Such amazing staff! Extremely professional and friendly. I changed my appointment 3 times, and each time, they understood and accommodated my changes. I even arrived early for my appointment today to get my piercing removed, and they greeted me so politely. Reception was super helpful, and they even helped translate some medical documents that were in thai so I could understand it and fill it in. Had my free consultation with the doctor, and he gave me a free reasonable and affordable price to have my dermal piercing removed. And he even did it right at that moment in less than 20 minutes. The staff made me feel so comfortable, and the doctor explained everything to me as the procedure was happening and made me feel absolutely comfortable and talked me through everything. 100% recommend this clinic for any skin problems or piercing removal procedures, especially dermal piercings. BONUS: They speak very good english so it is definitely friednly for those like me who speak no Thai. A big thanks to the staff and the doctors who were just the best I have met thus far

I rarely write reviews, but this clinic deserves one! The doctor is really professional and listens to all of your concerns, and tells you exactly what you need, the nurses are extremely nice and friendly and can speak good English they took good care of me. They have their own line of skincare which is really good and suited my skin type, also the facial that the doctor recommend, was really helpful I could see good results after only one session, brighter skin and my skin texture was so smooth. What made this clinic standout is that I paid for one of the treatments which needed four session but I only did one and couldn’t get the rest done due to some health issues, when I messaged them regarding it they immediately agreed on refunding me partially or switching the treatment to something else, I requested a refund and they transferred it immediately to my account.

Today I visited this beautiful place and had a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. All personnel were very upcoming and friendly, the doctor didn’t make him wait for too long and was precise in identifying what was wrong with my skin. Thank you MALI Clinic. I’m a foreigner here in Bkk. Since 4 days ago, I have an allergic reaction to tiger balm. I have itchy red rashes all over my lower back, hips and front belly. Soooo very itchy. I searched for the nearest clinic and came across MALI. I went right in (it was around 8am and thankfully MALI has opened). The receptionist was a very kind lady who speaks english. All the other staffs and nurses are also very nice and attentive. I waited for only 5 mins before I see the doctor. Not only was he very nice and quick in addressing my allergy, but he also gave me a shot that significantly reduces my itching. In the end, it costs me only 1.680THB if I’m not mistaken and it’s all so worth it. It includes consultation few, shot, rubbing med, moisturizer and oral med. All in all, I feel grateful to have come across MALI. Everything is so quick 💖💖💖
