Ich war heute zum ersten Mal dort, anlässlich einer kleinen Familienzusammenkunft. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Das Essen war ausgewählt und sehr frisch und lecker. Ich bin normalerweise kein Fan von Sauce Hollandaise, aber die war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Der Spargel war noch schön knackig. Für den einen oder anderen am Tisch vielleicht zu knackig. Aber das ist eben Geschmackssache. Auf jeden Fall war er geschmacklich sehr gut und die Kartoffeln haben auch richtig kartoffelig geschmeckt. Das Kalbschnitzel war zart und die Panade genau richtig.
