I’m finally done with this hardware store. They purposely make the cost of the items confusing, always more than what’s on the price. What is worse is that the prices that come up at the register are not the same than what shows up on the shelf. For instance, the price listed on the shelf was clearly 30 euros. Matched part number. It rang up as 36 euros. I waited for 5 minutes for them to check and they said the price on the shelf was wrong. They also didn’t seem to care (or even right down the problem to correct it or apologize for it.) I didn’t buy the item and will not return to a Bauhaus. This happens too often. Horrible attention to detail or customer service.

The place has all items related to it's reputation.from a nail to complicated electric/digitally operated Multifoil gadgets. The Price- Politik ist well distinguished in comparison to other competitiors in this Branch( for e.g. HORNBACH). situated approximately 500 Metres has a price- quality relation which is not to my satisfaction. To summarize my subjective opinion : I would say BAUHAUS caters to the needs of a wide Spectrum of Customer: i.e.from Hobby Gardener to Skilled/ professionals . The service organisation is well equiped with well versed Staff members ,who not only explicitly makes detail critical appreciation the Products ,but also instigate your Purchasing Decision.

Nice colours, products, normal prices, but bad communication with clients if you are a foreigner. In DE/Krefeld they don't deliver if you don't have a german address even if I want to pick the tiles from the shop. In NL/Venlo don't have so many varieties like in DE/Krefeld

You got the right direction by coming here . Packing space is allowed in the customer area and lots more .....all you need is is Google gome..

The place is huge and as always you will find everything here which are supposed to be here. Also have a big cafe in the front, which comes handy when people take long time to decide on something. One thing though the entry is a bit confusing and the instore arrangements are not that smooth like other BAUHAUS. you really have to circle to find the things sometime.

I didn't think it was amazing the prices are really strange for the product quality 🤔..... Not to mention its fully stocked with every thing even the basic stuff way too expensive it feels like a massive place just to look at stuff when I know I can buy cheaper and the same product else where....
