Perfect location for the Christmas markets and exploring. The room was very clean and I liked the fact we had a bath with a shower over the top. After all the walking, it was nice to unwind! The only negative about the room was lack of teabags and milk. Sometimes, these were not replenished. Also, we had drinks every evening In the bar/ lounge area. The service was dreadfully slow. We waited over 40 minutes for four hot chocolates! Breakfast had options to suit all, although no porridge. Sometimes, the pancakes and other hot items were cold but overall not bad. The location was great for all areas, the Jewish Quarter, Christmas markets, and the main square or even walking to Wawal Castle. If I visit Krakow again, I will stay here as overall great hotel.

Fantastic hotel! I didn't want to leave! The rooms are large and feel luxurious. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner etc are great, far better than the miniatures you normally get in hotels. The breakfast selection is overwhelming, but a tad expensive. Other than that, it was perfect! Will be my go to choice when staying in Krakow. Great location as well, close to the Old Town and there's a pick-up point for lots of group tours just outside

Probably our best hotel experience ever. - Super clean and well maintained - Staff is extremely courteous - Rooms are spacious - Breakfast is excellent and clean - Any issue we had was handled quickly, with no fuss and with a sense getting so much extra. They really went the extra mile for us Plus, the location is very convenient.

A great hotel in an excellent location. The hotel is large, spacious, next to the old city, and very close to the Jewish quarter. Accessible from anywhere. Close to the 2 big shopping centers, and in a bustling and at the same time pleasant, beautiful and quiet area. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious and equipped with everything you need. So are all the ancillary services in the hotel. The service is professional, courteous, warm and cordial. The breakfast is very good, rich and varied. Highly recommended!

Fab hotel right in the city centre, walking distant to everywhere. Very big hotel, nice little bar in reception. Stayed on 3rd floor, room had everything we needed with a nice bathroom, very quite no noise from outside. Staff very helpful

Great location Staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. Amenities in the room are great. Size of the room was pretty big. Two negative points: the bathtub could be a problem for older people since you need to be fit to get in. One of the walls where the windows are, was I a "slope shape" and that could have been a problem if we were taller.

One of the best Holiday Inn I have ever been to. Staff was very nice and helpful, we got a most of the complementary food and drinks, we got breakfast, which was amazing, and the beds were extremely comfy. Would definitely recommend coming back to this location in the future.

This review is a long time coming, but we were there just before Europe closed down in March 2020. As I was arranging a 'trip of a lifetime' to Poland for my Mum, who has a great love for the Composer Frédéric Chopin. I chose Holiday Inn Krakow because, quite simply, it had the best reviews, and I needed everything to be perfect. It is also right near the spectacular Old Town, which is the best I have seen anywhere in the world. Whilst we were there, they were renovating the Lobby, and had a makeshift Front Desk and Restaurant, but that didn't matter at all. They were very welcoming when we arrived, and the day prior, when I emailed to request an Airport pick-up. It was done promptly, with all details listed, including the price. A very nice driver met us at the Airport on foot, and advised us to wait whilst he retrieved the car, in case we become cold. Our room was comfortable, and even included bathrobes and slippers. During our stay, my Mother hurt her Ankle (the surfaces can be a bit uneven in the Old Town), and the Hotel staff were absolutely amazing. Being quite distressed, I asked for their advice, and they were so kind. Agnieszka made telephone calls, and offered advice on where to seek help (and the costs and time involved). She left a message for Robert, who was going to be on duty in the morning, and he came to our room to ask what he could do to help. In the meantime, the restaurant staff were making ice-packs for me, and the hotel loaned me a wheelchair. I was even offered a room change, in case the wheelchair didn't fit. It did, which says something about the good size of the room. We were also allowed to take the wheelchair out sightseeing, so Mum could still enjoy Krakow. Robert was kind enough to book train tickets to Warsaw for us, and recommended the best service to take. It was so much appreciated. I honestly can't thank the staff in this hotel enough. They were absolutely first class. I hope that we will visit again one day, and look forward to seeing how the hotel looks, post renovation. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Krakow.

A very enjoyable stay. We had two twin rooms which were very accessible and spacious. The hotel accommodated our requirements for a wheelchair user well around the hotel. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely make a revisit. The only negative feedback would be, although the entrance had a purpose-built ramp for the wheelchair, there was nothing to stop people parking in front of it which frequently happened. Please put a barrier around to guarantee accessibility. Also no cider option on the bar but this is a minor gripe only.

Great hotel in a perfect location for visiting the city. Staff were very friendly and service was extremely good. Room was very clean. Food in restaurant was lovely and our waitress was attentive and very friendly. Second time staying here and will be back again. Thank you😀

The hotel itself is nice and cozy. Room service is on a high level. The rating is for Reflections Restaurant. There is no way you can serve pasta like this for the price you charge. You used pre-cooked cold DRIED-OUT pasta that was slightly warmed up. Disgusting.

We had a very enjoyable stay here and would definitely book again. However it's what I would judge to be very good 4 star rather than the 5 star status it has. It's obviously gone through an accreditation but not quite got that 5 star finesse. Staff are efficient and friendly. The hotel is very quiet despite its central location so we could sleep well before another day of sight seeing. The spa visit was a highlight and an asset to the hotel. I feel lucky to have got an appointment! The rooms are as you'd expect for the chain. They were cleaned so well each day so no complaints but the hotel's wider maintenence schedule needs to factor in cleaning room lampshades and the vent in the bathroom-dust galore! The toiletries were a brand new to me but liked them - though going back to the 5 star point not high end premium (e.g molton brown, penhaligans, espa etc). Bath towels were tiny and may be way too small for many guests!

Great Hotel located in the heart of the city and walking distance from the central market. The hotel staff were super nice and amazing. The hotel itself is slightly old fashioned in the rooms but they did have great amenities with electronics- only Holiday Inn Hotel across Berlin, Paris and Krakao to have a smart TV where you could watch content online. The breakfast spread was really nice and the hotel staff were always pleasant and encouraging. If you are visiting Krakao definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel, walking distance to the Kazimierz and old town. Well maintained. Attentive, enthusiastic staff. Accommodated to our Sabbath needs well. Would stay here again.

There is nothing bad you could possibly say about this hotel. The rooms are lovely, especially the bathroom. The staff are great and very attentive, the breakfast has to be seen to be believed. Outstanding! And not to forget the location right in the middle of everywhere. Highly recommended. We'll be back for sure.

Hotel placed in the centre of krakow, well priced. Staff are friendly. Spa on site, disappointed with the gym and breakfast could be better, rooms were really warm at night. Other than that cannot fault the location or service in the hotel, nothing bothered the staff at all. £19 extra for late check out as our flight was later.

Centrally located 50 mts from the old town, the hotel has friendly staff with spacious room. The bedroom has a large working desk, Nespresso coffee, and good size bathroom. One electric plug on each side of the bed, and two at the desk. Bathroom includes premium amenities, and a tub, instead of a walk in shower, a bit of inconvenience due to its height to climb in and lack of door or curtain, but seems more common in Europe than America. Breakfast was excellent, large variety of options and you could get your eggs done your style, sausages, fries, breads, cereal, salmon and more.

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious enough, staff were always helpful and like many things in Poland, very decent value for money. Breakfast was also okay too with lots of variety.

Great, modern hotel with a high standard of finish. Really good room - big, with high ceilings and a great bathroom. Breakfast was great with a very large selection. My partner needs to have gluten free and most items were labelled with allergens, and they also provided gluten free bread and muffins on request. The hotel is well located just by the old town and near the royal palace.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Enjoyed the spa, location, and room. My elite benefits were recognized and honored: fantastic room upgrade, late checkout, welcome points. Location is very good as it’s a couple of blocks to old town but quiet. AC was strong in the room and windows were operable.

Outstanding service, can not fault absolutely anything. Special thank you to Robert the concierge for all his help in booking a trip to local information. Excellent location near by the square. Will definitely be going back to this hotel.

Great hotel in the heart of Krakow within easy walking distance to the main square. Room was superb as was the service by all members of staff. Food was also very good, even if the portion size defeated us at times.

I couldn’t praise high enough this hotel and the stuff being so friendly, professional and helpful. The accommodations were excellent too. I loved their gourmet buffet style breakfast (American, European and kosher options). Our room and bathroom were spacious and immaculately clean daily (thank you Victoria). I tried to remember names of all the people that assisted us over the several days we stayed there. Kuba from the Reservations Department pre-arranged our stay and made sure everything was prepared to our specifications. Olga supplied our room with a beautiful wine and fruit plate and Ewa verified that the sheets and towels were crispy clean. Dominika and Albert recommended great restaurants. I was really impressed with the high standards of the hotel and I wish I could better express my gratitude for the exceptional attentiveness and hospitality I experienced while staying there. Thank you all. I will gladly recommend your hotel to all my friends.

Great place. A tiny tiny bit hear-through the walls when people slam the doors, and the view from 4 floor is bad, since all rooms around see in to you. Other than that a fabulous hotel with great staff (as always in Poland which has the topclass). I mean its not german standard thank god🙏

The hotel is located right in the center of town, accessible to most attractions in walking distance. The hotel itself is cosy, large rooms and bathroom, very clean and very pleasant service. The breakfast is okay and the hotel restaurant could be better with seasoning. Otherwise highly recommend.
