the guard was kinda rude because i was wearing a crop top over a crop top and she ask me to change my outfit. i wait from 12pm to 3pm and when im about to met the doctor, she try to kick me out because of my outfit while the other guard outside didnt say anything. she told the doc that i cant be here but luckily the doc dismiss the guard and took me to do the test that i supposed to do. it was just a 15 mins test but mind u i go there by grab and she legit ask me to go back home just to change outfit.

spacious and comfortable and clean. everything is so organized from the parking area to the inside. I didn't come to get treatment but the staff at the front is nice. One of the good health clinics, with a cheap fee. There is also a canteen here. Keep up the good service,because you care about the patient will get well soon. thank you.

Nurse is very patient to teach proper Doctor not very professional & no patient Exspecially the guard very rude &. No manners I knw is government , but also need provide professional skill( coz it will hv tourists will visit , is image for Malaysia) Hv a lot thing can b improved

What to complaint? Its government clinic offered the cheapest medical fee treatment. Although not the best but affordable and u have to wait (like usual)

Friendly and easy parking

first time i go, told me the checking service under dentist only available in the morning, the second time i go, round almost an hour to get parking, walk in unit pergigian, told me checking services fully take up, and no appointment will be given, keep walk in till you get the service slot!

Brought my dad to see doctor and get Paxlovid medication for his Covid infection. Staff were all very helpful and professional. Doctor and pharmacists were patient and explained in detail precautions for taking Paxlovid. But clinic was closed from 1-2pm and public have to wait at the tents outside in hot weather to queue for afternoon appointment. Service could be improved to allow waiting inside the center.

Biasa pergi klinik kerajaan, nurse or doctor mesti muka ketat/rude. But alhamdulillah this clinic never gives me bad experience, so far. Been there few times. Semua staff sangat membantu and polite. Latest i pergi 4/1/24. HB i low. Need to rush to hospital. DR Raneka/Rateka(sorry im confuse but she's a nice indian woman), and also DR Michelle. Both of them assist me, guide and explained very well about my condition and what to do next. Thank you so much for being so nice and professional. Extra compliment to DR Rateka bcs she called me when i was warded in hospital to know an update about my condition. Thank you!

Friendly dentist, staff and nurse. Booked my dental appointment via MySejahtera few days before the appointment date. I consider it convenient and fast service. Appointment at 9.30am, done scaling, all payment and left the clinic at 10.07am, with only RM 3 (RM 1 for registration, RM 2 for scaling service). Definitely a great place for annual dental check-up.

All staff, Doctors, workers and guards are very humble and helpful.💐 I received post Covid treatment there. Even though it’s a fever section but all staff were served me with care. I thought need to wait for a long hour at government clinic but they are working super fast. Really appreciate it. 🙏One of the best KK. Well done KK JINJANG👍 Malaysia MADANI 🇲🇾

CAC location has changed. Now the entire section is located on the left side of the complex. It has a red roof and some blue seats behind the parking area inside the compound.

The two male Doctors in front of the entrance was arrogant and extremely rude to me. They refused to let me see the Doctor and rubbished the condition I was suffering from. KKM Jinjang must deal with these two Doctors.

There is 2 timing notice from your side. Dun make people confuse Friday: 8am - 9pm when I reach at 3pm, u halau me pulak and rudely tell me to look at the hanging banner for vaccine!

very bad，pls mention time for lunch，1-2pm is all close（mention at net is 8am-5pm），dont misunderstand with orther people，another is weather is extreme hot（noon）,pls allow people go inside to wait，if not，please try yourself at outside during the hot weather even raining，tq。
