People visiting Langkawi, must visit this Mall you have restaurants (Indian, Arabic), Pizza shop inside the mall you have lots of Chocolate shops, small eatery shops (sweet corn) also the famous Mc D ice cream (you should taste it without fail). One of the famous Hyper market is Billion Store where you get chocolates at very cheaper rates it is also attached with Super market as well. Definitely a worth place for purchase i will say. If you visit this place on Saturday 1km from this place there is a famous Street food market on Evening 5. It will be a great experience for Foodies.

Very small mall but comes with many store like the fashion brand, grocery, IMO the most affordable duty free alcoholic store. There is a McDonalds here so you can have some fast food. Even though there is not much things to walk but it's really comfy and the air conditioning is cold enough so you can grab a coffee and take a rest here after you've go through the hot beach around. Washroom is very clean. 5 stars awarded.

Just an old shopping mall. Nothing special Limited paid parking. Many shops were permanently closed. There is Mr. DIY Where u can get everything including household, hardware, toys etc. But overall this is really bad mall. People are coming 4m all over the world. They should improve/renovate the mall. There were very few options for food.. Not worth a visit. But if u hv spare time, just go there.

Shopping mall locted in Kuah town,Langkawi. Easy to find park. Wide area with many retail shops, restaurants, food court and a suoer market. Visited on weekend. Easy to shop around since it was less crowded.

The mall would be pretty good if most of the shops were open, but it seems just Billions and a handful of shops is open. The parking situation was difficult because mostly full, and had to navigate around buses and trucks that were blocking the flow, plus you can't drive around the whole premises until you find a spot. If you drive through and it's all full, then you annoyingly need to exit at the end, drive around on the streets back to the entrance, and try another lap again...

This is the nearest shopping mall if you are just arrived at the Kuah jetty. Plenty of shops and fast franchises can be selected in accord to your taste. Recommended to the tourists and locals.

This is quite a small mall. Not many shops are there. But there is a brands outlet store which is quite nice. There is a big grocery store and also a McDonald's. To buy small necessities might be okay but not recommended for shopping in general

Amazing market to buy things in Langkawi. Everything I found is cheap, authentic, charming & qualitifull. A lot of brands inside the market. Overall no alternative of this market if you want to have a test of langkawi duty-free shopping & authenticity.

Not as bad as what the reviews said saying it's a dead mall. It's just alive but not much of human traffic. There's....Dockers, Levis, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Guardian, Jakel, few perfume shops, Mr DIY, a huge supermarket with a duty free section....Brands Outlet, a few other clothing local shops and some hijab shops...I don't see how bad this place is... Parking is a bit difficult on peak period as you have to walk further behind.

Went there after reading "fantastic reviews" but truth is there are barely anything to see here. Few shops opened only. What a sad atmosphere.

If you are planning to buy chocolates then Langkawi Fair Mall is a must-go place for you. The chocolates are cheaper than those of outside because of the the tax free zone. Also you can get certain brands of chocolates which might be difficult to get from elsewhere, for example, M&M Peanut Butter 1 kg packs! Other than that, if you are looking to buy souvenirs, then you will find a lot of stalls here as well.

Kind of big, there are Billions supermarket where locals shop for their daily needs. There included duty-free shops within the mall. Not much to see or shop here apart from Billion.

The mall is near the ferry terminal, nothing special, you can buy what you need but its not a mall you can enjoy the view inside because many stores close, but it is useful to have a mall in this area that does not have any other place.

It’s quite disappointing. Mcdonald’s is no longer operating at this place. We bought quite a bit of chocolates at the Billion Mart, but we realised Cenang area is cheaper. Some sports brand available in the mall, but selections were limited.

Supposed to be the best mall in Langkawi but the place looks dead without tourists. Lankawi Parade (of the same group) is much more happening.

  • 5/5 Idris M. 5 months ago on Google
The food court was closed. Some clothes shop and supermarket were open. Neat and spacious.

  • 2/5 Kriti M. 8 months ago on Google
I don't know why was this place recommend so much for shopping. The options were limited, there are limited number of operational shops with stuff worth buying. Honestly you would get more stuff outside in the nearby markets. We felt it was a waste of our time to visit it.

  • 4/5 ABDULILAH A. 1 year ago on Google
Options are limited to the sport brands and the prices are the same as Kuala Lumpur. I was thinking of duty free prices but it is not applied. However it is the best you can find in langkawi

A very good place to do Shopping for Groceries, tide bits, duty free alcohol and liquor, Chocolates and many more. It's the cheapest and have a huge variety at one place. Ample parking as well.

  • 5/5 Janelle A. 1 year ago on Google
Many of the ‘duty free’ shops are actually a supermarket. Prices are affordable & with a great variety of goods.

  • 4/5 AZRYANTY M. 1 year ago on Google
Heaven for duty-free stuff! Stop by here to enjoy shopping on duty free items like chocolates, home utensils etc. Fantastic experience buying chocolates rather than at the ferry terminal!

Langawi really needs a big and luxurious shopping centre. This is good but not enough, it's a bit weird that most of the stores close at 8 PM. So you should be there before that. There is a money exchange office at this centre, but with not the best exchange rate. There is no free WiFi

It's probably the most upscale mall in Langkawi la. If you are in Langkawi and you want to be go to a mall , I think Langkawi fair is the place for you to go. It is quite small for a mall, but it will give you a mall experience nonetheless la.

  • 4/5 Kamal I. 1 year ago on Google

Lots of branded items at duty-free price. Nice. Currently the mall is not crowded due the post-pandemic situation. Please give this mall a visit if you're in Langkawi.

I often visit this place. Many good brands outlet are available here. Under armour, nike, guardian, MCd, converse, giordano, and many more. This place not crowded. Billions duty free supermarket also here. Near from Eagle Square, Jetty Point, Westin Hotel.
