The milo that I bought from Mcdonald, doesn't even look like milo. It is very watery and not even thick. The milo doesn't even have taste and is like plain water. This is one of the worst milo I have ever tasted and seen.

Service too slow..understand many people but last 2 years also same slow service..also payment is by cash only..what the hell..its 2022 brosss..and you are McD and payment is cash only?since last 2 years? Cmmon man..

As y'all know, the line for drivethru any mcd too long. So nothing to shock everyone. It took one hour until my turn.

Very slow. Even on sunday morning. Was only order for nugget and fries but have to wait for 30 min

11am went for a drive thru. Hahaha speechless. Double spicy cheeseburger. Missing 1 bun 🤣🤣🤣

I visited McDonald’s Banting at around 11pm and was impressed with their service. They provided me with exactly what I requested without any hesitation. The service was also very fast. This is definitely the fast food restaurant that I was looking for. In contrast to other fast food restaurants in Banting, which often have bad service, McDonald’s Banting stands out. I’ve tried other places like Pi*** **t before, but even with a promo price, the food was not up to par.

Very crowded mc donalds , service quite slow and order went missing, waiting for 20 mins but food didnt arrived, french fries bit undercook

Nice works of staff here to handle out the foods eventhough packed of customer and overall service are all good. Recommend

Regular chicken need to wait more than 45 min. Not ready to business. Please arrange your staf and make sure all item is ready. 10 to 20 minutes it's ok but more than 45 minute to slow. Not many customers during this time. No queing.

Even packed with customer, they able to manage our order but sometimes lah. There is one staff, a boy who is deaf n mute working there. At first he just look like a normal staff but then I noticed there is badge on his shirt and im so sorry for my reckless. He is very good staff. Please take a good care of him.

Crowded and not strategic. When drive thru line up, the road cramped with too many cars that are heading to other ways. Sometimes get busy and have to wait in a long line. Sometimes you have to double check your food. But the interior is good

Fries are good, crispy, crunchy and hot, just like how mc d fries are supposed to be. Burgers - well made, not soggy, fresh. One of the more acceptable branches out there

My question is why can't they make a good burger? Although there are problems with drive-thru being long que and the waiting time is getting worse, and now have issue with the burger. why can't you guys provide a proper way of burger? Vegetables and mayonnaise are not inside the burger but on top and bottom of the burger. The taste of French fries is not constant. This is not the only branch I have had this issue with but many McDonald's branches have the same issues. I am a regular customer to McDonald's and I literally buy McDonald's food like every day. All this makes me to think of leaving McDonald's. Their food is not cheap and customers really need value for what they pay. #McDonald's #really disappointed

I love their spicy chicken🌶️. McNuggets w/ 3 different sauces BBQ, Sweet & sour and Honey mustard😋👍🏼. Also their morning breakfast - Sausage McMuffin w/ egg + Hash brown😫🤌🏼.

How come during noon there is no ice cream here at McD Banting....

Ordered a Orang Mcfizz... got minute maid. Went to replace it and got minute maid orange mixed with sprite... amazing. And they made it infront of me and I was stunned🥲

The only McD in Banting. Spacious and beautifully decorated. A lot parking space also. Only draw backs is that it does not open 24 hours.

Cut budget? Give half sausage only wat a scam.

Service is quite slow due to being the only McDonald's outlet in Banting but that is understandable. There's McCafe also for coffee and cake lovers.

This is good, it's clean, it's just the service sometimes to slow especially when you go at peak hour, because they have drive thru, but overall it's good.

I go to drive through counter and the staff quite good. Just the card payment not available at that time cos the system is not available. That only a technical issue. Overall it's ok.

They don’t serve chicken foldover but advertising it at the entrance and menu. This branch is always late to keep up with the MCD latest offers and menu.

Came during lunch time friday. Super crowded. Just a normal McD but just too crowded. Request table service but it takes too long to serve. Even other guests who arrived later than me received their meals but mine just came late.

Same as in any McD restaurants in Malaysia. Unfortunately many Malaysians just left their tray and food debris on their table after finishing their meal. They have no sense of responsibility to dispose their own food garbage in the rubbish bin.
