Stayed for 3 nights, lovely hotel. Great base for the Jewish quarter, local bars and restaurants. Receptionists suggested a few places of interest, which we never knew about and certainly added to the photo collection. Would stay again on next visit.

A perfect location to visit the city on foot. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. We enjoyed our stay with our 10 months baby ( a sweet cot was nicely prepared). You can also book a shuttle service. The only thing missing, is an entrance for people with reduced mobility (or with a stroller :) ).

Very pleased with our last minute booking for a 6 night stay. Location is very good, on an excellent tramline route, ( trams pass roughly every 3 minutes during the day ) Hotel itself was very well presented with reasonable decor. Cocktail bar, restaurant, reception where you can access the onsite bookable massages. Staff are young and speak very good English and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are very clean, have iron, ironing board and hairdryer as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfasts are extra, and work out at £10 per person but is well worth it for a fabulous selection.

The hotel is nicely located, in the Kazimierz district. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The district is animated all day and night, so there might be some noisyle when you try to sleep, but windows are well isolated and cut the street sounds. The hotel has a beautiful, Italian-like internal patio where gorgeous cocktails are served. You can also have a lunch or a dinner there. The breakfast was ok, but you need to wait a long time if you want to get something warm: a pancake or omlet. What didn't we like? First of all, rooms have a great design, but they are not practical (no shelf in the bathroom where you could put your beauty products, no possibility to put an iron board in a convenient place because of the lach of power sockets). They were also cleaned very late and quickly (no hoovering for example). The personnel should also be better trained. The check-in was terribly long (why would you need ID cards of each guest?). I also tried to cancel our breakfast because of the timing of our excursion to Auschwitz that had been changed by the tour operator from 9am to 6am. The lady from the desk first said that it was impossible to cancel breakfast, which I found very upsetting especially that we informed the hotel about our timing problem in advance (I didn't want to cancel the hotel room, just breakfast. Even best restaurants accept cancelations). Then, when i suggested some alternatives that could cover the price of our breakfast for 4 people and after a lot of bargaining, the lady told me in a very unpleasant and arrogant manner she would need to consult her hierarchy and promised to call me back. As I received no call, I went back to the reception to ask if the solution was found. No apologies for not calling back whatsoever and it felt like I should be grateful for being listened again. I managed to get a voucher for drinks covering 2/3 of the breakfast cost, but the whole "negotiation process" was really ridiculous and left a bitter feeling. The staff should try to help and propose some win-win solutions instead of acting bossy. Otherwise it could have been a nice experience.

Lovely hotel. Clean rooms and great location within reasonable walking distance from the square. Plenty of food places and convenience markets just 2min walk away. Would definitely come back.

In right area to explore. Deluxe rooms was plush and very comfortable. Had sofa in the room. Mini bar also, that wasn't that expensive. 1 night costs £86. They have seating area with cosy chairs and outside courtyard which was lovely. Would strongly recommend.

Central and prime location. The entire hotel is furnished to a really high standard. Very comfortable rooms. The breakfast on offer is very good. Plenty of options and freshly made barista made coffee. The staff are amazing. Helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond for us. We had to be up early for a tour and they were more then happy to prepare packed lunches as we would miss out on the breakfast. Highly recommend a stay.

Booked this hotel through Jet 2 but I emailed the hotel direct several times before booking and then several times after booking asking for info and for them to book my transfers and trips. Each email was replied to within the hour with very detailed, helpful replies. All areas of the hotel were very clean and modern. We had a double room with a sofa bed for 3 and the room was very big, even with the sofa bed up there was plenty of room. There was a safe, fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, tea/coffee/water in our room. I requested a quiet room and we were given this, (although the hotel was quiet anyway). The breakfast was good, a very good selection of hot and cold food on the buffet but you could also order food to be cooked fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful and available 24/7 and all spoke very good english. The drinks in the bar were reasonably priced at around 32 to 40 PLN for cocktails and 19 PLN for vodka. We booked our airport transfer with the hotel before arriving at 129PLN one way. The guy was waiting for us at the airport with a sign with our name on, he was very friendly and knowledgable. We booked the salt mines and Auschwitz with the hotel before arriving. Both trips were excellent and very well organised. The hotel was slightly out of the center, about a 15 min short pleasant walk to the main square but there are plenty of bars/resturants/shops on your doorstep and right the way down the the center. All in all an excellant choice of hotel and will deffinately recommend it and stay again. My main praise goes to the communication and prompt replys to my emails before booking this showing excellent customer care and service.

Great place to stay in Krakow 20mins walk to the main square but also loads of bars and shops around the hotel. The hotel it self is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice more cold food than hot but the extra from the kitchen on request are very tasty. Only downpoints beds are really hard like laying on the floor hard and the pillow is so soft it give no surport to your head.

We stayed for 3 nights, check in not until 2pm but we arrived slightly early & they allowed us to go to our room straight away, lovely room, really clean throughout the hotel. Staff in reception were so helpful, pointed out a few places we should visit & told us best way to get there. You always felt comfortable even when just sitting in reception, no pressure to spend money in the bar. Breakfast was nice & able to order extra things free of charge. Check out 10am but they store luggage so you are free to explore right to the last minute 😊 friendly staff, clean, comfortable, ample breakfast & within walking distance of lots of great/ must see areas.

Great hotel, very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Perfect location. The only small drawback is the breakfasts. Not very tasty, the same every day, even from the day before. A little dried up, a little watery, but the guest has to eat.

It was very well managed, very clean and the staff were excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, plus soundproof, resulting in an excellent nights sleep. The morning breakfast was cooked to perfection and very tasteful.

Lovely staff but we stayed four days and got new towels once. Nice big breakfast but you will need it for the long walk to the square (around 20 minutes).

A nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly service. The breakfast buffet for around 10$ is definitely worth it! Very close to the city center Only 4 out of 5 stars for 2 reasons: The gym room is only 10 qm2 (if not smaller) and lacks pretty much all essential stuff for that reason. Secondly, it does not have a balcony which is very sad because Kraków is a beautiful to enjoy with view from above. Considering this hotel is very cheap for a 4 star hotel I can definitely recommend it.

Very nice and clean hotel in the heart of Kazimierz. Within walking distance of everything and the friendliest staff I've ever had in Krakow. Answered all my questions and went out of their way to make my stay memorable.

Terrible experience with the staff and way are things handled in this hotel. The staff is very rude and do not want to understand the perspective of their customer. They are unwilling to talk and just keep talking through you on the phone. Which is very unrespectful. What happened: We are regularly in Krakow for conferences with our company. We book hotel rooms for our staff and for ourselves. Our staff gets the normal room, and the person who pays (business owner) should get the superior room. This is not the case in Hotel M29. They just give the keys out randomly without thought. In all our other experiences the reception gives the keys to the superior room to the person who paid and the other keys are for the staff. Which is normal? If a family comes with children you do not give the deluxe room to the children and the standard room to the parents. Or maybe in m29 this is common practice. I could understand that this would be a mistake on their part, and the hotel tries to fix the issue by upgrading 1 room to a superior room. Instead they are blaming us for this to happen and are unwilling to change. They say we have to kick out our staff member from the superior room and claim it for ourselves. Which is not done according to my standards. I called them, and they did not pick up for the first 15 minutes. The song changed 10 times and then the phone just dropped. Maybe because they saw a foreign number. No idea. I called them again, this time someone picked up. This person just kept talking without me being able to make my point, and was unable to negotiate. Which is a very bad sign for someone working daily with people in my opinion. I checked online and there was still a superior room available, on the phone they said there are no more available. I will not advise this hotel to anybody I know.

A great Hotel. We stayed in many Hotels in Krakow but liked this one far most. Happy to be back soon.

A very nice hotel, the staff could absolutely not be critiqued, and the level of care was very pleasing. My only criticism would be the beds, which were too hard and gave me back pain, and for me the covers were too small - a large person would find these inadequate. Myself as an average size person prefer a little more, but this may be a cultural difference

My wife and I dropped in after seeing a sign at the door about the Autumn drinks. Wow what a find. The lady who served us was so helpful and the Mulled Warm Cider drink was to die for on a cold wet evening. The following day we returned to celebrate my wife's birthday. They gave us a complimentary glass of prosecco which was a lovely gesture, the service was outstanding and the food was divine. I would return in a heartbeat.

Very good hotel, personnel is very friendly, only complaint would be the bedsheets are not the correct size for the bed so your feet will touch mattress sometimes + pillows are very very weak. Other than that very clean room, bath was amazing, it was close to the tram. Cocktail bar a bit overpriced, did not check breakfast (also quite on the expensive side but looked good) and the restaurant.
