This
yoga
studio
is
a
true
gem
for
both
the
mind
and
body.
From
the
moment
you
walk
in,
you
are
greeted
by
beautiful
interior
and
friendly
administrators
who
make
you
feel
welcome
and
supported.
The
instructors
are
just
awesome.
They
don't
push
you
to
go
over
your
limits
but
gently
support
and
correct
you
to
progress
without
any
trauma.
I've
been
to
the
low-to-average
intensity
trainings
and
still
have
noticeable
improvements
in
body
mobility.
While
I
wish
they
offered
more
classes
run
in
English,
the
classes
run
in
Polish
are
understandable
even
with
my
basic
level
of
language.
After
attending
seven
classes,
I
can
confidently
say
that
I
like
this
place
and
always
look
forward
to
the
next
training.
It's
a
perfect
environment
to
switch
off
from
life's
ongoing
stress
and
show
love
and
respect
to
yourself.
Yoga
classes
I've
attended
don't
delve
deep
into
yoga
philosophy
but
rather
provide
a
mindfulness
exercise
and
I
greatly
appreciate
that.
Studio
values
and
supports
diversity,
and
I
have
never
witnessed
any
form
of
body
shaming
or
other
types
of
shaming.
One
particular
incident
that
stood
out
for
me
was
when
administrator
handled
a
client
with
pretty
much
radical
political
sayings.
They
were
able
to
satisfy
that
client's
needs
without
compromising
the
boundaries
of
the
vulnerable
group
I
belong
to.
Overall,
I
highly
recommend
this
yoga
studio
to
anyone
who
wants
to
experience
a
supportive
environment
while
improving
their
physical
and
mental
condition.
