Before contacting the National Medical Research Center, I visited 4 large federal clinics with my dad. The doctors’ explanations were disappointing, and my father was denied the operation everywhere, since the risks were very high. When we first came to the National Medical Research Center of Cardiology, we were amazed by the friendly attitude of all the staff. I remember the smiling security guard in the fifth building, who literally walked us by the hand to the doctor’s waiting area, and the friendly employees of the cafeteria and bookstore. And now the long-awaited meeting with the cardiologist and the first, in a long time, hope that my dad will receive timely, highly qualified treatment assistance. When dad met his future doctor, Kamil Gadzhimuradovich Ganaev, he immediately believed that everything would be fine and did not doubt for a second that the operation would be successful. We really immediately gained respect for this sensitive, very competent doctor, who calmly and confidently explained everything to us and instilled a sense of trust and safety in the upcoming operation. Dad was given a quota for the operation. Kamil Gadzhimuradovich Ganaev was very attentive to the necessary preoperative examinations, competently selected drug therapy and was always in touch and answered all questions in detail. The operation was complex, unique in its kind and, of course, was successful thanks to the well-coordinated work of the entire team of doctors. I express my endless gratitude to the cardiac surgeon, academician Renat Suleymanovich Akchurin, who saved the heart of my dearest person in the world! Thank you and low bow from our entire family. A very big building with huge corridors. My myocardial scintigraphy was done at this centre. Great doctors and staff, very helpful and supportive people.

This is one of the few surviving “fragments of the Empire” in terms of atmosphere, professionalism, attitude towards patients, architecture and, oddly enough... accessibility.

The center is huge and looks big and modern. They do rare tests here, but they told me they only paid for a referral. There is a buffet. Toilets are few, uncomfortable and without paper. From the metro to the cardiocenter, bus 660 runs about 20 minutes in time.

The feeling of being in the 80s! As in an old building where there is no ventilation, I’m not even talking about air conditioning! So in the attitude of doctors towards patients, the doctor arrived at the appointed time and after ten minutes of the appointment he ran away for 3 hours and said that he was urgently called to the department has no cooler, no air!!!! and there are also queues for other doctors. Look for another place for consultations!!!! One star, the girls at the reception finally helped get the doctor out of the department.

Very attentive staff, polite, responsive doctors. They explain everything, answer questions, and give recommendations. The department is impeccably clean and safety measures are followed.

The hospital is very good, modern renovation. You can’t call it a ward, like a hotel room. I got in according to the quota. The food leaves much to be desired - in the summer, during the very season of vegetables and fruits, not a cucumber, not a tomato, not a berry.
