk lady and the pool. Thumbs down to everything else.

Rooms were very small (~150 ft²), so fitting 3 people in one room was a bad idea. This hotel doesn't advertise it's room size on portals like Agoda, so I didn't know this bit, otherwise would have booked something else. The breakfast spread was decent, lots of options, though we had mostly breads, egg, and rice. The hotel didn't have a bell-boy so we had to take our luggage to room ourselves, which is a bit surprising for a supposed 4-star hotel. Location-wise it's a bit far from the beach (1.6km), though hotel does offer shuttle service at 3-4 times a day.

We have stayed at the Centra by Centara for 3 nights. We came 3 hours before the check in, and we got the room! The room was perfect with the view on the mountain and the pool (I recommend to choose this room). The breakfast is 5* with a big variety of sweet and other meals. The personal is super nice, with Thai hospitality attitude. I recommend you to stay here.

Amazing room with an amazing view of the lime stone rocks of Ao Nang, Krabi. Check in was swift and we could enter the room earlier at our convenience. The room itself was of standard size and the bed was good with a pillows a little too soft for my liking. The shower was great with nice pressure. The hotel is a little further down the road of the beach but it's only a 15-20 minute walk away. Have not made use of the swimming pool and gym, but they looked nice.

Nice hotel with great service mind staff. A room is spacious with amenities. We enjoy breakfast buffet and alarcate dinner. A hotel should review as following; - Bathrobe, so we don't have to walk naked. - Slippers, so we don't have to walk cold in a room. - Umbrella at front service, do I don't have to walk in a rain to my car. Somehow, your great service mind staffs are compensated. Recommend.

Hotel location is fine but dark street passing through the hotel route. Hotel view is good. But service not up to the standard. It should not be 4 start hotel as per their service and facilities available. Staff is not enough to handle even one customer. Reception area empty most of the time. No one there to pick up the luggage to the room. No shampoo, conditioner available in the bathroom. Only Handwash, kettle and coffee, milk powder etc were available there. It can be a 3 star hotel but definitely not a 4 star hotel for me. Breakfast is not suitable for vegetarian Indians. Skip this hotel if you want to stay in actual 4 star hotel.

Honest review. When we arrived the staff never said hello just - passports! The room we were assigned was decent in size and cleanliness, but so many basics were missing. No towels were in the room, only a quarter of roll of toilet paper, then the extras we’ve seen in most other Thailand hotels - no umbrella (which we were told was supposed to be there), no robes or slippers. While the bed was good, the walls and windows are thin and we heard neighbours and cars past 2am. Wifi is extremely slow, and we had to login 3-4 times for a one night stay. The breakfast was decent, location is okay (still a bit too far to walk into town, but 100 baht one way). Would definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Let me start by saying the service of the staff is impeccable! They’re so kind and attentive. However, there are somethings I’ll highlight that impact the overall review of this hotel. Pros: Affordable, beautiful views, breakfast has many options, flexibility for late checkout (thank you!), a GYM!!, AC, no bugs, cleaning of rooms everyday. And amazing staff! Cons: When we checked in, our room was dirty. I had to ask for it to be cleaned again. I noticed dirty dishes at the end of the hall that sat there for hours. Overall, it’s small things like that which have impacted my review. It’s a 7/10 but I’m glad I stayed there. The staff and their quality for service make all the difference. They’re great people and I’m happy I stayed there. But after 2 days, I would not stay there again Note that the shuttle doesn’t run between 11:30 and 15:30 Thank you to all the kind staff!

The Centra by Centara Phu Pano Resort in Krabi offers the perfect retreat to escape from daily life and fully relax. The rooms are not only spotlessly clean, but also modernly furnished. However, the most beautiful thing about the rooms is undoubtedly the view of the spectacular landscape. It was designed in such a way that you have a breathtaking view from almost every point in the room. I really enjoyed waking up and falling asleep with this wonderful view. The reception staff are incredibly attentive, friendly and ensure that you feel welcome and cared for at all times. They are available for any concerns and questions and are happy to help you explore the surroundings or plan an excursion. The breakfast buffet is also noteworthy, spoiling me with a wide selection of dishes and excellent service! :-) The various stations offered a great variety of delicious foods that were freshly prepared and lovingly presented. The leisure activities at the hotel were equally positive. The pool was sufficiently large and well maintained. The fitness center was also well-equipped and offered enough opportunities to stay active during your vacation. I particularly remember the New Year's Eve at the hotel in a positive way. The staff went out of their way to give us guests an unforgettable night, by offering us a fire show! ;) In addition, I can highly recommend the location of the hotel. It is centrally located in Ao Nang and offers an excellent starting point to explore the surroundings. The beach, numerous shops, a laundry service, and a 7-eleven supermarket are all within a few minutes' walk. Overall, my stay at the Centra by Centara Phu Pano Resort was a real highlight that I can recommend without hesitation. If you are looking for a luxurious accommodation that offers everything you hope for in a relaxing vacation, then you are in the right place.

Pros: Good location, the view from our room on the 6th floor was great and the same for the mountain view from the pool. The staff are friendly and the hotel style is nice. Also walking distance to Ao Nang itself. Cons: the rooms are a bit tired and stained, we had a room with an adjoining door to another and this was unnecessarily noisy but luckily they checked out after the first night. The breakfast was a real let down; plenty of choice but lacking in quality so after a day or so we just ate it elsewhere as there were better options. Overall, this was a good hotel for the price we paid but not in a rush to return.

Our first international honeymoon trip from India to Thailand, and the first hotel that we landed in... Best experience. This hotel is 15-20 minutes walking distance from beach. Room staff and service is awesome. Breakfast options are also good. If you want to dine in, you can enjoy Thai cuisine here(For Indian cuisine, there are 2 small restaurants just outside gate of this hotel). Swimming pool and other facilities are also worth. The best 4 star hotel in Krabi I can say. Book this restaurant without second thought.

Very clean rooms, the reception is always there for you if you have any questions, the restaurant and bar has a great selection of food and drinks, the Manager was very helpful and always smiling. There is a playground for Kids next to the Pool and it’s also clean and Kids can swim there. I really can recommend you to stay in this Hotel as it’s in an quiet area and easy to reach from the boat pier in Ao Nang as they provide a bus shuttle or you can rent a bike, what I did. You can also book a direct transfer to the Airport, which will bring you directly to the Hotel. All in all a great experience and I will definitely come back here!

Fantastic Resort, with friendly staff that go out of their way to make you stay great, nice and comfortable. The rooms was nice with great views as well (we took the mountain facing units), great pool with stunning views, wide variety breakfast, all adding up to a great stay. I even got a surprise birthday cake. Or opt for the valentine option and enjoy a sunset supper with stunning views of the mountain. Definitely recommend this resort. Close to the town and the beach areas as well. Thank you for an awesome birthday break.

Modern and stylish hotel centrally located in ao nang, just off the main road, about 10 minutes' walking from the beach. Staff are friendly, particularly at the restaurant. Nice swimming pool and basic gym. All rooms seem to have a spacious balcony with decent views. Would book again.

Ok budget hotel. Not very well cleaned. Beware if you are looking quiet the pool plays music on a loop with only about 3 songs and loud. V annoying. When asked if it could be turned off staff clear with a blank no!! Bread at breakfast not good, cold eggs, coffee mmm acrid mud lol Rooms nice with nice balcony. Overall stay was OK i would not want to pay more than 1300 for the hotel though.

Great hotel in AoNang, away from the hustle and bustle. beautiful rooms, especially those overlooking the pool. Very nice service, great quality and appearance of the hotel. the only thing that needs to be improved is breakfast and place for kids.

Nice place to stay if you have a vehicle, else the hotel provides free shuttles to and fro to ao nang beach. A good view of the limestone hills. A little sad breakfast buffet with less to no change in the food menu. They even charge extra for machine coffee and provide a rather bad coffee for free.

It has to be my favourite hotel in Krabi. Not only is the hotel extremely beautiful and clean, it’s also in the best location you could possibly want to stay in at Krabi. The hotel staff is wonderful and there’s literally everything available at the hotel itself making it super convenient. You can find scooters, all tours and packages right at the reception and they’re all super affordable. The breakfast buffet is super amazing and delicious too. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Krabi.

We'vd booked this hotel for a very good price (10$ p.p. per night, breakfast included) for this price the hotel was perfect. Very kind staff, good Service, good food. Just the pool is smaller than on the pictures and there are no fancy sunbeds.

Cons: Drinking water provided was only half litre per person per day, which is very less as compared to other hotels in Thailand. Check-in process was very slow. It seemed that there was preferential treatment towards Westerners compared to Indians (might be due to their tipping culture). Pros: Good mountain view from the room balcony. They have shuttle service to the Aonang beach at specific times which needs to be prebooked, which was helpful.

Very friendly staff, and food in the restaurant was very good. The hotel room is rather small and the overall facilities in the hotel are limited. Ok for a night or two if you want a base from which to do day trips but no longer. Location is not great if you want beach access and to relax. If you want easy access to the town then it is well located

I completely disagree with all of the negative reviews of this hotel and feel people should disregard them when looking at the hotel. From arrival everything about the hotel was fantastic. Check in was fast and efficient, all of the staff at the hotel are all very kind, helpful, attentive and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel is brilliant from the shared areas to the pool and the rooms were kept in excellent condition. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to some really nice quick and easy restaurants, far enough from the main strip for it to be quiet, but close enough to walk down to the beach if you wanted, although we rented a scooter right around the corner from the hotel, but they even offer a shuttle if you wanted. Breakfast offered a great range of availability and was always very nice. All of this made the stay excellent, not to mention the amazing view of the surrounding mountains from the pool view room we had. Absolutely loved it, thank you!

We stayed for 5 nights. Like many other of the reviews say, we were a bit surprised at how small the rooms were. Other than the bed, there’s only one stool so it was kind of inconvenient when we’re back all sandy from beach and waiting our turns to shower before sitting on the bed. But we did get the pool view with the mountains which was really pretty! Otherwise the hotel is clean and they do a good job cleaning everyday. I’d say the bed was okay too, I wasn’t fond of the blanket, a bit too thin for my liking. The room gets really cold and dry overnight with the aircon. As for Breakfast which was included in our stay, it’s always the same thing. They rotate maybe a few items but after 2 days you’ll quickly get tired of it. I would eat less and less each day. Overall we had a decent stay! It’s a 20 min walk to the beach which is kind of far in the heat, but a quiet neighborhood! And there’s laundry down the road for 40thb/kg

This was our first stay at Centra Phu Pano Resort Krabi in Ao Rang around New Year's Eve 2023 and we loved it. The staff is exceptionally friendly, accommodating and truly welcomes every guest. We visited the hotel as part of our Thailand trip. Breakfast continues to be incredibly delicious, plentiful and always fresh. There are many offerings from the hotel (live music, movie nights, shuttle service to the beach, etc.), and the rooms are beautiful. On-site facilities are equally impressive, with a lovely swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Nearby, there's a reasonably priced laundry, a cocktail bar, several restaurants, a massage parlor, and a 7Eleven (supermarket). The thing that really sets the Centara Hotel apart, however, is the service of the staff at the reception. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful, and did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Whether I needed tips on local attractions or help arranging transportation, the staff was always on hand to help. If we travel to Ao Nang again, we will definitely book here again.

We had a great experience at this beautiful hotel. We booked the superior swimming pool view room and the view from the room is so serene. One gets to see the swimming pool with the lush green mountain. It was so breathtaking that whenever you get up in the morning you get such a beautiful and amazing feeling. Though very less Indian breakfast, it's better to go outside and eat since there are two Indian restaurants just outside on the right side of the hotel. Everything else is perfect.

Wonderful experience!! This was our favorite hotel out of three 5-stars we stayed. The pool site has a fantastic location and view. The room is small but has a fantastic balcony outlook. The pool water was crystal clear and suitable for non-swimmers. We had a great time there. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and eager to serve. Service from the hotel staff was top notch. All in all I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Highly recommend!!

Room was adequate. Linen was not great with holes in the bed linen and bathroom towels provided on multiple occasions. In some cases the linen that was changed was worse than what we already had. Pool and facilities were nice and well kept. Drinks and food were generally a little more pricey and had tax and service on top. Hotel has a shuttle but need to book in advance or it will leave without you. Plenty of laundry services available in the area at very reasonable cost. Staff were very attentive and willing to help with any requests I had.

Great place for stay and to relax. In the heart of the city with lots of places to hang out and eat nearby. U will need a ride to reach the beach. But even a walk to the beach is fun. Hotel staff courteous and rooms clean and well maintained though they felt a little small. Had a great stay

This style of hotel is not luxury and this is reflected in the cost. Rooms are small but provide all you need, nice pool, small gym and has restaurant. Breakfast was poor which made me not want to try other dining options. My advice book room only as nots of food places in Krabi.

  • 5/5 forum s. 2 years ago on Google
The rooms were spacious. Booked the hotel for 2 night for my quick getaway from the hauling city. Helpful staff, peaceful and just a 10 min walk from so any beach. All in all, a great experience.

  • 4/5 Mincy m. 1 year ago on Google
A good stay experience however could improve having hot beverages that can be included in the breakfast. Very less variety of hot beverages (coffee, tea, etc..) Rooms are clean, luxurious with a beautiful scenic balcony. AC is centralized in the room and doesn't give much of cooling. Must have an option of a fan in the room given the weather conditions. Ambiance is beautiful!

This hotel is absolutely excellent. Architecture and design is great. I enjoyed my time there very much. The staff is friendly and cooperative and does always its best to make the vacationers happy. Also the food and the a la carte restaurants offer great food and quality, especially, the service so nice and really perfekt. we loved the service team :).

I like the place. The pool and the view outside the veranda is perfectly amazing. The room is clean. The bed and pillows are comfy. The staff are so welcoming and friendly especially at the restaurant. Food and drinks are delicious. I would like to recommend their mango and watermelon shake. However, it's far from the beach. But overall, I had an awesome staycation.

The hotel was really nice, clean and cozy rooms and the staff was friendly and helpful any time we needed them. And the view from the room was spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay and would come back any time. Absolutely recommend! ;)

So far it's been one day here and we really like it. The views are incredible, the pool is glorious, the rooms are perfect for a beach district. King size beds. Lovely bathrooms. Located in a central mom and pop shops district. Home foods, small pubs, the best original Thai culture you can get without it being commercial. Highly recommend the hotel

Hotel location is good, it has good view of mountains..little far from city center. Good swimming pool but poor quality of rooms.. not cleaned properly.. STAFF ARE NOT WELCOMING ESPECIALLY TO INDIANS..There are no sanitisers in public places.. No welcome drinks or at least welcome at a 4 star hotel.. No extra masks for public.. flies at eating area..

  • 4/5 Tan T. 1 year ago on Google
Good location. Only about 1.5 K to the Ao Nang Beach, but a quieter alley not on the crowded walking street. The view is amazing, love it. Room are just okay, actually a bit small. But you get the view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking spot is too small and not enough when all rooms are booked. But overall good. Would come back if get a chance.
