tried Five Guys in December '23 during the weekend lunch hour. ordered the cheese hamburger, which comes with double cheese and double beef patty. also ordered the small Cajun fries. the Cajun fries were not bad, but the cheese hamburger wasn't to my liking. Price-wise, it's definitely on the high side. may not return after this.

First off, the milkshakes here are 5⭐️s. That’s practically the only worth while thing you can get… 2nd would maybe be the small pack of fries, maybe. It’s not to say it’s not a bad burger joint. It’s just not worth your hard earned $$$ for this… it’s just you could get tastier burgers at 1/2 the price in way many other places. The difference between a hamburger and little hamburger is just the number of burger patties you get. You get 2 for the normal, and 1 for the little. - same goes for the cheeseburger. The bottomless soda is rm15… yep… 15 The milkshakes are the REAL deal. Ultra thick and super tasty shakes. The fries are equally good, just… they will cost you! Grab the small and it’s enough to share with another person. But verdict, just take the milkshake!

My first time at Five Guys in Pavilion. It was packed with people. I ordered the Little Cheeseburger (single patty) with a choice of 15 different toppings (choose as many as you like). I picked mushrooms, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, hot jalapeños and mustard with my burger. They were true to their promise of freshly made 100% beef patty. It was really really delicious. So so yummy. We wanted to dine in but there were no seats. Even though they were packed, the wait time was short. Yes it’s not cheap but I am happy to pay for good quality beef. Will go back tomorrow for more and to try the fries🍔❤️🍔❤️🍔❤️

Give 3star for the food. Coz its expensive. The quality of the meat and cheese is superior but the fries is okay. Great ambiance and cheerful service but the sodas and general menu is overpriced.

The burger was good... But price was a little steep and you need to buy fries separately. U can choose your own toppings for burgers and also ingredients for the vanilla based milk shake. I enjoyed the burger very much, but milkshake was a tad too sweet.

Situated in The Pavilion mall in KL. in my opinion one of the best malls for food in KL. Five Guys is a bit more expensive but definitely worth every cent. Burgers are made with your selection of toppings and all very tasty. Milkshakes are thick and yummy. Great taste experience and a must try!!!

Overpriced regular American burger chain. Taste not bad but for the price, I prefer some local shop that can make better burger. Peanut butter milkshake taste good, but trust me you will want to vomit the last half of the cup.

Loved this place. It almost exceeded my expectations even though I frequent this place in the US. It’s very very good. I wasn’t tooo hungry today though so I only ordered a burger without fries or milkshake but I highly recommend them! The fries are amazing and I honestly believe they made the best milkshakes. The burger was made perfectly and I’ll happily come back anytime someone invites me.

I generally liked the food. Ingredients looked fresh and loved their milk shake. The place does give that 70-80s vibe which was a nice touch. Menus are simple and ingredients/sauce choices are variety. I especially enjoyed their cheeseburger :)

One of the best of the best burgers I’ve ever tried! This was my first time at s five guys and the experience was amazing. The burgers were so delicious. The cajun spice fries is a must try 😁

Okay, first of all: a little tip to those who thought a Large-size order of fries is enough for one person, it's actually more for 2 people, so keep that in mind, or you will be eating a lot of fries. It was a comically amusing experience for me. But it does taste pretty good. Mine was the Cajun Fries. If you're ordering solo, go for Small or Medium. Had oreo milkshake, though it's consistency is more thick-shake. Tasted good as well. Also had a cheeseburger with customized toppings. Not bad for an American-style burger. While I'm giving Five Guys at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur 4 Stars, I realize this place might not be for everyone, as the prices for a burger, some fries, and a drink for one person, can get very expensive. Would I still recommend at least trying it once? Subjectively, in my own opinion: Absolutely Yes. As a special occasion sort of moment to justify the high price. Wouldn't mind personally coming back (not too often due to the high price. Probably once a year or every 8 months or so) to try their other menu items.

My first time at Five Guys and Ive tried their Cheese burger. The burger tastes like home-made, the meat is very juicy, the bun could be better. What I liked was how they differentiate the orders, by sticking the same number they mark on the receipt for that item. Overall I liked the Double Cheese burger and I recommend it!

The food was amazing. Ordered a grilled cheese and 2 milkshakes. It taste so good, strawberry milkshake doesn't taste like just strawberry ice cream, probably used actually strawberries to make it. For the price you're paying, it's worth it. Not to mention their little fries are actually a lot, it's enough for 2 people😆😆

We ordered the little burger, little fries and the strawberry milkshake. Burger was surprisingly large for a little burger. Would say it’s bigger than normal. Beef patty was on point - was thick and juicy. You get to pick your sauces to create your own flavour. Little fries was also big in portion. Milkshake was good. Worth trying.

First time trying Five Guys and just 1 word; Amazing. Loved the service. Loved the atmosphere. Service staff was friendly especially kakak cashier in tudung and the staff calling out the numbers on that day. The cashier actually explained to us newbies on how to order. We took the hamburger and little cheeseburger, middle sized cajun fries and strawberry biscoff milkshake. The portions we huge and a lot. Burger was juicy and meaty with wnough sauces. Milkshake was especially Sedap wei. Fries were ALOT. And their balsamic vinegar dip sealed the deal. Definitely recommend and will come again.

Not bad but nothing special except the amount of fries they give, burger is okay but not the best the staff are friendly and helpful, nothing special, with this price you can get much better burgers but it doesn’t worth the price to be honest.

The food quality is satisfactory. Fresh ingredients served but pretty much expected for the price you're paying for! They're definitely better than Black Tap at Pyramid in terms of both price and quality. However, I'd reckon local joints like KGB and Burger Lab would suffice to satisfy your cravings for a scrumptious burger..not to mention #sappotlokal! The ambience here is disappointing. It's dark and doesn't come off very hygienic, especially of the seatings toward the back of the restaurant. Nothing interesting with the music played at the establishment too. Packaging is a letdown as well. Why bother asking if it's a dine in or takeaway? They're both going to end up as a takeaway 😅 it's at best for someone who is craving for a decent burger and doesn't mind forking out extra moolah for it for the sake of convenience but not worth the hype!

Best fries amongst the fast food restaurants in KL. Milkshake is very good. Too bad the place is always packed and it's difficult to get a seat. Also to note the price of items are on the Pricey side of things.

[March 2023] Although the burgers were delicious, the milkshake was kind of a letdown. It felt a bit too dilute for the price. It’s quite expensive. To breakdown about the burger, it was flavourful but the burger bun felt like I could have easily got from some random bakery. Not that special. Not worth the hype

Second visit, great burgers and the fries were better this time (more well-done, well salted). The staff are very friendly and are on-point with the orders, you can click off your variety of toppings and they will get it all at first try. Milkshakes are fantastic, super thick and drinkable by the end of the meal. No paper straws as well so that's a plus for the milkshake as it doesn't alter the taste while drinking. Will be back again each month because it's so good but wish they opened somewhere in PJ area.

Fries are good, beef patty is dry not juicy. Very pricey and with the price paid, can get better burger from wood fire or KGB. No numbering also and they will just shout your number to collect your order. Did not know that it is not set and ala crate basis despite asking cashier to guide us on the ordering. Sort of misled us. I can’t even find the hand wash basin. And no chili sauce only ketchup available.

RM98 for two people, quite expensive. I like Cajun fries, hot dog will return for that. Both hot dog and burger has a smoky taste. Strawberry milkshake was the best. Burger was good just not fantastic. If I crave for burgers I would go for burger king’s whopper and Carl’s Jr or MCD quarter pounder.

Very generous portion of large fries and a fulfilling meal. The fries are spilled over into the paper bag too. One Large fries would be sufficient for 4 to share. Limited seatings and busy was too loud. Meant to not let you sit and chit chat over dining but to eat and go. Very prompt service but lack of personal touch. Literally fast food quick service concept.

Milkshakes is good . We tried salted caramel & peanut butter is quite special, strawberry is the best . Oreo is kind of blend. Overall milkshakes is gd try. Fries is good Environment might be too pack and too noisy.

The best milkshakes are here. Had the strawberry Milkshake. Thick & luscious. The cajun fries are awesome. Has the perfect heat & no add on is required. Be ready to queue! Will try the sandwich next time!

Went here at lunch time, place was packed but my friend and I were still able to get a table. I was amazed to see a Five Guys in person as I've only heard about it and its milkshakes (we don't have it in the Philippines, unfortunately). The hype is well-deserved, in my opinion, as the milkshake was awesome. Sweet, creamy, made me forget about all the calories I was chugging down 😅 The fries were bonkers as well, tasted good but you'll need to shake off excess flavoring from some pieces. We struggled to finish the fries and we only ordered the regular one! The burgers were great as well, simple but juicy and flavorful. I'll definitely eat here again the next time I visit Malaysia. Terima kasih, Five Guys!
