I
have
stayed
at
Phu
Pha
Aonang
Resort
&
Spa
for
a
few
days,
and
absolutely
loved
it.
This
is
a
small
relaxing
resort
with
wooden
houses
spread
out
around
the
swimming-pool,
in
a
beautiful
tropical
garden
setting,
with
a
special
vibe.
The
whole
staff
(reception,
breakfast,
pool
bar,
housekeeping)
is
very
friendly
and
always
ready
to
help,
even
if
communication
can
be
a
little
difficult
at
times
-
I
wish
I
could
speak
more
thai!
I
stayed
in
a
superior
room
on
the
upper
floor,
which
I
really
liked.
It
was
very
similar
to
the
pictures
I
saw
online.
Bottles
of
water
and
coffee/tea
are
provided
in
the
room,
for
free,
everyday.
I
enjoyed
working
or
just
sitting
on
the
balcony,
surrounded
by
tropical
trees
and
plants.
Breakfast
is
good.
It
is
a
buffet
with
eggs,
fresh
fruits
&
vegetables,
ham/sausages,
rice,
noodles,
yogurts,
bread,
etc.
and
at
150
bahts,
it
is
of
good
value
compared
to
the
restaurants
in
Ao
Nang.
While
the
basics
stay
the
same,
a
little
something
new
was
offered
everyday
during
my
stay
(French
toasts,
brownies,
pastries,
etc.).
I
honestly
do
not
understand
some
of
the
bad
comments
I
read:
the
rooms
are
nice,
I
didn't
notice
amy
bad
smell.
The
place
is
not
super
modern,
but
it
is
what
makes
it
so
charming.
It
may
be
important
to
keep
in
mind
that
standards
in
Thailand
are
different
than
in
the
West,
including
regarding
cleanliness.
A
free
shuttle
to
the
beach
is
available
5
times
a
day,
but
it
is
only
a
20
minute
walk
if
you
would
like
to
go
at
other
times.
I
have
been
traveling
in
the
country
for
a
month,
and
this
is
my
preferred
place
so
far.
