Tried out the chef's recommended garlic fried rice with chicken yesterday ! It is super delicious and I nvr thick the chicken is in such big portion and taste very good !!😋 This healthy cafe is listed on top of my lunch list haha, yeah no need to worry 'what to eat for my lunch' after this. 😄

One of the best healthy food cafe in KL. Our office is located in IMC and our team mostly dine-in in break time. The food is hot & delicious always. They have variety of salads. I would say Seeds Origin is one of the top salad cafe in Jalan Sultan & Kuala Lumpur. The staff is very professional and friendly. Highly Recommended!

If you are a bit tired of nasi lemak, have a healthy breakfast at seeds origin - it is at the back of Menara IMC. Can be accessed at left turn from main road into main building (Grab driver may not know exact location)

Generous portions at great prices! Best food we’ve ever had in KLCC so far. Staff were super hospitable as were the owners. Ms. May, the owner, herself helped us select the food, which was truly a blessing. Ambiance was great. The food was fabulous, satiating, tasty and healthy. We especially loved each days special and the various options in the build your bowl, which even the picky kids in my family created dishes which they ate to the last grain. Saba fish, the owners recommendation, was truly delicious and so were the three juices we tried. Definitely get a cold pressed juice, salad, and todays special. Prices were very reasonable especially for a family of five to eat at. Super happy with service, will definitely visit tomorrow.

I'm so glad that I discovered Seeds Origin cafe! The cafe is the perfect place for a healthy salad in Kuala Lumpur. The ingredients are always fresh and the staff is super friendly. I would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a healthy lunch in KL.

This was such a nice find! Good and healthy food with fresh fruits and vegetables and a very nice and helpful staff. On top of that, prices are more than reasonable! You can choose 1 base, 4 supplements, 1 seed and 1 dressing for 17 RM. You can also add more ingredients and take the 21 RM option. Highly advise to come here and will definitely visit again! :)

Delicious!!! I was there for lunch with my colleagues. I have ordered their famous Medium Salad. Enjoyed every bite of the fresh, healthy & tasty salad. I would rate this one of the best healthy lunch & breakfast cafe around Jalan Sultan Ismail. Highly Recommended!!!

Absolutely delicious - fresh and tasty, lovely service.

Nice brunch place - good smoothies. Although not all smoothies and food were available when we went. The server loves to call everyone dude, it's quite entertaining for a minute then wears off so enjoy the minute. They let us use the disabled toilet next to the cafe too

Best bowls that I ever had!

Amazing food! I ate the scrambled eggs and chicken ham croissant and it was absolutely amazing. You get 2 croissants and it is fulling and perfect for any time of the day. Highly recommend !

Happy to have stumbled across a nice healthy cafe in the neighbourhood. Highly recommend the garlic fried rice with salmon. The pastries and coffee are pretty decent too.

Tucked away in the back of an office tower, this cafe serves great food and truly satisfying coffee. Try the onsen egg with spinach and cheese on sourdough toast, their amazing quiche's. Or even go for a smooth ice latte.

Super delicious breakfast and healthy fresh squeezed juices we got here. They cook really well here. One minus point because a big part of the menu was not available (only 2 of 7 juices, no sourdough bread and many menus...)

Food is good, but amount of food per plate is extremely small, so it's a relatively expensive place. I paid a simple fresh orange juice at the same price of their other juices with several ingredients in it, which is nonsense. I left the place with still some sense of hunger and I'm not even a person who eats that much
