Location is perfect! The apt was spacious, the kitchen has everything you need and everything is perfectly clean. However, there is one critical flaw that justifies my low rating of this place, which ruined my 5 days of stay… The mattress!!! It was extremely uncomfortable! The mattress was very hard, it felt like we were sleeping on a wooden board. In addition, with any movement, noises were made. It was 4 sleepless nights and a lot of body aches.

We stayed here for 5 nights recently and had a lovely time. Our rooms were large, clean and modern. The kitchen was excellent and perfectly adequate. The bed was comfortable although one side of it was ridiculously noisy. There was plenty or storage and the shower was good. Two downsides - the blinds overlooking the courtyard were extremely thin and the spotlights outside the windows were on until 6.30AM. The internet speed was actually slower than dial up - between 35k - 48k. Literally unusable. The location is great, right on the market square. Staff were helpful too.

Conveniently located on Market Square it’s a quick walk to many tourist sites, including St. Mary’s Basilica, the old Jewish Ghetto, Wawel Castle and many others. We spent 4 days here and would 100% book again if we visit Kraków. The staff is friendly and there’s even a restaurant connected to it. 🤩

Awesome Hotel. The front desk is a little misleading. The check-in desk is through the courtyard not the first door on the left as the door appears with all the stickers. Reception was good and they helped us book a few tours. Room was immaculate and neat. View was stunning. We were only there one night but would definitely go back. Card pass didn't work but the entry code did. They held our bags for us the whole day and were very helpful.

Wonderful hotel clean and modern, tea/coffee facilities too - couldn’t wish for better location right on the square and close to shops, restaurants and bars. Will definitely be coming back

The hotel & location couldn't have been better for my wife & I during our four night stay in early September. The reception staff and I must mention Susanna were so helpful and pleasant. Nothing was an effort and every question was answered with a smile. What a great advert for Krakow hospitality. The hotel was spotless and we'll have no hesitation in recommending it to others who are planning a visit to the City. We look forward to our next visit.

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean not huge, but only used it as a base. Except when my partner fell ill after eating at the small restaurant attached to the apartment but must stress it is not run by the apartments.

Our view was the central quadrant roof, but thats not the hotel's fault, we know what we booked and it was excellent value. Great location, quiet, really clean and pleasant people.

Ideal location to explore Krakow. Staff were very helpful and polite at all times, we did have the square view room and the view was beautiful but early morning can be noisy. This didn't bother us but just a foreword to others as this may put them off. The restaurant Malto attached to the aparthotel is also brilliant and well worth a visit!

Location of the hotel was perfect, the room was clean and tidy and had everything you needed however.. the 2 star rating is for how awful the sound proofing was. The first night we were exhausted and had to deal with a couple next door singing and speaking very loud just to be told by the receptionist that "it is an aparthotel" implying that it's expected. When we first went down to the reception about this she said "I'll come check" to see the noise for herself and because they weren't being loud at that time she was like "I don't hear anything now", just didn't think this was a very good response. We asked if we'd be able to move to another room of the same standard and was told they were no rooms available until the Sunday and that she'd pass the issue onto her manager, we didn't hear anything back and dealt with noise our whole trip. Not necessarily the staffs fault but definitely need better sound proofing.

Great location, on the corner of the square. Lovely room. We were on the 4th floor, overlooking the square. So not too noisy, but still atmospheric. Staff friendly. Excellent English and helped us to pronounce Hello and Thank you.

Good hotel in a great location, in the corner of the main square. Check in was quick. Had room 37 which included a kitchenette. Room was generally clean and reasonable size. Bed was comfy. Hotel not to noisy. Had Molto an Italian restaurant attached which looked OK with reasonable prices, didn't get it though.

Excellent location, friendly personnel, however in our room there was noise from the ventilation that continued throughout the day and night, which made it difficult to rest. Unfortunately, it was not possible to change the room and we only received earplugs.

A superb location for anyone visiting Krakow as its located right on the main square. The rooms are well equipped, a decent size and we found it very clean. Our only complaints are the bedroom blinds and curtains as these are not black out and let in a lot of the light from the courtyard our room looked onto. We also experienced a rough nights sleep on the weekend due to loud music coming from somehwere near the hotel. Overall though I would recommend this hotel for its value for money.

This is a great place to stay, Super comfortable large bed, with all the things you could need , super pillows, nice bedside lights. Then iron n board, hairdryer, brush, mop, mirrors, lots of towels and the cleanest bathroom ever. With power shower. There is a restaurant as part of the aprthotel, with eating in or outside on the square. Then the position of the hotel Right On the Square. Just perfect, right by all the Restaurants, Bars, Shops and a lot of the places you need to see. The clock tower, underground museum, the hourly trumpeter and lot more. We had a Fab 4 nights and would highly recommend this hotel apartment. Barney

My friend and I have just returned from our trip to Krakow and found this place Spotlessly clean and in the perfect place on the square. Surrounded by dozens of restaurants, market stalls, horse & carriage rides and a brilliant vibe. I would definitely recommend. I personally found my bed too hard for me… and Anna the Manager added a topper immediately. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. My charger broke and staff helped charge my phone daily without hesitation. One member of staff called Zuzia helped us found the right tram & how many stops and found other places we wished to visit and even to find our favourite milk! As all rooms have a fridge so it’s perfect to cool your own drinks etc… thank you Zuzia for helping us so much as it was truly appreciated. Five stars for location & cleanliness. Recommended without a doubt. Xxx

Great apartment, fully equipped, clean, spacious, perfect location, very close to all attractions by foot. The service of the staff before arrival and during the stay was welcoming. Efficient and useful service, we received a response to every request and need. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend this apartment.

We had an invitation for 5 people, we had to sleep on a sofa bed, that was a night Marie not comfortable at all, I didn't sleep and I was really tired, I had no energy for the trip. They only cleaned once out of 6 days even though they supposed to be every other day. As a result, there was a lot of garbage, there was no tissue, clean sheets, clean towels, etc. In conclusion True, really central, but... Don't make a mistake. The largest room for no more than 3 people. Unless they change the couch to a comfortable double bed (one that the owner and his wife are willing to sleep on).

Had a wonderful stay here for a week while the Xmas markets were on - the best location for the markets & Old Town generally (5mins walk), only 10-15mins walk to Kazimierz quarter or the more modern parts of Krakow to explore these. Rooms were great with a little kitchenette that also had a microwave. They provide tea/coffee & I really enjoyed a hot cup of their herbal raspberry tea at night - delicious. Rooms were heated & cozy, plenty of wardrobe space but bed was a little hard, also safe is an older model with instructions that don't work so bring a lockable case to use instead. Bathrooms were good, comfortable towels, plenty of lighting & good water power in the shower. They provide body wash & hand soap but not shampoo & conditioner etc. Cleaners are excellent & so are the wonderful ladies covering the reception desk. They can organise airport pickup & return transfer to airport, we found the drivers to be excellent - fluent English speakers & friendly people, reliable & on time. The Italian restaurant on site (Molto) was a let down but I do HIGHLY recommend the Venetian Aparthotel for accommodation.

I waited for more than 15 minutes at the door and rang the bell for the receptionist to open for me at 3:30 pm .. Unfortunately, if you are looking for good reception service at any time, this hotel is not suitable

Staff was friendly room was excellent incredibly clean. Nice shower great water pressure for those that’s important to. Would have loved a view on the square the the rate was fabulous perfectly situated in the middle of everything on the square. It was a little warm during the day and it did have AC. I would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed. Also Krakow itself is an incredibly clean and beautiful city.

Fantastic service at reception. Room was excellent and very clean. Great value for money and if I visit Kraków again this is where I would stay.

You cannot beat the location. This was incredibly affordable in an amazing location. The room itself was small, but nice. The facility was clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. As is common, there is no air conditioning, which is the only improvement I could suggest.

Deplorable. In the current pandemic situation there is no flexibility. They take time to answer. I would not recommend it

If you are looking for a great location then you have found it. The room however, is not worth it’s 4* rating. We complained that our room was cold and the water was only Luke warm. They moved us to another room “of the same standard” but it was smaller in our opinion. We complained about this but the hotel staff insisted this was the same standard room. We needed hot water so we were forced to stay in the room that was offered. After a day and a night in the room we revisited reception to say we were not happy. We asked that if the heating and hot water were fixed in our original room. It was, but that room had been booked out. So we were left in a situation whereby the rest of our beak was in a small room that we were not happy with. We booked a standard double room. The original room had a decent layout with large kitchen area, large window and wardrobe with mirror. The second room was smaller in our opinion, with a much smaller kitchen area. Smaller fridge and much smaller wardrobe that opened awkwardly practically onto the bedside drawer, that was also smaller than the first room. The rooms were clearly a different standard, even though staff told us they were not. We were so unhappy with the second room that we asked to pay extra for a upgraded room. To be told that non were available. Really disappointed and it ruined our experience here. Also we found both of the rooms cold. The heating was never on and after a long day exploring krakow wanted to come back and relax in a warm room. The window blind was also broken in our second room. The only refreshments provided were fruit tea bags, a couple of instant coffee sachets and some cans of sparkling water. When you come to stay here please just be aware that the room will be freezing (which is not nice when it is October) and you are only paying for the location and nothing else. The hotel is not a 4* and problems are not resolved. We would not recommend.

Room are small and simple, but clean. Location is perfect, our taxi driver from the airport said "wow" when we gave him the address. Middle of the old town square. Will use again next time.

Nothing wrong with the place, but nothing superb neither. On one hand located directly on the main square on the other without any view at all except internal court that isn’t attractive at all. Absolutely no parking as it’s a pedestrian zone so you can only approach by car or get a cab early morning. Otherwise you need to walk with your luggage. Nearby parking spots are extremely expensive. Room is rather small with a kitchen of sort. Very simple bathroom. I’ll be honest, I rather stay further from the main square next time and trade it for a view and quality.

Rooms large and good quiet air-conditioning. The hotel is ideal on main square with a window that allows all the noise and bustle but can be closed for silence. Breakfast is fantastic. Would recommend.

Room was small but had everything needed including air conditioning. The view was inside a yard so quite disappointing. Very friendly and helpful receiptioists. Location is in the main city square so that's a huge plus.

Great location right on the main square. Friendly staff and very clean only fault our room was a little small but it's only to sleep in as there's so much to offer in this beautiful place 😍

Very small rooms. But everything wanted is there. Placing couldn't be better. We had an amazing time.

Room was spotless, had a dishwasher and microwave as well as an oven and kettle, huge shower and heated towel rail in the bathroom. Massive bed and excellent view over the Market Square. Totally recommend this place.
