👍👍 It's close to the Krabi and much calm then in town. Nice quiet resort. This is right place to stay for relax. The personal is very friendly and helpful. They take you to the town and bring you back 2x per day. The prices are not too hight as in town and if you doing all day trip they pack breakfast... People often mention nice, staff, stay, pool, clean, room, resort, good, beach, view,

It's close to the Krabi and much calm then in town. Nice quiet resort. This is right place to stay for relax. The personal is very friendly and helpful. They take you to the town and bring you back 2x per day. The prices are not too hight as in town and if you doing all day trip they pack breakfast for you. Also the resort has beautiful garden with amazing trees and flowers. Of course pool with sun beds and nice view. Restorant has European and Asian menu. Highly recommend. Enjoy it.

Let me share my take on Diamond Beach. The area is just stunning, a perfect place to relax. The staff? Top-notch, really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was just right, hitting that sweet spot between too much and too little. The house? Cozy and that AC was a blessing. Fun fact, we asked for two beds and got this massive, comfy one instead. Now, let's talk about the restroom - it's not exactly the cleanest. And those windows? Could use a good scrub too. One thing to note, though, is the beach - not the nicest, mostly stones, no sand. The outdoor space was a definite plus, great for unwinding. And can you believe it? We snagged this deal for just €15 per person on Airbnb. Diamond Beach? Absolute steal! 🌴🌟"

We stayed some days in this fantastic resort. It was amazing, the swimming pool was super, location very quiet and Anita was super helpful and very nice. We highly recommend this resort!

So far from the city. There aren't any nearby restaurants. We also got a taxi from this resort, they told us first it was at 2000 baht, but when we were already in the middle of our trip, the driver then tells us it's 2500 baht. Scam alert. We ended up paying anyway since the driver stopped in the middle of nowhere. It's awful, might as well get a minivan instead.

Such a sad hotel. Looks nothing like the pictures, very run down and dirty. It’s quite creepy at night because it’s so empty. I have to say the 1 member of staff I met was nice, and the pool was exceptionally clean. Location is great for the pier ferry crossing (that’s why I stayed) and there is a great little restaurant near by call spicy chilli Thai, a must go to!!

Awesome resort...literally right on the edge of the ocean. Wonderful rooms, big comfortable beds, and a lovely pool with an ocean view. I couldn't be any happier with the choice! Next time I will stay in one of the bungalows.

Our stay was a disappointment. If you are looking for a place on a budget, I’d say your best bet would be the villas. As for the rooms, our garden view was a shed’s roof, the so called balcony is a shared walk-space. After room service (which is only available if you know to leave your key at reception) I still had beard shavings in the bathroom, the first night there was sand at the bottom of the bed (under the sheets). Whether in the bathroom, in bed, at the dining I had ants crawling on me. As for beach front, you can’t swim there or walk on the beach. The swimming pool is nice, but it is drowned with the pier’s noise. They provide a free shuttle to and back from town 3x a day, but it was always wet and no plastic cover against the rain. The staff is friendly, but not mindful at all. All around the reception area is dirty with litter. Place with potential, but definitely mismanaged 😑

We had a lovely time here, you get waken up by the calls of gibbons from the mountains. The bungalows are great and cozy and I really like the thai style. Bed was really comfortable Reason I give 4/5 stars is that the breakfast staff is REALLY slow. Also their is no option to eat or drink anything after breakfast. Which in my opinion is a loss for the owner and the quest as both can profit from this simple change. But all in all its a lovely place

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Diamond Beach Resort, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the incredible service provided by Miss Anitha. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made my experience truly exceptional.

Great budget place to stay friendly staff, lovely pool for kids and adults alike. Aircon in room was working well and shower was quite hot too.

If you want a quieter stay where you can rest this place is great. Everything was nice and clean, a few bugs around but to be expected in the middle of bush! It was a 15minute drive into the main beach town of Ao Nang, around 120 baht for a Grab. You can't swim at the beach on the property but there is a nice clean pool.

Really nice and helpful hotel staff. A quiet place. Location is good to be a base. You should take a boat or scooter to get to the beach or some interesting places.

Extremely disappointing, the bungalow was invaded by cockaroaches, when we asked to change rooms because it was unsanitary the rather unfriendly staff gave us a room in the “hotel” part of the resort. The room was durty and ants were running up and down the walls. When we asked for a gesture after having slept in a downgraded room, with the problems we’d encountered the staff rudly refused and refused to be understanding of the situation.

Pretty basic resort, but like a ghost town. Pretty sure we were the only people there (early May 23). Only 1 member of staff around but they were helpful. Only stayed for 1 night. Not much in the way of restaurants around, wouldn’t come back.

very nice hotel on the beach, the complex is in a good location, only a few minutes walk to both the piers from where you can get to all other beaches by boat, the rooms are clean, the pool with a view of the sea is a pleasant bonus for the guests staying, the magnificent garden will delight the eyes of every guest , greetings to Mr. Gardener and thanks to Mrs. Anita, the services are at a high level, the staff is kind and friendly, thank you for a pleasant stay

Me and my friend have decided to stay here in Ao Nan Mao, this is such a great choice. The room has a queen size bed, the resort is huge, it has its own private beach, a swimming pool that is extremely clean. This is a super nice area away from the crowd, this is exactly what we were looking for. The resort is located 3 mins walk within the pier to take ferries. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I’m very happy with the accommodation, I recommend it highly, next time I will stay in a bungalow. There is a restaurant within walking distance called Red Chilli, this is a must!! The best restaurant with the most tasty food presented in elaborated plates. The staff is very friendly and nice, don’t miss it!!

Our stay was excellent! The staff were so beautiful and kind to us, we booked a standard room and asked for an upgrade on the first night to try our luck and got it for only a little extra. There were so many butterflies around our bungalow which was beautiful. Our room was amazing, clean and very visually appealing, just like the scenery. It was nice to be away from Ao Nang and we found it very easy to get there once we got the contact details of a took took driver who had a good price. We had breakfast most mornings which was so yummy and cheap. I highly recommend this stay, we would have paid at least double for our room.

We just stay over night, place close to pier (you can use back gate). There is a pool and sea access when tide is high. Room is basic but really big, bed hard but good for sleep. Bathroom has some noise ventilator and was impossible to turn on light without it .

Very good resort right on the beach front of Ao Nam Mao. The wooden hut was great, the AC was very much appreciated. A few ants here and there but nothing i wouldn't expect from a hut in an exotic region.

A run down property in the middle of nowhere. It was rather expensive to get there and back and hardly worth it. We had to wait about 40 minutes for some breckfast waffles. I think I would have made them quicker myself. I regret staying at this hotel

It looks like it could be lovely is peak season, the bungalows are especially beautiful to look at didn't see inside though. We have a budget balcony room and wow, the view was spectacular, all the cliff edge. It rained a day and we just sat and looked out as the clouds passed the mountain. It's was all lovely. Rooms are clean. Fridge present. Water and toilet roll with flushing toilet. My family had 2 rooms, one room had a nice vibe pictures on the wall ect , but my room was bare, a shell with a bed 😅 but it was clean. The pool was unclean, but there was no one but us there with kids so maybe they would get to it? When the tide it out, it's not too pretty, but when the tide is in it comes to life. 24/7 reception. I wouldn't personally stay again it was a little out the way for me and very quiet, but the whole area was quiet, and while I love quiet, the vibe just wasn't for me. But if your like peace, a cliff view and a pretty sunset, with clean rooms, this is a good choice

Big area, bungalows. And noiseless aircon. Good price!

Lovely bungalow, clean and nice pool ,but no security. People drunk in the pool all night, noisy and couldn't get a good nights sleep for both our nights. Customers talking at 4 in the morning....resort doesn't care!

Pool, seeview, clean, nice rooms... ticks the most boxes. After Bangkok this is an oasis. At the water but the tide make it not good for a swim.

Beautiful staff and rooms, but be aware that this is Thailand and the cockroaches are inevitable.. And huge. Other than that... Pretty decent stay 👌

We choose the cheapest option in the main building. In the room all the basics, including fridge and some coffee/tea. (The garden bungalows are really nice and has view of swimmingpool and see. The garden is beautiful and low tide beach and sunrise are very nice here. We stayed there before and it is worth a few baht more) A lot of tables or salas to sit and enjoy/relax. Can borrow/ rent barbeque. For food we went outside in the evening and had a coffee and some bread at those salas with shade. Parking is easy. If you don't have your own transport it is a bit far from all the action. In walking distance are some small local foodshops and 7/11 and Big C. Clean: sufficient. Bed: we slept well Service/staff: ok Swimmingpool: good, clean Location: good (transport?!) Recommended!
