“Eye-opener
to
my
pallets”
and
“innovative
presentation
of
authentic
Thai
cuisine”
are
the
few
things
that
come
to
my
mind
when
having
this
experiential
(fine)
dining.
This
place
offers
not
just
fine
dining
food
and
presentation,
but
it
also
carries
the
authentic
Thai
food
culture
in
it.
We
have
tried
the
Winter
Season
Menu,
which
to
our
amazement
that
it
is
very
Thai
and
it
is
very
pleasing
to
the
pallets.
It
may
looks
like
fusion
food,
but
trust
me,
this
is
really
authentic
and
you
will
not
experience
any
weird
/
funny
mix
of
food
fusion
in
this
menu.
What
I
truly
like
about
this
place
is
that,
the
chefs
will
explain
to
you
the
thoughts
and
the
origin
of
this
dish,
and
it’s
mostly
coming
from
their
childhood
memories
living
as
a
Thai.
Hence,
you’ll
feel
extraordinarily
involved
in
the
making
of
the
food
while
eating
it.
All
the
food
is
made
to
perfection,
from
preparation,
cooking,
taste
matching,
as
well
as
presentation.
We
love
the
idea
how
they
match
the
taste
of
each
dish
to
make
sure
that
it
is
not
too
heavy
on
one
side
and
not
too
lack
of
something
too.
It
is
all
very
well
balanced
-
and
can
feel
the
meticulous
thoughts
behind
it.
A
little
bit
of
a
teaser,
if
you
get
to
eat
during
this
Winter
Season
Menu
-
be
cautious
of
the
organic
pork!
I
was
blown
away
with
how
great
and
simple
it
is,
and
I
wasn’t
having
any
expectations
on
the
pork
-
how
hard
can
it
be
cooking
a
pork,
right?
But
this
is
so
well
done
that
one
piece
is
not
enough.
The
rest
of
the
dishes
are
also
great
and
attractive,
but
that
pork
dish
was
really
caught
me
off
guard.
And
they
are
trying
to
source
as
much
as
Thai
fresh
produce
as
possible,
to
demonstrate
to
their
patrons
on
how
authentic
Thai
experience
in
terms
of
food.
Let
me
name
a
few
here
-
huahin
caviar,
Thai
wagyu,
local
strawberries,
and
a
few
more.
This
shows
that
they’re
really
making
sure
all
the
tiny
details
are
attended
to.
Will
definitely
come
back
again!
