The apartment is great because its down the road from the main shopping center and 10mins away from old town so its very useful if you just want to come back and relax. The apartment that I lived in had 3 beds; one double and two single beds. However, the single beds were located upstairs and the stairway was narrow at a corner and was uncomfortable. In addition, it is actually built right next to a curry house so as soon as you enter the building, all you will be able to smell is curry. There is no air refresher to even try mask the smell. If you are staying here and want new towels, you would have to request it at the concierge. The staff who checked us in didn't inform us on that until the very last day. Overall, I guess it's a cheap apartment so you would be getting what you paid for.

Stayed here for 4 nights in August 2023, the place was great and for a reasonable price, staff were helpful and friendly, the place has no public toilet though if you need before or after check in/out

I was there at the winter. Absolutely beautiful place. I just return from my trip to Vienna, and I must say that I really missed Krakow and this hotel. Really warm and great experience!

Terrible sense of responsibility. Hot water and heating went out at 18 hrs. We showed up at 21 hrs. with bags and a child and didn’t even inform us that there are potential problems. Terrible customer service and no sense of responsibility. Stay away

All was very old and the toilet was too much hot and the towel was dirty and with holes🤢 We were stuck in the elevator, and the girl from reception just came to see and run away without nothing... and my children were down in front of the hotel and waiting outside. And I must call in reception to ask when the technician will come🤯😡

The apartments are located in the city center of Krakow. It is a close walking distance to the old part of town and to food/drinks options. The rooms were clean and well kept; however, not a very inspiring interior design. The staff was not particularly noticeable for service or kindness.

Just a short walk to the city walls. Spacious apartment. Bakery next door that opens at 6.00.

It is almost perfect. The prices are very cheap considering how well located it is and what it offers. It would be marvelous if it had free breakfast but considering how many shops you have around it's really not needed. The only thing i would suggest is to add some electrical outlets next to the beds, as it is very useful to charge phones while using them in bed. However, i give 5 stars due to the exceptional location, the good service provided by the workers here and the low prices.

I stayed here during June 2013. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room I had was on the top floor overlooking the nearby church, and it was kept spotless. It is ideally suited to the location with access to the old market (5 minutes walk), and the vast shopping centre, and railway station, also a 5 minute walk. A stroll into the town square shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. I would recommend these apartments and may rebook for December 2016.

Our apartment was lovely and warm when we arrived. It was very clean and modern with all the appliances required from microwave to hair dryer. It was quite spacious with a separate kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was serviced on a daily basis. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Location wise it was ideal as it is only about a two minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to the town centre. Would highly recommend it.

Amazing hotel! We booked a room for 5 persons, it was a very big room. The bathroom was great too, it had a nice and hot shower. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean too and the location was perfect!

Very spacious! Clean and tidy. Equipped so you won't be missing a thing. 24/7 reception desk with great staff members. Close to everything so it was great to drop off our shopping and continue on. Breakfast was simple, the selection may disappoint some but personally I liked it. I'm gladly giving Red Brick Apartments a 5 star rate!

Hotel has good location and reception was very nice, but room was very old and far away from what we saw on the pictures in description. Also there was some problems with the windows, so we couldn’t sleep because of the noise.
