Very happy with our stay in Glow aonang. It's great value for money - clean, friendly, comfortable beds and a good mountain view. The breakfast is great for Thai hotel standards with a variety of options. It's tucked away in a quiet alley away from noise. Highly rate this place for a stay in Krabi.

Room The room was spacious, clean & welcoming. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were way too soft for my preference. I couldn’t sleep well because of that. I have requested the receptionist to ask them to change my pillow during the room cleaning but nothing has been done. I like the fact that there were plenty of hangers in the room so that I could hang my clothes as I am staying for 4 nights. Service All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Room cleaning was done perfectly. The receptionists have been very helpful and tried to attend to our needs. Facilities There was a swimming pool, dart, billiard & also kids' room to keep the guests busy even if they choose to stay in the hotel. Location You might need 10-15 minutes to get to the bustling Ao Nang beach. Although there are fewer choices of restaurants surrounding this hotel, you can walk easily to the 7-eleven if you get hungry during odd hours. I love how calm it gets at night as I am a light sleeper. Breakfast Breakfast was kinda same as the 4 nights I was staying. I wish there were more variety of fod. Nevertheless, the foods are average.

Staff are brilliant here especially the chef and bar guy who played pool with us lots. Food was delicious especially the fries. Rooms were always kept clean and tidy. Felt like I was in my own home, very comfortable. Pool was always clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who stays in Krabi. Location very good too with 7 eleven just round the corner. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Highly recommend this hotel for your holidays. It’s luxury, rooms are modern, big and very cozy. Equipment of room and toilet is very nice. Depends of room you can have a view on palm forest what was really relaxing to me. Really enjoyed it. A/C was working properly. Pool is amazing. It was a brilliant idea to pay extra for breakfasts. There was much better than in another hotels. You could try different fruits, choose egg style breakfast each day and generally it was delicious. Location is pretty good, around 10 minute walk to Main Street where you can buy everything or take a boat to beaches. Price was reasonable.

Pretty great little hotel with a nice swimming pool with bar service right next to it. Pool table is a fun addition (though the darts machine wasn't working). Rooms were standard and service was excellent. Very hospitable and willing to help out with requests for how to operate the safe and provide an HDMI cord. Location is walking distance to the beach and next to a 7-11. Would recommend going to the beach to request travel packages as the tourist stalls right next to the hotel are overpriced!

That's was a nice stay, we enjoyed the place. Rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean, staff is pleasant. We checked out at 10AM and went for a boat tour, then came back at 3PM and had a chance to take a shower in the gym. By the way, gym is really good too.

We had a great time at Glow. As we were on our anniversary, they voluntarily upgraded us to a deluxe room with free breakfast for the duration of our stay! This was the best surprise and made our anniversary sweeter. They had also taken the extra step of decorating our room with flowers and balloons. The location is great, walking distance to Ao Nang beach and the walking street of Krabi. You can rent a bike just opposite to Glow. The breakfast was sumptuous, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was always smiling and polite. Thank you for going the extra mile and making our stay memorable, Glow!

The room is clean and well equipped, except for the minor drainage issue in the shower box. The house keepers do an excellent job. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Only a short walk to Ao nang beach. Overall, a good choice for my vacation. But I hope that the management will consider switching to refillable glass bottles for drinking water instead of using single use plastic bottles.

Loved the hotel. Paid RM85 per night, without breakfast. The room is modern and clean. The hotel is strategically located near Halal restaurant and other amenities. However have to walk about 7 minutes to reach Ao Nang Beach. Highly recommended for solo travelers as well as group.

The place has a good location very close to a lot of things but also a bit tucked away from the main strip. Unfortunately the room had a few problems like the drains being clogged in the bathroom and our room was not cleaned when we had requested it. I would say that it’s a fine place if you want a mid tear hotel but I would not stay here for longer than a few days.

Superb value for money for 15usd a night. Rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. Quite well designed too. I even regretted moving to a "higher-starred" hotel from here because the rooms just weren't as good as here. Great location with 7-11 just behind the building and the hotel right in the middle of two beaches, the main beach and the night market. Overall liked it very much and will come back here if I ever come back to Krabi.

Great hotel located very close to the heart of Ao Nang. Ao Nang Night market is only about a 5 minute walk away. The room and bathroom were both nice and clean. Also had a pool on ground floor. The breakfast was okay. Checking in took a bit of time. Overall, it’s a good place to stay. Thank you for pleasant stay

Great compact hotel with good soundproofing so we get a good night’s sleep. Great location also between 2 popular beaches - Ao Nang and Napphorat. Only downside is housekeeping of the rooms. We did not request cleaning and changing towels everyday but when we did, the service was very slow and the cleaning staff seems to be not around, even though her cleaning cart is right outside our room. One day although her cart was already at our floor by 3pm, cleaning was only completed at 4.45pm and this was only after requesting her to do our room next. hope this can be improved.

Really proper, well-built, well managed hotel. Rooms are very new and modern, well equipped, a bit luxurious. Rooms are not super big but very nice with balconies. The hotel has a swimming pool, a restaurant bar, next to 7 11, restaurants etc. A short walk from busy areas. Well trained staff.

However, the small pool being very busy could be a drawback. Additionally, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms could be a major issue for light sleepers or those looking for a peaceful night's rest. The fact that there is a loud late-night bar/hotel nearby only exacerbates the problem, but this is no fault of Glow’s just something to be aware of.

Such a pleasant surprise!! Booked here because reviews said the beds were comfortable unlike most places in Thailand. They are, not my cushy pillow top at home, but definitely comfortable enough to get a great sleep. Breakfast is awesome. Hotel is immaculate. Pool has wonderful seating! We stayed in Glow for three nights. Localisation is really good, you can have a nice walk to the nearby beaches, restaurants, shops etc. in no time. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even during an emergency, late night situations. Rooms are nicely made and well maintained, however the walls are very thin.. so if in the middle of the night, your neighbors coming back from the party, you're kind of coming back with them. In general we've been satisfied and happy. Good hotel.

Great hotel for our family. Beds are big enough and comfortable. This hotel close to both Ao Nang and Nopharat beaches. Breakfast and mini restaurant is great! I have nothing to complain except poo birds in the side of balcony lol..

The hotel is not bad, but not perfect for sure. constantly bad smell in the bathroom, small pool, very noisy air conditioner and poor sound insulation. Staff friendly.

Fantastic hotel at a great price . In an area still reopening from Covid, this place has life. Nice pool, pool table, great breakfast, good location with a 7-11 and street food available nearby and friendly staff. Special mention for Bao. This guy is a machine, sprinting to help guests and always in a 100% good mood.

The hotel is about 15-20 mins walk from Ao Nang Beach. The hotel is modern, and has nice small pool. The only negatives we felt was the longer walk to beach and deposit of 200 THB for each towel, which they would return when towels are returned.

We had a really great stay here, room was clean and the pool was great. Only issue we had was extending our stay - we got charged extra for breakfast than we had paid previously and our room card was cancelled anyway. Apart from that it was a great hotel in a pretty good location near the beach and plenty of restaurants.

We really enjoyed stay at the hotel. Have a nice swimming pool. The staffs are friendly. Since we requested room at downstairs, they changed and give us a connection rooms too. They have good range of breakfast. The rooms are clean and their beds and pillows 👍. Best place to stay in krabi.

Great hotel and Luxury feels! Had an amazing time at Glow. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was the best. Very near to the beach, a walkavle distance. There were markets on either side of the main street. We explored both sides on foot. Also, there are multiple bike rentals just outside the hotel who helped us rent a bike and a cab for the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very nice and beyond helpful! ( : Even though our room was facing the pool area, it was pretty quiet at night time. The food selection at breakfast varied each day, which was very nice. Thank you so much!

Stayed in the GLOW hotel last night and booked the room directly at the reception. First they said that the room hasn’t been cleaned yet… then after 5 minutes it was suddenly clean. But indeed it wasn’t clean at all! Hairs under the blanket, stains on the duvet cover and the bathroom was also not vacuumed. Just to name a few things. We kindly asked the staff to clean the bed and bathroom again, asked for towels (that were also not in the room) and left the hotel. We came back after 4-5 hours and all that changed: Towels lying on the (still dirty) bed. We complained again and asked them to clean everything right away. One person from the reception then “cleaned” the bed (only parts of it) while complaining in a rough tone and saying that he will not clean the bathroom. The person left without saying goodbye. This shouldn’t happen in any hotel - not even the cheapest ones. Really can’t recommend this hotel!

We found glow through Agoda promotion, price is really attractive, especially for family room Glow hotel is ocated slightly off the popular Ao Nang. It will be a fair distance to walk, around 10 minutes The hotel is well equipped with swimming pool and gym Bed is very comfy and soft, we like the pillows too It is advisable to drive, not to worry as there are plenty of parking spots around. Very near the other beach, if you going for other side of Ao Nang The TV program is quite decent too

This hotel is so nice and I completely didn’t expect it. I accidentally booked the wrong day but they were so kind to adjust the date for me and have a room available within 30 mins notice. Pros: -Super affordable -The photos listed by the hotel are real and updated -Only 10 min walk to catch the longboats/beach -Very clean and spacious rooms -The communal spaces are well kept 10/10 would recommend staying here!

The location of the hotel is great. Not far from the beaches and the markets etc. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the rooms are great with a nice clean balcony, chairs and table. Six days here out of 8 and no complaints. There is also hot water for showers. Our last hotel, we were taking cold showers ! Breakfast is great with a good mix of Thai and North American selection. A little bit more expensive but worth it ! .

Great place for its budget, lovely Facilities only you can hear the hallway pretty good.
