A question arose about going to the gym twice a day since I bought a monthly subscription. To which they answered me very rudely and incomprehensibly (once a day visit like everyone else. It’s like buying coffee. They couldn’t carry on a conversation without shouting and that’s where it all ended.) 👎 For me, it’s better to say when buying annual, monthly passes that they are purchased not for 365/30 days but for 30 visits. Since the client can count on a couple of visits per day.

For example, no treadmills, no flywheel, no rowing machine, no weightlifting platform, no CrossFit rope, no wall bars, no arm wrestling table, no small fixed weight barbells. But for classic bodybuilding and fitness there is everything you need: barbells and dumbbells and exercise equipment for all major muscle groups, as well as an abundance of sports nutrition and vitamins in stock. By the way, there is a solarium and a second floor for aerobics, cardio machines and even two excellent boxing bags. In general, some minor inconveniences and shortcomings are more than compensated for by a wonderful coaching staff consisting of professionals in their field. In addition to the fact that you can purchase the entire range of sports nutrition at a reasonable price, it is possible to get advice on healthy eating, calculating nutritional requirements and diets for athletes.

Two-story hall. There is enough space. Everyone participates in almost all sporting events in the city, in Ukraine. From young to old, everyone goes in for sports. Separately, we can mention Andrey and Mikhail. Their approach is completely different. Coach Mikhail was more suitable for me.
