NO, this is not OK... Pretty F..king far from OK. A Big Mac is a Big Mac is a Big Mac. This is roadkill between bread, or what looks like bread. Only the bacon looks like food, and that should not even be on a Big Mac? I'm so sad, so sad and disappointed...

Stopped in to look at all the differences between the US and foreign countries. Talk about a great experience. They have kiosks for ordering and a very structured method of giving customers a pager. The employees were extremely helpful in guiding customers and making sure that orders were fresh. Some of the unique items included Chicken ham carbonara pie, Pineapple pie, and Corn pie.

Mc Donald’s restaurant need no introduction but I thought about a special mention for this outlet in krabi in Ao Nang which has very courteous staff and helpful. They are called Guest Experience Leader .

I don't know what it is about eating McDonald's abroad. Thailand French fries 🍟 has to be THEEEE BEST fries I've EVER had! Clearly made with love and piping hot. Unlike, cold or luke warm fries in London made by staff who couldn't care less about their environment of the food. So thank you Thailand McDonald's for the perfect fries 🍟 (in Krabi, high street Thailand). A must!

Went there twice for travel, 1st time is take away, is slightly crowded the server were bit unpolite asking us look at the menu from the order machine. Later on they prepare less 2 burger, we forgotten to check... So we walk back to McDonald again, when we open the door one of their manager know that they miss out our burger asking us to wait... 2nd time, we having there by lunch time Order were prepared wrongly we added bacon but they give us extra cheese 😶 *One of the most fancy toilet from McDonald

Great McDonald's! I love trying out different McDonald's around the world and this one did not disappoint! Got the McShaker fries, chicken and ham carbonara pie and pineapple pie - both delicious! Staff was great to help direct the moment we got in. They offered help with deciding and also ok how to make payment. Would recommend!!

The staff at this McDonald's are very kind. We enjoyed that there are 3 kiosks to order with a touchscreen in English, but you can also order at the counter. Kiosk allows you to select if you wish to pay by card/QR code or pay in cash at the register. As of January 2023, this location is open 24 hours. Restroom is clean. There is a lot of seating space. Great location. We've eaten here and gotten takeaway a bunch of times.

Bad experience, they're trying to trick me. First, they forgot the bacon in my burger, I showed them Second, they add the bacon in the same burger, warm it up to make it feel freshly cooked and bring it back to me... It's clearly not a Mcdonald way to do. Really disappointed about the customer service in this place

If you want to taste "Thailand Mc Donalds special" it is not worth it. I ordered the fish burger and pork burger, both were a disappointment.

Food not very nice try once for kids never again restaurant seating area full of smoke and smell of grease. I will say go local enjoy more and you will get more wht you pay for it

It was great.. When you can't find something to eat.. Mc donalds is the beat place. So being a vegetarian i expected the same and proved to be totally wrong. No vegetarian dishes are available in mc donalds in aao nang. It is purely non vegetarian. But non vegetarian items are good. Open area to sit is well built.

Nice and clean, friendly staff pointed out offers & explained sownloading app to get special deals. Food as expected & lots of Thai menu items.

McD with friendly faces. They have the machines where you can order and pay with credit card. There’s McCafe for your coffee fix as well. Downside of this is that there’s lots of mosquito flying about which can ruin the experience.

The WORSE McDonald's ever in my life, no butter for my bread,they say here we don't have butter... the coffee came only half cup coffee, the girl at counter was very very unpolitically...UNPOLITE MISERABLE... Mc Donald DONT go there PLEASE is REALLY VERY VERY BAD...

toilet for days. I asked the night assistant manager when they will fix it, she said she doesn’t know, does not acceptable for a big chain like McDonalds, 3 days have passed and still toilet is broken, don’t go there!!

This was a fantastic McDonald's. They have signature collection you can get back in the States and my double Angus bacon cheeseburger was amazing. They brought the burger to me at the table and swapped out my fries with fresh ones without me complaining. They just wanted me to have the best meal they could make.

Think twice before ordering here!!! Slowest mcdonalds I've ever been to + staff are extremely rude. 20 minutes for a sausage and egg sandwich at 6:35am this morning when the place was empty. I've been to during the day also and always slow and unfriendly staff.

Clean and spacious. Standard McDonald's taste. The price is 40% higher than normal McDonald's in Bangkok, probably because it's touristy.

Macdonalds is macdonalds. Same taste. The service was wierd, we asked for no extras but got extra bacon and of course was charged for it. Had to ask for refund and our burger being redone.
