Even though we did not end up renting a car , I rate this branch 5star For the way the person at europcar greeted us and provided us with important details as the importance of having an international license to drive in Moscow and his honesty. Thank you and definitely if I’m back at Moscow I will rent from this company.

Rent a car in Russia it’s not that simple… luck me to had visited the europcar main office and have a word with mr. Vitaliy. He was a gentleman and super helpful. 5 stars for him! Note: just an English drive license sometimes it’s not enough… you need a translated one and has to be stamped by an authority. Please inform yourself about in advance.

The checkout was quick, they told us everything about the car, they even warmed it up in advance! The call center is always in touch to resolve any issue. The car is clean, technical condition is 5. There is a gas station opposite the office, which is very convenient when returning the car. We extended the car for one day, having had enough time on the trip, we just called on the phone and warned.

I have lived in Russia a long time, never have I received such rude service. Made a booking online, after waiting a little while apparently my Russian number wasn't ringing through. Rather than trying to rectify the situation I was very rudely treated and turned away. Passport and drivers licence slammed down and promptly told to "get out". As I say, I'm an expat working in Russia 5 years already, but this awful behaviour is something else. Go with Avis, they're so much better mannered and the prices are BETTER too

I returned the car on 12/02 and today on 12/23 they only said that it was allegedly damaged, although during the inspection and return of the car they did not say anything, but simply tried to withdraw money without saying anything!!!

We rented a car this summer, unfortunately, there was little choice - apparently the season for rental companies. The car was delivered in good condition, without any major damage. Literally a few hours before the return, we realized that it would be more convenient for us to return the car in the city. We called the office and, lo and behold, a few hours later a guy came to pick up the car. Although the service is not free (1200 rubles), it nevertheless turned out to be very convenient for us! Overall, I recommend this company if you want good service at an affordable price.

Before buying a car, I really wanted to test the car in daily use, but the dealer only gave me a few hours, so I had to look for the right car at rental offices. Surprisingly, Kodiak was only in this company. The price, of course, is steep, but what can you do? They gave me a new car, straight from the showroom. The service is surprisingly very good for Russia. So I advise you if you need a car to travel anywhere P.S. I ended up buying the car from a dealer!
