I came here after reading about the positive reviews as it was located just across the hotel where we stayed. I walked in on a Saturday late morning without appointment. Since I was flying off the sale evening, I figured it was pointless to have an appointment. A lady at the reception very kindly listened to what I would like to do and did her best to accommodate me. I am very grateful to Sara for the fantastic pedicure and semi permanent varnish she did. It was a great experience I would certainly return. I took photographs of the location. The only way to get there is to take the lift up to the dining floor. Then look for the Parksons entrance and there's an escalator to the Beauty Hall. Go through the doors and you will see BMIC ahead on the left. Thank you Sara!

Got my nails done today. It’s so nice. Sarah also did a good job with the design. Hope this will last longer. I will update my review after two weeks 😍

Amy and Sofie were fantastic ❤️ Gel extension manicure + pedicure was 11/10. + really easy to make an appointment as they take walk-ins. Therapists were understanding and accommodating- the colour I wanted was sold out so they mixed up my colour by hand ! 😊 Attentive and skilled, whenever I need my nails done in KL this is where I will go <33

Difficult place to find in the corner, lot 7 beauty spa type of section of the shopping mall. I chose classic Mani and pedi, haf Sofie and Mai , two pretty, diligent ladies to do the services. Have not had pedi, mani for a year, you can imagine the "amount of work required". Two of them were soooo thorough, checked and rechecked to ensure hang nails are trimmed perfectly (completely spotless) and that nails are buffed evenly across all fingers both hands. While choosing colour took me ages, I told Sofie, the transparent French nail base pink..She straight way knew what I wanted. And for pedi, deadskin removal took ages, again Mai never gave the additional words like what other beautisians would say "why, or you should do pedi more often etc" . Cleaned the side of toes even. Also no hard sale. While I apologised for making them taking longer to clean the deadskin..Response is "we are just doing our jobs" 😍. Definitely not just doing but attitude of doing well. Thank you ladies. I know where to go everytime I fly into Kuala Lumpur!!

I went there on a weekday evening for a gel manucure. Justin (I hope I am writing it right) took care of me, she reproduced the nail art I had shown her with great details. I had a very nice time there and I will surely come again.

I give 2 stars just because the manicure making lady is nice and tried to do her best. But the work quality is low, starting from the nail forming to painting skills. Fortunately I did classic polishing, not gel. It has been only 4 days to my manicure, even with normal polish, it shouldn’t get that bad. Also the prices are high, in the same shopping mall, I have seen classic manicure with polishing for 40 ringgits, while here is 70.

My mum and I were very pleased with the service and the price . Special shout-out to Amy , Sarah and one other Myanmar girl who attended to us. Sorry forgot to get her name (Amy and Sarah would know ) . They were all very kind and extra attentive to my elderly mum who needed a little more attention and help with the steps and seating. Happy with the outcome and service provided . Will definitely visit again and recommend to others .

I had nail extensions with red color and eyelashes in here!!! IT WAS an AWESOME and PERFECT EXPERIENCE! I never thought I could get such good beauty skills in Malaysia, but I was wrong. I highly recommend the lady “Amy,” who has excellent nail coloring sense, and her talking makes customers feel comfortable and happy. I'm Korean, and then she cares about that. She taught me Malaysian culture, whatever I was wondering, even if she was doing my nails perfectly. I'm so satisfied with this Salon. Also, I love my eyelashes too! The salon is clean, and the location is easy to approach in KL, also after nails or eyelashes, you can have good meal or shop in Pavilion! So comfy!❤️ I can't compare it with a luxury Korean beauty salon. Does not meet baseline nail salon standards including - having quick dry, using base or top coats. If you're using standard nail polish, you will likely leave with smudged nails. When asked why the salon doesn't have quick dry, they said that the colour of the quick dry changes because of temperature 🤔

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Had my mani and nail art done my Sophie. Totally pain free manicure. Her skill in detailed nail art rates is amazing. Came back the next day with friends and got my pedi done too. My nails still look fantastic more than a week after.

Read about the good reviews about this place and decided to walk in. This cost me 120RM due to the special nail color - which I was happy to pay for, as I trusted the reviews. Did not expect to have to deal with this nasty skin peeling reaction 2 days after the manicure was done. My first time experiencing any reaction after a manicure . Enter at your own risk.

My daughter and I went to the salon without an appointment and it was fine. We were very happy with the service, the skill of the nail tech was like nothing I have seen in the whole world, my daughter came in with only a photo and she did it all by hand - the blending and the leaf.
