Went there in the morning around 7am and there were no other patients there. When greeted by the receptionist, she was on her phone giggling about god knows what and wasn’t serious in asking what my issue was. I was in pain yet this receptionist was giggling under her breathe while asking me questions. Then, we were attended by a dr I believe is Filipino? She was moody and didn’t help at all when she rolled her eyes after I told her what my issue was. I understand she could be tired but come on, could you at least try to be nice. She gave out sarcastic comments too and made me uncomfortable. I don’t know who train/ allow such staffs to be at this clinic but the service is so disappointing. Looking at all the bad google reviews and it seems that the midnight staffs are usually the worst.

I never rate any klinik before, but this specific klinik is the best one so far. I went to get consult with Dr Muhsin Kamil at night for my covid as I got negative already but still having severe headache, flu etc. So far I think she’s the best Dr ever. She explained all the things I need to know, advise me what I should do and not. And also I like the receptionist lady, she’s very nice and welcoming. Definitely will come here again but only if they’re here. I saw the other reviews, now that I think I’m lucky to meet them today. Thanks again Dr Muhsin and sweet lady.

It's good that there is 24 hours clinic nearby my hse.. charges is very reasonable as compared to clinics at my area.. nice and clean clinic.. came here at around 12am as my grandma having severe gastric pain and needed a jab for instant relief.. doctor and nurse are good but it would be better if right after consultation, the doctor/ nurse would immediately give the treatment i.e jab than going in and out the room and wait.. because when a patient in severe pain, instant relief is what they need most.. overall its a positive experience..

Went there on two occasions. First time was GOOD but the second time was BAD. Let's start with the good. I had an asthma attack in the middle of the night a few months ago and went there because it was nearby. To my surprise I was given treatment, medication & consultation for under RM50 which is mind blowing. The Doctor was OK, as in that he wasn't that chatty but neither was he dismissive. Bear in mind that this was 3AM on a Tuesday. My second visit was with my son. I brought him in because I suspected he had asthma based on his symptoms. Now this time the doctor was downright rude and terrible. I forgot her name but she was young. Not only did she refuse to check him and treat him for asthma, she did not even bother to monitor his lungs with a stethoscope which in my opinion is the very least a doctor should do. On top of that we got into an argument because she was just being rude from the moment I stepped in and throughout the whole consultation process, which honestly felt more like a lecture on how to raise my son. Today I brought my son to a hospital and turns out he DOES have asthma. If only the doctor had listened to me and bothered to do her job I would have saved my money and time having to go through this debacle.

My first and definately my last visit. Given it a try due to the high review but my whole experience was very disappointing. The doctor in charge was prejudiced and judgemental. I agreed with some reviewers here that the average review here doesn’t support the experience.

Been to Klinik Metromedic Kuchai Lama on 2 visits. Both occasion attented by Dr. Alyssa Ann who is very professional, very informative, very soft spoken and very friendly. Staffs were also very polite and helpful. Price wise are reasonable. Highly recommended with exceptional service. Thumbs up!

This is an overdue feedback as our visit was few months ago back in March. We went around midnight as my girl was having allergic reaction with rashes on her skin. She was prescribed drip/injection for immediate relief. Lennard who helped administer it, was most attentive and kind to ensure that she felt the least painful during the whole process despite the ordeal. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience!

The lady doctor at night was generous and understood well the patient pain by providing medical certificate. But the cost was a little bit expensive - 3 medicines was 162rm. Please charge normal price :(((

Come to the clinic due to conjunctivitis with my baby. The Dr & assistant all nice and help me to play with my baby while they do the procedure on me. The price also affordable. Waiting period also not long as i come during office hour.

Went there last night with my wife as she was having terrible migrain. The medicine itself took 30mins at least after consultation. Everyone waited at least 15mins for their meds. And ours almost 30mins. Hope the management will look into this matter.

The counter lady just stares at you when trying to register. Calling in advance does no difference bc they make you wait 30mins + eventhough they know youre having breathing difficulty. 100% Would NOT recommend this clinic especially for anyone with breathing difficulties bc they dont even treat you with triage, and they use a really strong aerosol ‘air freshner’ which would exacerbate asthmatic individuals. Unfortunately for me this is the closest available clinic open 24hrs

Very polite and well explanation from the doctor. 😃 Meanwhile the charges not pricey too. Just one of the nurse I guess not really professional in taking blood test, need to improve and get more practice with that while cannot judge patient whenever you didn’t tell patient do not move during the taking blood process and keep told customer it’s you’re moving. But actually she is kind and helpful, will pass me water with add some glucose? Not sure what’s that. But it’s to provide some energy for me cause fasting about 8 hours. Overall are ok. :D

Today around 1:30am my husband got a bad fever 39.2 , I immediately go to this clinic bcoz nearby wth our house.. after reaching , the nurse at the counter there was a very very very rude talking to me n my husband.. I’ve been quarantine 3 days from covid , but today I accompanied my husband to this clinic bcoz he had a worst fever, and my husband already test with the test kit but negative, so thts why i bring my husband to go see the doctor.. but suddenly the nurse there talking very rude to us , and i am very very very disappointed with the nurse at the counter there!!! So rude!!!!

i had an allergic reaction to some food which i have never experienced symptoms as bad as this. everyone at the clinic were very efficient, caring and attentive and gave me the required injections and medication. Thumbs up to all of you - and especially for being open to attend to emergency cases like mine so late at night too

24 hours klinik in kuchai lama and old klang road. Even at 4 am the doctor spend quality time for my child. Good advise n service. Surely will come back. This clinic deserve 5 star.

I met the doctor when I was unwell. He was polite, so was the nurses, but the medication given was all generic. It did not give effect or helped to the symptoms I was having. Even the cough mixture was traditional herbal based.

I brought my one year old baby Ocean last sunday for check up due to cold and cough and a bit of fever the young beautiful lady Doctor assisted us nicely and explain to me thoroughly. I appreciate her fully for being so kind and patient with my son and also their staff are well trained with good manners.

I weren’t feeling comfortable and needed to go for check-ups in d middle of the night and Im glad to have found this clinic nearby my area. Dr Lennard is extremely helpful and able to ease my pain right after the consultation. Highly recommended esp when it is past midnight.

I had really bad experience with DR AMELIA at this clinic. She was rude and not helpful at all. She giggled sarcastically when I said I was worried when I googled my symptoms. She quickly dismissed my concerns in the most annoying way possible. I was in pain, but she does not take me seriously. She kept giggling sarcastically from the start to end. So unprofessional, WORST DOCTOR EVER.

Bad experience, twice. The doctor (indian lady) refused to refer me to the specialist when I specifically requested for it. They even dont have proper medical equipments to check my swollen ear and the doctor is very cocky when i requested for medical certificate (mc) when in fact I cant even hear clearly. Will not come again.

Dishonest clinic. Says is RM80.00 but charge me RM90.00 through the red alert app. Doctor don't know how to treat patient. Give wrong medicine. Flu and cough gives gastric and wind medicine. Cannot even explain the ECG result clearly.
