The consultant Jessica was nice, professional but not the uptight(?) kind (lol), straightforward, and not pushy. The other female staffs are quite nice too! :) Dr Wong was patiently answering my questions too. All in all I would recommend this place. :)

Dr Wong conducted the consultation in a professional way. During the procedure, he made sure the treated areas were being done thoroughly. He is skillful and experienced. I felt safe in his hand. The doctor assistant is attentive and caring too, she kept checking to ensure I was feeling okay. It was a very comfortable experience. The doctor and the stuffs of the clinic have very good vibes!

Great experience so far with Dr Wong, Consultant Michelle and beautician Shy. First went to inquire about mole removal, in which Dr Wong was very detailed and clear in explaining the options and what I should expect. Currently also getting treatments to help with my acne issues. The team always make sure to follow up after any treatments done. Pretty responsive on WhatsApp. Love the environment too, would highly recommend!

First time consultation I was greeted nicely by the consultants. The consultant assigned to me is Michelle and she is very knowledgeable and she keeps up with the current skincare trends and updates. I feel like she always has the right answers to my questions and that’s what makes a great consultant. She also makes sure that we are comfortable. I can see that she is genuine with patients/clients and pre or post treatment I dont experience any hard selling. As for Dr Wong, growing up with parents who are doctors I can say that he is an amazing Dr who is experienced and skillful. I can trust his advise/judgements to my skin. The dr is soft spoken too.. Everyone at the clinic are nice and soft spoken. By the way the facial is super relaxing and nice too, the nurse/therapist did a good job. She was meticulous and paid attention to my skin during the session. Most importantly I love the ambience here. Very clean also especially the toilet.

My eyes bag removal surgery was performed by Dr Tristan at DV Majestic. However my consultation was carried out by Dr Wong at DV Prestige. I only met Dr Tristan on the day of my surgery. Due to extremely nervous, the entire procedure was done while I was under anaesthesia. Dr Tristan is a very warm person. When I met him and gained better understanding of the surgical details, I felt confident entrusting myself to him. The surgery was successfully performed. But due to the sensitivity around my eyes, I had to seek an eye specialist after 2 weeks of my surgery and it took 2 months+ to fully recover. However this is completely unrelated to doctor’s surgery. Frankly, apart from a slightly unsightly small lump at the corner of my both eyes, I’m very satisfied with the outcome of the surgery, . Thanks to Dr Tristan, Dr Wong for stitches removal and Ms Michelle. She followed up my condition until I fully recovered.
