Nothing Beats Having An Authentic Meal Delivered After A Long Week First off, this is a review on their food delivery and not dine-in nor stay. Service: We ordered through a third party app hence not much to comment about. Packing: Not exactly your typical take out box with a little window set to make your mouth water. Nicely wrapped in cling wrap with cut chillies, napkins, cutleries and wet towels giving it a nice touch. Mee Goreng Mamak Style (RM46.01) Taste: Absolutely delicious and loaded with garnishings like taufu and tomatoes giving the dish much flavour. Simply as authentic as it gets. Last but not least, the portion was really generous which would easily feed 2 people or last 2 sittings. Price: Not the cheapest that we’ve had. But pretty reasonable given the size of the portion. All in all, though it was a little pricy, it was absolutely delicious and value for money. Our full review is on Instagram (@monk3yseendo)

There are fantastic baked goods here, some of which look like works of art. The cappuccino is also very good. The service was exceptionally friendly.

We came for brunch and ordered a big breakfast and a tuna croissant sandwich to share. Bake occupies a small corner near the entrance of Banyan Tree and only has 6 tables. The big breakfast has 2 eggs, rye toast, Chicken sausage, Sautéed mushroom, Roasted organic tomatoes, Baked beans and Baby potato for RM42. It was decent enough and the Croissant sandwich was filled generously with tuna and it was delicious. Our coffee came with a Dark chocolate cookie which was really so yummy that we bought a small tub home. Overall a nice quick meal.

If you're looking for a place to chill in hectic Bukit Bintang, look no further than Bake by Banyan Tree. The croissants & patisseries here are amazing (also unexpectedly inexpensive when compared to PJ cafes. The croissant was RM7). The crust was flaky, and encased in buttery crispy goodness

stayed at Banyan tree hotel and spotted this lovely shop downstairs. The place is usually relatively empty with only a few people seated a time. The cakes all looked delicious . Highlight was their chocolate cake which was rich and not overly sweet.

Mee Goreng Mamak, Malaysian style fried noodles, slightly spicy and taste devine ! Best pair it with soy latte and end it with a slice of pistachio

I am a resident of Banyan Tree so i go here very often; Breakfast, Tea Time etc. Love their coffee especially Americano, one of the best so far. Good service, attentive staff. Their french pastries especially Croissant, Pain au chocolat, all of the Danishes, are good, very nice. Thumbs up for that. Their cakes, to me they need to improve. My all time favourite is their chocolate cake but recently they were quite dry don't know what happened. The brownies, red velvet, for me personally, not so good, could be better. And what's with the revision of menu recently especially on the local delicacies. I thought they added variety but it turns out that the price for a nasi lemak/fried noodles is just ridiculous for a bakery / cafe standard although under Banyan Tree. Please revise back the price of the local food. The rest are okay. Justified.

Food is very mediocre. Everything taste so mild and artificial. The feather chocolate confectionery tastes so bad, like very cheap chocolate. The matcha drink with vanila ice-cream didn't taste like it had matcha at all, and the ice-cream is like artificial flavor. I'm not coming back again.

Read about this bakery cafe that their cakes and pastries are good and not overly sweet, so I gave it a try. Surprisingly the cakes are really not overly sweet, just mildly sweetened which you can still taste the favor of the ingredients (I don't eat the cream portion much.. just the sponge lol). The chicken salad is nice too, especially comes with local chili dressing.

So pleased I came across Bake by Banyan Tree. Firstly, they are in the quiet and calm confines of the Banyan Tree hotel and residences lobby, located in KL City Centre. Secondly, their coffee is consistently great and made with care. And last but not least, they make high quality pastries, desserts and baked goods right there. Right there! Everything I sampled was fresh and delicious. Well worth a trip, especially if you are looking for an escape from the hubbub of the city.
