I couldn't relax. I have been doing yoga for more than 10 years and I already know how to be and how not to be. the static position was too long and I left it because it felt better, she came up to me and said that actually everything was in a different position and that I should go home and study😄 well, I got up and left. Daria, I will listen only to myself, and I will decide what position I should be in for my own money. This is not a vinyasa flow, but dictatorial gymnastics accompanied by disgusting loud music.

Yoga Space is a lovely studio with a minimalist interior design. They offer to purchase the first introductory lesson for only 500 rub which is great. I got on a lesson held by the founder of the studio (it was intense..) and ended up buying a membership afterwards. The only issue was the size of the men dressing room – it’s so tiny three men will struggle trying to change at the same time. But the women dressing room is more spacious as I’ve been told.

Close to the metro, beautiful studio, there are very good teachers, but not all of them. In some classes you may fall asleep from boredom. The halls are always very hot and stuffy, which automatically turns Hatha and Ashtanga into Bikram yoga and makes any practice unpleasant. Drinking water was available, but then for some reason the glasses were removed and the carafe of water was left. It’s unclear how to drink it. Also of the minuses: dirty and wet floor at the entrance. You have to take off your shoes as soon as you enter, but in winter this turns into everyone dragging snow and dirt from the street with them. That's why socks are always wet.

This is not just a yoga studio - it is a very kind and cozy place. I've been going there for the second year now and I'm very pleased. The studio presents various directions - Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Meditation. In general, everyone will find something that suits them. There are also sincere administrators and delicious tea :)

Хорошее расположение, рядом с метро. Чисто, достаточно уютно. Атмосфера приятная. Есть питьевая вода и чай в свободном доступе. Был первый раз на йоге у Галины Ус - замечательный преподаватель, я остался в восторге! Из минусов могу отметить тесную раздевалку, одну душевую кабину, где очень слабая подача воды. Если вам необходим шкафчик, то нужно оставить в залог 500 рублей, либо соц.карту, либо водительское удостоверение. Паспорт в этом случае не является альтернативой, к сожалению. Коврики, кирпичики, ремни, пледы - это всё есть и бесплатно. Сайт ужасный, всё очень криво, записаться онлайн не получается, пришлось звонить. Но приложение неплохое. В целом, для первого раза считаю это место подходящим. Стоимость пробного посещения 500 рублей. Возможно, ещё вернусь.
