I reported the matter to the National Health Fund - of course, according to the facility, I couldn't talk to the doctor that day because he wasn't even at work at that time. Then I was probably talking to the cleaning man or some ghost. Arrogance and hypocrisy - that's what you can expect from this institution.

Tempted by an advertisement on Facebook, I decided to try the Beuty Hacking massage (with a lamp and a mask). And I strongly advise against it. It is a very hard and painful massage, mainly with suction cups (it involves the masseur sucking the skin into a plastic tool and moving it a dozen or so times in one place. I had hematomas after it. Very unpleasant, very painful experiences, and the worst thing is that before the procedure there was NO interview regarding skin predispositions, so I, a person with vascular skin, was left with cracked red cheeks that did not improve even after three weeks. The wrinkle regenerating lamp that was included in the package was placed at my feet. On the neckline, because its this included the massage, I was left with PERMANENT wrinkles and lines that I had before only after sleeping uncomfortable. My face was sore and swollen for a week. I am devastated and I am wondering whether to take legal action. And above all, I would like to warn potential clients: If you have delicate skin, DO NOT undergo this massage, because you will be devastated, just like me.

Zwinczewska will see the patient sooner than after 2 hours and with a reminder to wait for her. Generally, due to the chaos prevailing there, no one has control over admission hours - who showed up when and for what purpose. Sitting in the waiting room, you get the impression that apart from the staff, no one enters or leaves the offices 🙈 it's surprising that the Ruczaj Health Center as a commercial clinic operates without going bankrupt. I do not recommend it to people who value their time. The visit itself was conducted in a way that advertised its services (acupuncture - various types of massages - leech treatment) but also the patient was treated as befits - all diagnostics were performed - computer examination - eye drops. Overall rating 2 out of 5.

The approach to the patient is reprehensible. We had an appointment with the little child at 11 a.m. After half an hour of waiting, it turned out that the doctor was not there yet. Have to wait. After another warning, we were admitted after 1.5 hours!!!! Expectations In the meantime, the child fell asleep. It had to be woken up for the examination and all I heard from the "doctor" was why the baby was screaming so much that I was the mother and I should calm it down. Failed examination with struggling and crying. Never ever visit this place again. I advise against it for every mother.

Very unprofessional. They don't give out any written documents about the examination, unless you keep on insisting on it for an hour. And even when they provide a written document it is not that official detailed diagnosis, but a very short hand written one that is unreadable. The way they treat clients is also unpleasant, they avoid giving answers or giving signs that they even heard you, and if your child cries after getting those pupil widening drops, they ask you to leave the building because he is too loud. You have to wait very long for everything, my child was scheduled for 13:10 and the visit was over at 15:30 - incredible waist of time. Also, at one point a lady at the registration has started reading my son's diagnosis out loud in front of everyone in the waiting room - how unprofessional is that? Unprofessionalism at every step. Never coming back here.

I highly recommend Dr. Daria Zwinczewska. The acupuncture treatments she performed helped me a lot with various health problems. Currently, thanks to acupuncture, I do not have to take any medications, and Dr. Daria successfully replaces both my general practitioner and, in many cases, specialists.
