    I highly recommend the services of Mr. Janusz. A professional and polite specialist, and very verbal. He made me a silver earring, a family heirloom that I lost. Luckily I have a pair I can wear again. It's hard to say which earring is new and which is original.

    The best goldsmith in Krakow :) I used Mr. Janusz's services twice and each time I was very satisfied. The factory reduced the size of my rings so that now they are perfect and I don't have to worry about losing them. The service was performed with attention to the smallest detail. I will always come back there if needed. I recommend it to everyone :)

    Awesome customer service. I had a necklace broken and they fixed it within 30 seconds and did not charge me for it. I would highly recommend this jewelry store.

    The wedding rings that Mr. Janusz made for us are more beautiful than we imagined. The fiancée's wedding ring is exactly what she dreamed of. We would also like to thank the lady who served us, advised us on the selection of wedding rings and patiently listened to all our comments regarding the appearance of the wedding rings. In the salon of Mr. Janusz Pudełko, we encountered professional service, a great atmosphere and great kindness towards the customer, which is unfortunately increasingly rare.     The goldsmith's workshop deserves the highest praise. the precision and creativity visible in their works are surprising. Goldsmiths demonstrate not only excellent knowledge of materials, but also the ability to create unique, beautiful designs. The customer service was professional and friendly, which further enhanced my experience. I recommend this studio to anyone looking for unique, handmade jewelry. I will come back for sure.
