Made advanced reservation. When i arrive at 9pm i had to call a local German phone number because the door is locked. The lady on the phone said "wait outside 20 minutes. We are eating dinner.". It was night time. I waited over an hour. Mosquitoes everywhere. This is unacceptable for a business establishment. Especially difficult with international visitors.

Long story short, she is wonderful. She helped me a lot and the room was excellent. This was my first trip via Airbnb and I enjoyed staying in a pretty and bright room. Everything is clean, well organized in Joans House. Thank you for you hospitality

We had an amazing experience. The area is nice and quiet with good links to Frankfort and Hofheim and the Baha'i House of Worship in Langenhain. The keys were conveniently left in a safe outside and instructions sent via email and WhatsApp so we could arrive whenever. The room was spacious and very clean and the food and service excellent. Will definitely stay again there.

Very small, very dirty and smells bad like toilet very cold inside the room the house owners control everything.She is charging for wading in a program that damage my clothes and mix with others colors. The host very unfriendly and unhelpful with need to people rent the place. She play piano till late in the night . She cheat in Airbandb as she give no payment invoice. No recommend at all.

We had some nights in a room with private bath. The room was spacious and very nice. We felt like at home from the first moment on. Joan is a great Host. She tries to fullfill the wishes of the guests. Complete easy check-in and check-out. and nice service and breakfast. Highly recommend!

An extra kids bed was missing on arrival, but that was quickly corrected. However, it broke during the night. Breakfast was served in our room.

We had a lovely stay at Joan’s place. She was really cooperative and helped us with check in and gave us a list of meatby locations. Her place was super clean and comfy. We as a family of 5 will go back to her place and the lovely neighborhood that the house was located in. Plus point, it was only 20 mins ride to Frankfurt center. Thanks for having us

This little place found us when we was struggling, the B&B was clean, had everything we needed. The owner had a beautiful energy and we can't thank them enough, I would highly recommend. Thank you again for the warm welcome and comfy bed 😊🛌

Stayed for one night, great location, lovely host, superb room. Fantastic large bathroom which is shared with one other room. Large communal kitchen with all facilities. Free coffee and tea, breakfast available on request. Super fast Wi-Fi and a brilliant price. Thank you for a lovely stay. Abi and Chris.
