We booked a day trip to Auscwitz - Birkenau - Wieliczka Salt mine via internet and every communication was via emails. The driver was great, so kind, very good English speaker with great driving skills. The mini van was very comfortable, he picked and returned us back to the hotel door on time. Only good comments can one make for them. Keep on the good job and the professionalism.

We took a Eagle’s Nest tour with Matthew. We had a wonderful time. Matthew was so knowledgeable and fun. But the very best was that he kindly switched the tour around to accommodate my elderly mom and some expected rain. He is the best.

We used these guys for three tours whilst in Krakow: Auschwitz, Wieliczka and Zakopane. The first two were essentially just transfers to the museums, who then provided the guides. Of course, it's more expensive to do it this way but it provides the added convenience of a hotel pick-up and drop-off. We also appeared to have priority over those who had arranged their own transport. The Zakopane tour included a guide provided by Poland Active as well as a driver. Both were highly entertaining, very funny and very informative. We could not have had better guides and this trip was excellent value for money.

I have used Poland Active for two tours, Auschwitz Birkenau and Dunajec rafting. Both tours exited our expectations. Our guides were very knowledgeable and passionate about the topics at the same time were very friendly. When traveling to do the rafting my son discovered a shared interest of mountain biking with the guide and spent the drive chatting about it. It could be a great idea to add some mountain biking activities to your offers.

I took two tours with Poland Active - Auschwitz Birkenau and Salt Mines. The two tours were mostly transport to/from the destination and a local guide takes over at the destination. I found two issues The agency charged 179Zloty for the salt mine tour - I found that others in group paid only 149.when making the booking for two tours the agency mentioned no discount and fixed price. I let that slide assuming I made a booking 3 days before the tour. I checked with tour guide and he mentioned may be they booked earlier guess what, the person booked the tour just a day before the tour! I knew there was no point pressing and left it there. At Auschwitz, you get a headset so you can hear clearly. During the tour at Birkenau, they added more people to the same guide (Birkenau does not have headsets) and it was difficult to hear the guide(poor soul her voice was also broke) Overall, wouldn't recommend because they are not honest.
