I usually don't post negative reviews but the restaurant at the hotel has some of the worst service I've ever experienced and I've traveled extensively throughout Europe, Africa, and North America. The staff acted as if our simple order of a beer and some shrimp was the biggest inconvenience. Further, knowing i only had 10,000 CFA bills, she acted like the entire restaurant and hotel couldn't come up with 4,000 CFA for change, keeping the sham going for over fifteen minutes until magically some change appeared out of a wallet that had been there the whole time. There's better places to go, just avoid the hassle and pick another restaurant.

Good location however the staff is dishonest, steeling and unfriendly. Customer service needs to improve dramatically! The restaurant has a big menu but they didn’t have most of the options available.

Best beach in all of Kribi. New Year's Eve buffet was ok but the other meals were excellent.

On the beach, but lots and lots of local instagramers. Seems guests can play their own loud music anytime of the day and night. Service very very slow and non chalant. If no Gambas, replaced by tiny prawns. Choose your fish wisely (slightly more) or you'll get a small one. I'd recommend sole if they have it. Charged for coffee AND breakfast as we arrived 3 minutes too early. No swimming pool. No TV. Public parking.

My stay at the hotel was okay. The room I was in was spacious with two big beds with mosquito nets each, hot water, air conditioner, TV and an open wardrobe. The reception was warm and the environs tidy. An added advantage is that it is located close to the beach. Sea/beach lovers can enjoy the sea breeze and a good swim. However, they need to improve their customer service. A case in point: I didn't enjoy the TV fully during my stay as at some point I couldn't receive images and it was not promptly taken care of.

Incredibly beautiful place and very nice, clean rooms (in small Houses Close to a stunning beach). We were here in 2020 and kept amazing memories of the beautiful beach, nice hotel restaurant (with good breakfast) and clean rooms. Each bed had a bed net.

Really beautiful location with a clean, calm beach. The prices of the rooms vary, we had the fan room for 15.000 which was great for the price. The restaurant is also really good with a lot of options. We had a wonderful stay!

There is a difference between unforgettable and joyful. These guys merge and forge souvenirs. The service is good, the location is soothing and the rooms are gorgeous.

Front beach hotel. You can hear the sound of the waves in your room. Nice and quiet place to rest and discover. A must see : Lobe's waterfalls, pygmées village. The best prawns are made at Kribi !

Interior is small, poor Internet reception, good location and sea view

This is a clean place. It is accessible with spacious rooms. It is good for recreation. It is a cool, beautiful, affordable place with cute beach beach besides. There is a good customer service, beautiful rooms, polite and professional personnel. I like the place. You should visit. It is considered one of the best hotel in Kribi.

The front beach hotel with a beautiful sea view and worse services. The staffs have no experience of customer service. Rooms are bigger, very dirty....first impression just the toilet itself is more worse. The bed with worse mattresses. The good thing was that they have hot water and mosquito nets. The breakfast was terrible. All i can is that they need a huge improvement, from the surroundings of the hotel itself and to the employees.
